  1. Realizes???? Did I miss something? All he said was he should have at least reviewed it because it was close (he did the right thing and I'm now pissed he's second guessing good coaching decisions). But it wasn't close by replay standards. Henry didn't score. It was obvious on the replay that Henry didn't score. They don't hand out touchdowns when the ball doesn't cross the goalline. Do you believe Henry scored? Because from your post title it seems like you think he did.
  2. Holy sh*t! I was thinking that same thing the other day when this latest kidnapping took place. Why haven't the goverment done this yet?
  3. Agree 100%. There has been a devision among Bills fans since the Flutie/Johnson days. Now it's anti-Bledsoe/Bledsoe. The only constant has been the absolutely abysmal play of the offensive line. They need to keep the running backs in and go to two tight end formations on passing plays. At one point during the Oakland game, the coaches sent Henry out on a pattern while a blitzing linebacker went scampering past him unabated towards the QB. Hey Mike Clements, get a freakin clue!
  4. I'm sorry but I just had to reply to this post again. Thank you Hogboy for making me laugh my ass off a day after one tough loss. Dude said "The Bills can go to HELL". Classic man.
  5. Dude, if your gonna switch teams at least switch to one that's winning now. Why torture yourself again? The Browns looked horrible against Dallas dude. Why don't you become a Patriots fan? They've won 2 Superbowls in three years and it looks like they'll be good again this season. Boy, you need to put more thought into that decision.
  6. Bledsoe has 2 TD passes. How many rushing TDs does Travis have? <crickets> Bledsoe has been better than no-hands stumblin-bumblin Travis.
  7. The line will have to protect him better than they did yesterday. That rating should be higher if not for a ton of dropped passes so far. Look, he's probably going to get sacked a ton. But I think he will get his share of TD passes this season. IMO, Travis Henry and the coaches should be getting the brunt of the criticism today. Bledsoe is just being himself. Give him time he's all pro, don't give him time he's a no show. If we'd have gotten the ball back on the onsides kick I would have bet money he'd have gotten the Bills in field goal range (where Lindell would have no doubt shanked that sucka). Next year JP will be the starter, but like it or not this season is all Bledsoe. So I say, you go Drew!
  8. 86.3 Bash him all you want but he isn't turning the ball over, he's had absolutely no help from his line, and that ball to Evans looked awfully pretty. We have no option other than max protect and let him throw it downfield more than once a game. If we're not going to score, I at least want to see Drew throw some bombs and scare the pants off of the other team with Evans and Moulds going deep. Run it, run it, run it, then bombs away baby.
  9. WTF, the ball hit Henry in the freaking HANDS! Did recievers ever complain about Elway's hard throws? NO! They caught the damn thing! If Bledsoe had thrown it at his numbers it would have had a great chance at getting tipped by the D-line. Drew was horrible but your poor boy Henry was horrible for creating that interception. The first thing a coach tells receivers is that if the ball hits you in the hands you should catch it. Sorry, but Henry is every bit as accountable for the Bills offensive collapse as Bledsoe is. Malarkey needs to get creative now. Bring in McGahee, max protect (2 TEs) and throw deep more often. This defense needs to see at least the coach is trying to put up some points!
  10. Easy boy, no one said he's the number one problem! The offensive line is obviously the number one problem of this football team...that goes without saying. The problem is we don't have 5 first round picks waiting in the wings for those stiffs. You want us to start crying that Henry should start because he plays hard???? He gets payed good money to play hard and to do a job and he isn't doing it! In fact, he is costing us games with his average to poor production. I know that's not a very sunny outlook of the situation but the Pats are waiting for us and we currently have no answers other than a strong defense. McGahee would not be any worse than what Henry has been able to do, and some here are thinking he actually would have produced a couple of touchdowns these past two games if given the chance. Hense, we would at least be 1-1. We're Bills fans in search of them scoring more than 10 freaking points a game.
