  1. The quicker, faster NFL player will negate, to some degree, VYs athleticism. It's a different playing field. I see him and think Vick. I'm not a Vick fan. Schaub should be ATLs starter, but I digress.....
  2. I agree with the assertion that the Bills braintrust is not totally convinced that JP is the long term answer (or short term for that matter). Obviously, there wouldn't be a competition if they were sold on him. In light of the Brees signing and the Jets apparently interested in a QB other than those in the upcoming draft, at least one the "top 3" QBs will fall to #8. I wouldn't touch Young, I'm intrigued by Cutler but would shy away and would be REAL tempted should Leinhart be there. Which he won't be. Also, I wouldn't move up for him either. Draft day will be very telling, perhaps, on the future of JP.
  3. AMEN!! I'm with you....lets go get that bastage!!!
  4. I would extend this to tennesseeboy as well.......pardon my prickiness.
  5. And I do understand your stance. My patience perhaps is thinning. We're looking for the same result, I just hope it's sooner than later. No hard feelings. Go BUFF!!
  6. sarcasm, tiger........sarcasm. get it?
  7. Thanks, but I got my fill of the Olympics. And don't worry, the Bills losing won't ruin my life. I just want to see us field a good competitive team for a change. I guess that makes me less of a Bills fan than you. And thanks for the "perspective"..I needed that.
  8. but.....but......all we need to do is get JP a good OL and EVERYTHING will be OK!! Draft nothing but OL.....all FA should be OL....am I right??!?!!....AM I?
  9. I half-heartedly agree with some of what you spew. I'm completely on board with the conceited prick part. Your words, not mine.
  10. Those rose-colored glasses.......do they come in prescription?
  11. I'm certain they will gameplan to his strengths. If he fails, it won't be because of the coaches. JP will succeed because he's good enough. Should he falter, it will be of his own doing. The brunt of the responsibility of his success or failures rests with JP. It is time for him to perform and lead this team.
  12. I can see the Raiders looking at him.
  13. This is akin to...."I'd rather be shot than stabbed".
  14. You're killin' me!! Anyone else feel like their world is crumbling before them?
  15. I predicted this a couple of weeks ago. Though, I don't think our releasing EM "assures" him signing anywhere inparticular, I still believe NE is a real possibility. Denver and Philly may be the front runners for his services, should they become available, I'll go with the darkhorse. EM to NE.
  16. If the Falcons had any balls, they'd play Schaub. He's ready to help them win now. Vick has hit a wall. Schaub, IMO, would take them further.
  17. These are turbulent times for us all.
  18. I've said before that NE would be where EM ends up, IMO. It would be a great fit for him. What is a better plan?
  19. That's borderline criminal.
  20. Lighten up. It was funny.
  21. I was never any good at algebra but here goes..... WM+LE+TO+unsettled QB situation = 7-9 and total disenchantment.
  22. Sure thing.....it's Mike.....I'll spell the last.....W-i-l-l-i-a-m-s.
  23. Hot sprockets? Pickett pockets? Pocket rocket? ahhhhh.....fug it!
  24. He's easy to spot. He's the guy walking around with a "?" on his helmet.
  25. Don't underestimate the spotted pickett. Endurance is it's calling card. It's the ringtale pickett that struggles with its stamina.
