An evening game in Europe (7 PM in Germany 6 PM in London) would put the game in the usual 1PM ET slot in the US... The fan support AND marketing opportunities in Europe are much more important than the ones in Mexico. That game tickets will probably be sold in a few hours even if they play in the biggest stadium of the Continent. The home team will receive tons of money from the league as a compensation.

Since we have NASN (the only all american sports channel in Europe) in France (two months only) it's always nice to be able to see some Bills on my TV! He was interviewed by T Mc Craver. Well not many scoops but it was nice to see Jim talk about his career.

i don't know how they gonna sell those tickets but we'd better keep an eye on this if we don't want to pay them 10 times the price thru some well informed scalpers! I know thousands of french football fans and players who are gonna be ready to pay big bucks to see any NFL game in Europe!

Hé Nick if it's in London i count on you to get me 5 or 6 tickets for me and my friends!! Because it's gonna be the hottest tickets in Europe last fall!!! They gonna sell them in 2 hours!! Compared with the old American Bowls 15 years ago the NFL 's gonna see how much the popularity of the league has boomed everywhere on the Old Continent!

come on Adam not that old "playoffs mean too many games, those kids have to study" argument!!!! In Div 3 they have real playoffs with teams made with real students (no scholarships) ! Playoffs are good for the fans, the players and the schools , the only losers of those playoffs 'd be those average 6-6 teams from the big conferences.

because no "big boys" want to play a dangerous team like Boise State in the regular season!! They prefer to play useless games vs some IAA teams!

that's just why i want a playoff system (16 teams being the best IMO) just to make people like you just shut up!! Boise State is unbeaten , has beaten the Big12 Champs and we have to read those "they'd get killed by USC 43-0"... you know what ? That's all those Broncos 'd like : to play vs the big boys to see if they are not the best team in the nation. Give them that one chance!!! Souvenirs.... Lot of street soccer, some tennis too, we used to make our street tennis tournament during the French Open we played on the empty plaza when there was the farmers' market each monday... Bike races all around the country roads around our village We built some trolleys-cars with old bike wheels and wood that we drove down the road from the big hill behind my house We built cabins in the woods and made big "knight wars" with wooden swords and shields. our "castle" was in the middle of a big oak... When we had the luck to have some snow: big snowball fights and luge down the hill In the summer we went down the river and built some "dams", threw rocks and played in the cold water ... that drove the trout fishermen nuts !!!

How can some of those rankings can seriously rank the Bills at number 18?!! We are 7-7 and an AFC team (with a current +16 wins vs the NFC...), there's no reason the Bills should not be ranked in the first half of the NFL teams!

yeah great post!! Anyway this is the best NHL season i've ever seen since i follow the league back in 88... The Sabres are the best team in hockey and the second best team's goalie is a great guy from my hometown! Go Sabres and Go Cristo (Huet) !!!
