  1. I disagree only because of how deep this draft is at the three positions (OT, DT and S) we need the most help in as well as how deep the TE class is in real talent. If we could get Denver's two first rounders we could grab our LT and LG for the next 6 years in McNeil and Gilles (Taking McNeil with a bottom round pick would be good value) or you could grab DT Rod Wright and either LG Gilles, LT McNeill or grab one of the TE's that fall (Lewis most likely). My dream draft of course is a combo of LT Ferguson, DT Watson, CB Griffith and LG Spencer but I'd be just as happy with LT McNeill, TE Lewis, DT Watson, CB Griffith and LG Spencer.
  2. I think Scott is dropping like a rock but Mangold would be available at our pick.
  3. he's a 2nd rounder or late 1st at this point.
  4. Weird. I've been projecting Huff to go this early for a while and got some flack for it.
  5. Winston is dropping due to a serious knee injury last season and Scott is dropping because he's not very athletic and suspect in pass protection.
  6. WR Ben Obamanu is a guy with 4.4 speed and could be an interesting 2nd day pick but my guess is he's going to have a good pro day/combine and be a late 2nd rounder.
  7. He is but he's got some back problems. If there's nothing to worry about then he's a top ten pick.
  8. No harm, no foul. Saw it, thought I'd alert people to it. I'll be praying to the football God's tonight that its true.
  9. or maybe someone from that site posted it here to validate their rumor -- which hopefully is true.
  10. McNeill would be rated as a top 5 pick and ahead of D'Brisck but he's had back problems. I love the guy but he's a gamble.
  11. Sherman since he can bring in top shel assistants and will not have to work as hard to earn the respect of players. He has nothing to prove.
  12. I seem to remember something like a pissing contest. Over what, I have no clue.
  13. If that site is getting their info from a post on this message board that is pretty much full of replies insulting the guy..... Man. If that's the case, they suck. Hope not.
  14. That would be my luck. Being responsible for encouraging a groundswell of support to get Mike MULARKEY back. Uggh.
  15. Yeah. I'm sure the only the explanation is that I'm posting a broken link hoping that no one will ever click on it and people will just believe my posting. Makes TOTAL sense.
  16. WTF?? It keeps putting in @#$% characters where the web address should be??? front page
  17. Link to story Dear GOD I hope this is true. http://www.!@#$.com/modules.php?o...order=0&thold=0 Here's the link with no fancy stuff.
  18. Works for me. I really, really hope that after one of the 25,000 F5's at work I see a thread that begins ESPN reports Sherman to be named Bills HC.
  19. Who here really believes that this decision isn't going to be based on money? How does a fan base push an owner into a corner to hire the best coach regardless of price? A newsworthy event, that's how. Period. There is NO WAY that Jauron can bring to the Bills what Sherman can bring. 1. INSTANT credibility with the players. For the most part he's not going to have to sell the players on any system. He'll instruct, they'll learn. We'll win. 2. He'll draw TALENTED assistant coaches such as Bates and people who want to learn under him. 3. He'll make it easier to bring in FA's in the offseason as he gets a lot out of his players because they RESPECT him. Anyone who sticks his finger in Warren Sapps face and tells him that what he did was "A bull sh--, classless hit" with the cameras rolling earns it. 4. He can manage a game. In other words his tenure will not be on the job training. 5. The Bills team is very similar to the HEALTHY Packers on both sides of the ball minus the HOF QB. 6. He's hiring doesn't signal rebuilding. It signals that we are committed to winning -- players respond to that. When Sherman leaves One Bills Drive tomorrow there should a group of fans with signs screaming "WE WANT MIKE! WE WANT MIKE! WE WANT MIKE!" because at the end of the day he's the best coach out there and after Greg Williams and Mike Mularkey the Bills players and fans deserve nothing less.
  20. Great. So I guess this means we will be attacking an NHL team in response to being beaten by Jets. Sweet.
