And it keeps me burning that Sanders' campaign isn't catching any flak. So here's my theory: I always thought there was something amiss about the treatment the DNC gave Bernie, and these indictments answer a lot of questions for me. It never made any sense to me why DNC would go so far in the tank for Hillary against another opponent in the primaries (even for the most qualified candidate ever). They stacked the odds in her favor so much in the beginning that it was impossible for anyone to win the nomination, and they ran a facade slate of candidates to at least show some competition. But they were clearly surprised at the sudden Bernie surge, and I think now we're seeing why that happened. My guess is that DNC & Obama knew of Russian meddling to help Bernie all along, and weren't too pleased about it. Yet, there's no way in hell they could go public with the allegations that Russians are overtly helping a Democratic candidate, even though he's a socialist crank with a Soviet fondness. So DNC did as much as they could behind the scenes to subvert Bernie, whose support was gaining traction from real people. Bernie lost, and Russian meddling turned to Trump, and with that the attention of DNC, Clintons & White House. They figured to keep tabs on anyone who could be associated with Russians and that's when the dossier came in handy. I think the primary reason for spying on Trump's team was to get to the Russians and deal with them after Hillary got elected. I'm not certain Obama was using FISA to spy on Trump, but hey, may as well get the info as long as you're snooping. So, what may have been a valid investigation at the start, turned into a fiasco because corners were cut and laws possibly broken to get access to that info. When Hillary lost, everyone went into panic mode because the probability of everything getting uncovered just went up a lot. So in typical CYA mode, someone had the bright idea to tie the Russia collusion to Trump betting that Trump would resign within 90 days anyway. They lost.

Want to take that bet? You're dealing with a person who presents indictments for actions that are at least a half decade old and had more ties to Clintons, as definitive proof of Trump's guilt.

I thought that was obvious. I was going to say Trump, but then he won, so he can't be the worst.

How is that different than any other socialist populist over the last 80 years? In retrospect, Bernie clearly benefited from Russian help, who were much better in getting his "message" out to the people. Of course it helped that he was running against the worst candidate in those 80 years

Doubtful he has evidence of collusion, but probably tons on Trump's & Kushner's private dealings that have nothing to do with the election.

Read Sec. 43. It's the same evidence as for Trump. No collusion, but clear intent by Russia to affect the election.

And again, everyone is ignoring that these Russians first started working to "help" Bernie's campaign and then moved onto Trump when it became obvious that Bernie wasn't going to win the nomination, and Trump was. Why is nobody questioning how an out of touch socialist senator who started with 3% in the polls suddenly rose to a near upset? The goal clearly was to disrupt the free elections. Nobody has ever denied that.

So, to stay on a previous topic, do think that the indictments offer proof that Bernie's campaign also colluded with the Russians?

Should this be used against the Republican Party? Sure, if you're into taking whatever comes your way and incorporating it into ruthless propaganda for your party. Ironically, that would be Naziish. Isn't that the guy in Blues Brothers?

Stay on topic, which was conservatives criticizing GOP and that happens a lot here. Why are you surprised that conservatives criticize liberals & DEMs? Again, please show me where the self-professed liberals have criticized the DEMs. I've been on this site since 1998, and guess what, it doesn't happen. Your posting history also proves it. You expect conservatives to be the exact lemmings to the dogma as has been indoctrinated into the left. But sorry, not happening, because we can think for ourselves and form our own opinion after examining the facts.
