^ Good article. I like Romo and thought he did a great job calling the game yesterday - he interjects a little fun, its clear he has a deep knowledge of the game (it's no surprise the guy had a good run at QB with his smarts), and I felt his criticisms of the Bills and in particular Tyrod, were on point. I know he was getting bashed all game in the ShoutBox (and I'm sure those folks will stop into this thread ), but I'm on-board. Can he come out of retirement to both play QB for the Bills AND be our broadcaster?

I'd be happy to get Tyrod an Escape Goat that he can ride right out of Buffalo. And I actually like TT, I really want him to succeed, but he's just not clutch and we need more, IMO. Regardless, there is potential that TT won't be here next year and if he's starting on another team, we'll get a little more data to help us answer the "coaching staff or Quarterback" question. I guess I'm betting on the Coach / GM in their first year, vs the QB in his 8th...

Not going to quote the entire OP - but good post and one that I almost entirely agree with. The biggest intrigue in the off-season is 1) do we keep or kill Dennison and 2) who's the QB.

Without proof of what your saying (and EJ Gaines being out doesn’t prove much), of course people are going to doubt what you’re saying - we’re communicating on the Internets!

And if they don’t make it, they’re down by 7 and Brady is getting the ball. If they do make it and then (no guarantee) go on to score it’s tied and Brady gets the ball. Again, I would have preferred we go - what do we have to lose - but I do understand “taking the points”, which as the FG stats show, was a pretty good shot. While you see it as “gutless”, I’m sure McD was thinking - let’s get these points, stop them and score again (potentially to go ahead in the 4th quarter).

Everyone does know fwiw means “for what it’s worth”, right? I would have rather seen them go on that 4th down, but it’s not like it was completely off the wall call, IMO and the stats (seem to) back it up. Had they made that kick, they’re down by 4, they kick off to the Pats who then don’t have such a short field to work with. Obvi, this is the Pats and you want to keep on the gas, but as was said, if they don’t convert, they’re answering questions on why they didn’t take the points...