  11. Yeah that too! To all the Henry backers, I'm not trying to pile on Henry just to vent. I just think that the only chance we have of beating the Pats is to put in McGahee and hope he delivers what we think he can deliver...producing touchdowns from inside the 5. Henry isn't getting it done on key running plays. It's a major reason we're 0-2.
  12. Nice reply. Duuuuh...I can't defend Henry's lack of production so I'll just repeat myself like a moron.
  13. Let me ask you this...did you expect for Drew to grow wings this off season? I think we all knew what would happen if this team couldn't pass protect well. Sacks, sacks and more sacks. This should not be a surprise, however HALF the blame should squarely be placed at the feet of our pathetic offensive line. By far the worst offensive line in the NFL. Drew is being Drew. If you don't protect him he will look horrible, if you do protect him he will complete bombs to Lee Evans deep down field (imagine if we had a great pass protecting offensive line? wow!) Why are you getting on somebody for being everything that we expected and why are you excusing the offensive line from this equation? BTW, from here on out I hope Malarkey benches Bledsoe for Mathews if he's performing that poorly again.
  14. Huh??????? Henry looks to get hit and McGahee tries to avoid getting hit by being elusive. I'm sorry, but I don't agree with your premise at all.
  15. Tell me who is the man who has yet to punch it in from the 3, 2 and 1 yard line? Who's the man who let a very catchable ball go through his hands for an interception? Who can't keep his balance to save his life? C'mon moron, I'm waiting for your answer. The Bills did not draft McGahee number one to sit his ass on the bench, the Bills are 0-2 and Henry has played a major part of this team's offensive failures. But since you're a moron and a Henry oppologist I'm not expecting you to understand.
  16. First I want to say that Henry is a good guy and plays his fanny off. But I truely think the Bills should sit Travis against the Pats and start the unknown weapon AKA Willis McGahee. Of course Malarkey should not say anything to the press and let Billy B. plan for Travis for two weeks. This is our only chance. Why are we trying to spare Travis's feelings here? Why should he start after putting up two stinko performances in a row, costing us points by not being capable of scoring inside the five, and having balls bouncing off his hands for interceptions. If Malarkey starts Henry it will be the beginning of the end for this 2004 season. Teams do not make the playoffs after going 0-3. Drastic times calls for drastic measures. Bench Henry and let the whole world see if McGahee is the playmaker we've been waiting for since Thurman Thomas left One Bills Drive (Henry has obviously hit his ceiling) . The Pats have no clue about McGahee, it is our only ace in the hole we have left. Play it Mike!
  17. On the final play of the game, the Bills get beat by Hail Mary pass from Rich Gannon to Jerry Porter to make the final score 20-17 Raiders.
  18. I can't wait for the forth quarter this week when Sapp and Washington are majorly sucking wind and in comes McGahee for the coupe de grasse.
  19. Ha ha ha ha ha. It's funny to me that "we need to throw the ball" posts have begun to pop up. Hate to burst your bubble, but this team is going to pound it pound it and pound it some more. This team can not win with Drew chucking it around (did you not see the 2003 Bills?). They will use playaction 4-6 times a game, but thats about it for the craziness.
  20. Villarrial majorly held on that play. Stop being a damn oppologist. You can not wrap your arms around a defender and pull him away from the play which is what he did. If you're going to get on other player's flubs than you can't absolve that holding penalty. It was as stupid as any Rueben Brown ever made.
  21. I think if fans are critizing the lack of players making plays or costing us games with brain freezes, as was the case all last season, then we have every right to be fed up and at the end of our ropes. If you're talking about the fans throwing in the towel and wanting to get rid of players after one loss, then yes...those people are wack jobs, if you ask me. Sunday I'll be hoping they beat the Raiders and go on what will be the beginning of a long streak.
  22. I love the new uniforms. I think they are the coolest ones in the league. It's the play on the field that's making them look bad.
  23. Are the Sirius and NFL internet radio feeds in synch with the NFL ticket feed? Anyone? Nothing worse than knowing what happens before it happens.
  24. Dude, I replayed it 10 times after the game. CVs arms are completely wrapped AROUND the defender. Take off your red, white, and blue glasses and face reality.
