  1. Thanks for the link and update Brad. While I haven't listened to Art Wander much as I have rarely lived in the area since high school- kudos to you Brad for having a sense of respect and history for those that came before you.
  2. I agree with you about Delilah's. Very unique spot to catch a Bills game. Great owner and atmosphere. One game many years ago, Marv's wife and daughter actually came to watch a Bills game with us there.
  3. Awards for the weekend games: Special Teams Player of the Week Roscoe Parrish, PR, Buffalo. Said coach Dick Jauron: "When he touches the ball, there is a buzz in the stadium. They expect him to make a big play every time.'' His 120 punt-return yards in the rout of Seattle was a club record, and his weaving, Usain Bolt-like 63-yard return for a touchdown in the second quarter was the third of his brief NFL career. Coach of the Week Buffalo coach Dick Jauron. How can a coach have a team more ready to play than Jauron, particularly against a consistent division winner like Seattle? The Bills held the Seahawks to three of 16 third-down conversions, a measly 3.8 yards per play, and recorded five sacks with only one penalty and no turnovers. Pretty impressive, playing in midseason form in the first game of the season -- and on a wet field.
  4. Just remember Ronnie Brown,RB. walked off the field with this injury also. He was out for the year.
  5. Rotoworld Yahoo Sports' Michael Silver says Tom Brady is expected to miss the rest of the season with ligament damage in his knee. Two sources tell Silver that Brady has a "severe" knee injury that "could" include a torn ACL and perhaps other ligament and cartilage damage. "It’s bad," a team source said told Silver. "We’re going to have to play without him." Silver is one of the best NFL reporters alive, and you have to trust him here. Fantasy owners should not make a move with Brady until it's confirmed elsewhere though. Obviously, it's devastating news for the entire Patriots offense.
  6. Yeah, I saw those inflatables at the adult toy store. They all have different features, for example, with the Ronnie Harmon one, balls slip through its fingers.
  7. Link? Ok, since you don't trust me. :-( Peters to report
  8. Bills LT Jason Peters has decided to end his holdout and will report to the team on Saturday. Peters won't play in Week 1 against Seattle, but this is great news for the entire Bills offense, assuming Peters has stayed in shape. The NFL granted Buffalo a two-week window to activate Peters, but he could be ready for Week 2. Sep. 5 - 2:29 pm et Source: NFL.com
  9. What about here? Isle of Man My parents best friends retired there several years ago and are quite happy with their decision. My parents are currently considering it.
  10. I agree with Obama that families should be off limits. Unfortunately John McCain doesn't: Why is Chelsea Clinton so ugly? Because her father is Janet Reno.” – Sen. John McCain, speaking to a Republican dinner, June 1998. Republican family values.
  11. Ravens signed OT Willie Anderson to a three-year, $11 million contract. The deal is likely backloaded, but this is a desperation move by Baltimore. Knee and foot trouble led to Anderson's release by division rival Cincinnati. He'll back up Adam Terry for now, and could take over if Terry has to kick to the blind side if Jared Gaither fails to perform there. Sep. 4 - 6:10 pm et Source: Cincinnati Enquirer
  12. Alot left? Yeah, so does Shaun Alexander. lol Rudi is shot. Time to turn the page.
  13. Son: Actually what's brown is the sh-- coming out of your mouth!
  14. Here is a jpeg of a poster of Lynch I made in Photoshop recently. Luckily, I had him sign several copies after last weeks night practice. He even kept one for himself! It looks a bit washed out in the picture- not sure why- looks better in person. Lynch Poster
  15. Thank you for taking the time to respond! I'll see you there
  16. OK- I'm in the Buffalo area and will be going to the night practice this Tuesday. Any suggestions for the best time to get there- best place to park-best place to get autographs etc. would be greatly appreciated!
  17. Contact Jim Kelly? Give me a freakin' break! Here is the guy you need to reach out to.
  18. Great addition! Ruben is a great guy.
  19. Expect a typical response from a thin skinned Buffalonian with low self esteem in 5, 4,3,2,1
  20. You enjoy looking at the Skyway? You have a real eye for beauty.
  21. Thank you for tracking my posts, you are my doppelhanger. Maybe instead of focusing on the family values of McDouche, I should stick to his illustrious aviation career. including: McCain's fourth aircraft loss occurred July 29, 1967, soon after he was assigned to the USS Forrestal as an A-4 Skyhawk pilot. While seated in the cockpit of his aircraft waiting his turn for takeoff, an accidently fired rocket slammed into McCain's plane. He escaped from the burning aircraft, but the explosions that followed killed 134 sailors, destroyed at least 20 aircraft, and threatened to sink the ship. What happened to McCain as sailors were dying? Daddy had his boy removed from the ship. A genuine American hero this John McCain, what a fraud!
  22. Priceless post, and accurate. But hey, didn't his new trophy wife help bankroll his campaigns? Doesn't this qualify as family values according to these McFilthy lovers?
