see that's why ya come to @Hammered a Lot, ole Mr. Hammer and his team not putting up with that nonsense in Hammers Lot!!! But I hear ya..there are always going to be a few knuckleheads out of 68K fans...but I will also say the stadium has taken on a much more "fun" atmosphere int he last 5 years or so..and I mean that in a good way. Maybe the years of losing means we go in now expecting to lose, making sure we have fun anyway..and when we win it a bonus!!!

everything here is 100% dead on..not a fan of that place now this looks awesome..why has no one done that yet? imagin when the "gales of November come early"..now that would make some hard field goas when the damn posts are rolling from side to side!

sorry just saw this thread. yes, they 100% stay at the Marriot. Saturday before the game, get to the lobby about 4ish and the players will start to come in individually. About 6;30 you will start to see them come back down through lobby as dinner is in the room just off the lobby.ususally all very nice and friendly. Then be downstairs at the main entrance starting at about 8:30 on Sunday as the main bus will leave sometime around 9 i think for the stadium. Not the time to ask for pictures and all, that is better the night before.

nah..they all were appreciative of me. Before i rolled in, they thought it was against decorum to shout and scream. I , OTOH, don't know what decorum is!!! So once I started yelling at the ref and chanting Lets go Buffalo..they said damn, he is doing it, guess its okay for me to cheer too!!

I don’t know that a dead cat bounce lasts 7 years. That is a steady growth. And the demand for people with skills has been there since 2011. So while I buy that there has been an increase in job creation, believe it is at the non - skilled level. And I do believe the economy was juiced at a time it did not need to be. Next year should be very telling, but the indicators are not promising right now. BTW, trying to kill time at my sisters house and not have to talk till we go bowling, so a debate is wlecomed?

Sorry did not include that link. I have been opposed to the tax cuts from day 1. I really believe the decrease in revenues and increase in expenditures had been foretelling a slowing down in the economy. I would have been more accepting of the tax cuts has there also been a corresponding decrease in spending Still felt there was no need to juice an economy that was moving along at a nice steady clip.

Sorry for being so snarky..i a little hung over today!!! It's really not a story at all though to anyone who is not a Sabre fan....if they thought the demographic supported reporting on hockey..they would report on it. If they owned the rights..yes you would get some coverage, limited still, but some. But that's just business. Come around playoff time, coverage will go up. Until then Sabres are a non story

Let me get this straight..capital spending below what it was pre tax cut, GDP growth in Q4 will be lower than all of 2016 and 2017, deficit ballooning out of control, earnings growth expected to 4-6% next year..in line with most years post 2010, except for last years swelled by huge tax cuts. Job growth back to where it was in 2106-2017..below 2014-15. Wages have seen a decent increase this year at 3.1%..but inflation at 2.7% so not sure there is a huge benefit there.. Market down 6% since the cuts...and somehow we have a better economy under Trump?

little secret..there is a special channel called THE NHL NETWORK that is 100% hockey..and they have a little show called ON THE FLY... ESPN shows no hockey cause 98% of sports fans don't care a wit about hockey till at least after the Super Bowl..and most likely not until the playoffs start
