  1. I with everyone else here. Each day hos value becomes less and less to the Bills. Like it's been already mentioned he was somewhat a reach @ pick 11. For him to intentional delay signing because of Crabtree (knowing that Crab wants TOP dollar) is just pure greed. I imagine him and his agent think Crabtree is going to get some huge contract, so they can justify what he should get. If this goes on much longer I wouldn't even care if management makes an example of him and let him wait till next years draft. (Eventually some team is going to have to do this so rookies will stop holding teams hostage) Enough is enough.
  2. I have to admit, I'm surprised to see RBarber and NClements in the worst 5 list. It just shows that both players make the big plays @ times but in doing so they take a lot of chances and don't always gamble correctly.
  3. This thread is pointless. It's been proven over and over that most QB's that play in bad weather don't do well and yet all of a sudden this is a major issue for TE. Someone will obviously say "well they don't have to play in DEC @ RWS".....well, how often does the weather really come into play? Once, twice a year? Gimme a break. I'll be more than happy if Trent plays like a$$ twice a year if the other 14 times he plays like he has the last 4 games he started and completed. Now go pick apart something that has more relevance like the run blocking. Jeesh.....this board sometimes....
  4. These clowns that get upset when ever a comparison comes between JP and Trent, and still stand for Losman really need to get a clue. Compare just about any statistic whether it's win/loses, pass %, TD/Int's etc.....everything except loses and Trent comes out ahead. This year he comes out ahead of @ least 80% of the starting QB's right now. Get over it and move on.....you sound like complete idiots. -Peace out
  5. Ronnie Lott's injury was more impressive because if I remember correctly he had his finger tip remove and stitched up during the game. Don't get me wrong, it's still a very impressive story none the less.
  6. It was definitely NOT a fumble.....his knee was a couple inches from touchiing the ground. Good move on saving a TO.....of course it robably won't matter anyway
  7. Well......look @ the bright side everyone......@ least this is a NFC team
  8. Warner is WAAAY to comfortable back there. He's not getting pressured let alone hit. If this continues we'll lose by 21points or more by the end of the game. Buffalo's D needs to get him off rythm.
  9. no doubt......that was definitely a clueless statement. I would say about 75% of the 3rd and long passes have gone Josh's way and caught. For that matter, I don't even remember a pass that he has dropped this year.
  10. Don't feed the trolls. It's obvious what ever facts you point out he will just ignore them and bash the FO for no coherent reason.
  11. I saw it live as well. needless to say it was awful to watch.
  12. I was just wondering.....even though I watched every Jim Kelly game (as a Bill) does anyone know his record vs. the Fins?
  13. I remember when Marv was hired as the GM ALL the talk radio clowns were laughing @ Ralph for the hiring. At 1st I was a little skeptical but needless to say now he was the absolute perfect hire @ the time for the job. What he did when he hired Jauron and evaluation of talent during the drafts was perfect in only 2 years time. He brought back stability and respectablilty to the franchise that was missing during the Donohue era. Long live Marv!!
  14. We could always tryout that best 1st round pick we ever took "Perry Tuttle"......boy he could catch a ball Personally, I think the tandem of Jerry Butler and Frank Lewis could play even today!
  15. I can honestly say that after going to games for about 30yrs, that last 2 drives for the Raiders on 3rd down were the loudest I've ever heard the 12th man. It was electric!!
  16. Whether he got a penalty or not didn't matter to me. Sometimes during a game a statement is worth a lot more then 15yds. The showboating from a player on a team that won 1 game this year and a total of 4 wins last year on an opponets field was unacceptable and deserved some type of reaction. Whether or not that was the reason the momentum of the game completely changed from that point on.
  17. Are you saying that some people think JP should be the starter over Trent Edwards?? If so, who? I think eventually JP could be a starter somewhere once he learns better pocket presence and doesn't bail immediately afer he feels a little pressure. Also he needs to learn how to throw the short pass more effectively (10yds or less)
  18. I was @ the game so I didn't have the "pleasure" to listen to Dan Fouts but I have heard him announce other games in the past and I always thought he was one of the better commentators for NFL games. Maybe he just had an off day or Don Criqui was just rubbing off on him
  19. It just goes to show that even in his 80's Marv was a great evaluator of talent.
  20. Even if JP doesn't get an opportunity to compete for a starter he would never sign up as a backup QB here (unless he couldn't sign somewhere else as a backup). Being a former starter and getting demoted never sits well w/a player especially the QB. As for trading JP, unless someone miraculously gave the Bills a #1 pick I would rather have him as a backup this year to TE and let him go for nothing then take anything less. Most teams need 2 qb's throughout the year and as of now he's our #2.
