  1. As if we need another reason to slam lazy journalists, anyone notice how everyone is rushing to report that the GOP plan would result in 26 million people losing coverage? Wonder how many have examined the numbers behind that stat?
  2. Of course not I'd quibble with that. Some of the best mob assassins are sociopaths. My guess is that's the type that gets recruited for that specific job, job like the losers who sign up for suicide bombing duty.
  3. You mean like the master planners who took down 8 nyc high rises in broad daylight, but couldnt plant one chemical bomb in the middle of a desert?
  4. Whether Melania holds his hand walking down the stairs?
  5. It's ok when the battleax does it. She's different
  6. It's one of the data points, especially in the way wars were conducted then vs now.
  7. Except facts and data disagree with you. If you're including the Afghan conflict in your definition of war, then American wars against the Indian nations lasted far longer than 16 years. Deaths from military conflicts are at historic lows, because the world was a much crueler place in the past.
  8. It's not hindsight. If it wasn't going to be Rex, it was going to be Jackson. What do they have in common that the other candidates didn't?
  9. Jackson was the leading candidate until they met Rex. It's clear that they preferred a veteran coach, which is why the other guys didn't warrant serious consideration. The last thing Pegulas wanted in their first year was a green coach and a green GM (who didn't have glowing reviews from their NFL gurus) Why are you singling out Shanahan, when they also interviewed other coaches who've looked good so far? Could it be that you're pushing a hindsight agenda?
  10. The football guys, being ....?
  11. Hindsight is great, isn't it? At the time, Ryan was the top available candidate. How many teams can win with deficient talent and Geno Smith & Michael Vick as QBs. Everyone now piles on Pegulas immediate love affair with Ryan, but it's not hard to believe why they wouldn't fall for a coach who's gone to two AFC championships, has beaten Belichick and now had something to prove to a division rival. Now I'll await you telling me that you knew all along that Rex was selling them a bill of goods, when his real plan was to retire and hand over the reigns to his imbecile brother Fredo.
  12. There are millions of people all over the world who are seriously upset over one thing or another. They don't turn into homicidal maniacs.
  13. Or the more likely explanation that they're criminal sociopaths who are looking for a club to join to kill people
  14. How does US involvement in Iraq & Syria affect a 22 year old loser born and raised in the UK?
  15. This passage caught my eye in the BB.com recap of the OTAs. Also brings back a quip that a PFF reporter made to John Murphy after visiting Bills & Steelers camps last year, and commented how Steelers' practice was shorter but was much more productive and organized.
  16. That would be an impressive feat for someone who's owned Bills' season tickets in the past. Must have never made it past the tailgates. The arm chair quarterbacking from the fry cooks on this site is amazing.
  17. That's the point, it's deflecting blame. Middle East is a screwed up place because it's still run under 17th century rules in a 21st century world. We don't need to find the Quran passages that justify murdering children because the radicalized sects have already done it. A common theme has developed among the homebread terrorists. These are not pious souls who act upon a calling from god. These are loner losers with criminal histories who are radicalized at some point. The personality types are stereotypical sociopaths who otherwise would join criminal gangs. AQs and ISIS have figured this out in their marketing and know there won't be a shortage of recruits, because there's never a shortage of losers. This is where your "home team" analogy falls short. Way too many people on your home team rationalize the actions of these sociopaths as freedom fighters, when they're doing no such thing. Until your home team actually starts acting out against the sociopaths, just like every other civilized community does not tolerate sociopathic gangs, then yours will remain empty words.
  18. The Arab spring was a culmination of the screwed up world that the Arab countries have laid upon themselves, and as usual blame others for it. The West is there because of long lasting ties, economic reasons and reducing genocidal outcomes. But to blame the West for Arab regimes' ills is generations old. East Asia got over colonialism. South Asia got over colonialism. Americas got over colonialism. When will you guys get on with it? And totally ignores the buildup of terrorist acts leading up to 9/11.
  19. Prior to last year, Dareus was most certainly a top 5 interior lineman. I think that's the message the front office is trying to send him - return to 2014 form and you can remain on the team. I'm guessing Bills are closely watching what happens with Sheldon Richardson, another great talent with a 5 cent head.
  20. The suicide bombing loser was of Lybian descent. Please explain to me how the West !@#$ed up Lybia more than Lybians !@#$ed up Lybia.
  21. What in the fng world are you blabbing about, and how does it relate to my comment?
  22. Or according to some, it's the next logical step to permanent martial law.
