  1. Can't argue with this theory. Going back to the car have a few frosties in the parking lot instead of sitting through garbage time must have been too tempting for alot of people. My feeling is, I pay I stay. But to each his own.
  2. fun fact: today was the first time the patriots have lost a home opener at gillette stadium
  3. Cordy Glenn had an excellent game today. His lead blocking for Spiller was tremendous. Kyle Williams was a bull on the d-line. I liked the play in the trenches today.
  4. The Patriots had 1st down on the 17 with 40 plus seconds left and Belichick had Brady take a knee.
  5. New England's offensive line showed itself to be be the weakness of the Patriots. Just a brutal game. Brady sacked 3 times and got hurried alot. Didn't help that Aaron Hernandez left the game early with a high ankle sprain. Gronkowski called for holding on what would have been the winning TD.
  6. I'm reading posts on Twitter that indicate alot of fans are still waiting to get into RWS because the new security measures have created a bottleneck at the gates.
  7. Good point Jack. I had to go back and rewatch. Nevertheless, Booze + Morons = Bad combination Amirite?
  8. Video of a roided out Jets fan sucker punching a woman in a Bills jersey at yesterday's game is going viral: http://t.co/OB65wGEp
  9. I don't understand violent, moronic behavior against visiting fans at any stadium whether it's Met Life or RWS. Everyone is there to enjoy a football game, but there's always some dinkywonker who takes it personally that there is a visiting fan in their stadium.
  10. It was during garbage time in the 4th quarter. Nelson got hurt when making a cut away from the play. His knee gave out and it could be a torn ACL. Hope I'm wrong. We are seeing now why it was folly to keep a small number of WRs on the roster -- unless they were forced to because the guys they brought in just stunk in pre-season, which is an indictment of their talent evaluation.
  11. How dare you be logical? And who are you to look at the big picture! Don't you know that the sacred hours after the game are reserved for knee-jerk reactions that either say 1. We are awful and headed for the first pick in the draft. or 2. SUPER BOWL ALL THE WAY BABY!!!!
  12. P I said I wasn't defending Chan in an earlier post. What part of that isn't clear?
  13. Funny.I I hope I'm wrong and that I'm overreacting. But damn, that's all Bills fans have wanted -- a glimmer of hope. A competitive team.
  14. You proved my point: the Bills don't have the talent we were all led to believe. Fitzpatrick wasn't the solution. Neither was Mario Williams -- at least not today. Looks like he's mailing it in.
  15. I'm not defending Chan, but maybe this team isn't as talented as we were all led to believe.
  16. Jeff Fisher has the Rams well prepared for this season. They're beating the Lions. What a difference a competent head coach and a good young QB make.
  17. The Cleveland Browns are more competitive today than the Bills. They are holding it close against the Philly Dream Teamers.
  18. Titans just lost Locker on a bad injury. Tried to make a tackle after an INT, and it looks like he left arm/shoulder got messed up..
