  1. Thanks. The original intent of this post was to show everyone that we have something positive to look forward to. I guess some people will always look at the glass half emty. I am genuinely excited for the second half of this season. I feel that we are at the dawn of the next great era of the Bills. That is what I see when I look at Loseman, McGahee and Evans. So wha wha wha to all you naysayers.
  2. Huh???? So you'd rather have Loseman and next year's top 5 pick and use that on a receiver????? That would mean you would be paying a huuuuge salary on a rookie receiver that has never proven himself and very well could be a bust. We already have a receiver that has shown he will obviously be great for the Bills and he is here at a bargain salary. Why would you want to pay an unknown receiver top 5 money? I'm sorry, but that makes no sense at all.
  3. Dude...this is not a thank god for Donahoe thread. I think his ass is on the line as much as anyone for obvious reasons (we sincerely suck). The point of the thread was that I'm glad we have something to look forward to because the alternative would be depressing.
  4. ...to aquire JP. Not having a QB to turn to after Bledosoe would really really really suck bad. See everybody, it could always be worse.

  6. His comments regarding his backup roll were very classy. We all love Travis for putting his butt on the line every game like he has, but the team always comes first and for him to say that is worth a shout out IMO. I wish Travis good fortune where ever he ends up, as long as he isn't being matched up against the Bills. Travis is and will always be a real "football player".
  7. Does anyone else agree that we're officially at the dead horse stage with the Bledsoe bashing posts. Bledsoe is history once JP Losman is well enough to start games. This is painfully obvious even to those who supported him to the very end. Enough already, it's become a boring topic.
  8. Nut up? Sorry, but we're talking about a ball-less coach here. He spared Reeds feelings, Henry's feelings and his offensive gamplans would have been better used as toilet paper. I can't stand this guy and he has been devoid of critisisms on this board. Thanks for the real sh_tty season Mike. Next season I just hope you can be more like Beliceck and not bring personal feelings into your coaching decisions. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:
  9. I said he's "one of the biggest" reasons. With a record like 1-5 you have took look at the head man first. This team was undisciplined the first snap of the season. Not using Evans and McGahee were also his decisions. Dreaming up exotic plays for a one trick pony like Drew was his decision. Starting Henry for the obvious reason he didn't want to hurt Travis's feelings was his decision. I have a big problem with how Malarkey has mismanaged this team. There are others to blame but Donahoe gave him Evans and McGahee but Mike choose not to use them much. Now who's the dummy between those two again?
  10. Mike Malarkey continues to bumble though this season and this is just another episode. Malarkey's foot dragging on getting McGahee on the field has been one of the biggest mistakes and reasons this team is 1-5. Malarkey sucks. I'm glad someone on this team finally showed some balls, strength and confidence all in one sentence.
  11. WTF? Never seen the show before, but George's mother on the show seriously looks younger than him. ...and his wife looks like she could be his daughter. Guess this is why I don't watch sitcoms anymore. Sorry but I just can't suspend that much belief producers.
  12. Eric Moulds is my all time favorite Bill. Dropped OJ for obvious reasons, and the Superbowl Bills were great but they were all egomaniacs. Eric is the man.
  13. If JP pans out for the Bills then TD will have three feathers in his cap with Loseman, McGahee and Evans. The futures of Evans and McGahee look very bright, that's for sure. TD does still need Loseman to be the real deal (that and a winning 2005 season) to save his legacy with this organization.
  14. Just looking at the silver lining. This season is a major disappointment no matter how you cut it. At least we have Evans, McGahee and a very promising QB in the wings. BTW, I hope we draft nothing but offensive lineman next spring.
  15. The question might end up being 'how come Dallas didn't take JP?'. At least we have a QB to turn to right now. Plus we have Evans and McGahee! I'm excited to see what Loseman can do and we don't have to wait till next season.
  16. With all of the obviously warranted Bledsoe bashing going on, I think it would be a sad day if we failed to recognize the outstanding work our receivers have done to continuously let a handfull balls bounce through their hands each and every game. Thanks guys.
  17. Some? Try a lot. Giving a pass for a season is one thing, but being ONE AND FIVE is another thing entirely. He has done a very good job of f'ing this team up. His latest was not starting Willis yesterday. It set the tone for the game, giving the players the perception that he was willing to f' around with what was working just to appease ONE PLAYER. Tough teams do not dream up trick plays when you have a back like McGahee. You start him, give him 25 plus carries and go deep now and then. So far I think he's a moron. What a waste of a season...thanks Mike, thanks Travis.
  18. That was nice, but getting the ball into the endzone is what thrills me.
  19. Watching the beautifully bodacious cheerleaders during CBS's break to commercials. Not a bad one in the bunch. So when's JP ready to play?
  20. Well I'm tired of the Travis Henry Fan Club shoving an overated runningback down our throats and telling us why we need to turn our backs on his mistakes and shortcomings. Willis McGahee showed why we liked Henry so much last season, hard running. Travis no longer runs as hard as McGahee did last Sunday. Plus, skillwise he's not the same class of back as McGahee. I know that's an assumption right now, but that's how I see it and so far so good.
  21. Spewing venum? Travis has hurt us more than help us, I'm sorry if the truth hurts. TH has been a very good player for the Bills in the past. But his performances have been nowhere near what WM did against the Dolphins. I just hope TH doesn't make a game costing mistake before WM gets put in the game for good.
  22. Here's something interesting...Travis Henry had four games to prove he could break tackles, block blitzing linebackers, catch passes and get rushing first downs. He didn't. It took Willis one game to prove he is the he could do all those things very well. I know it sounds crazy but I want the best players on the field and that's WM.
  23. Oh please. Any celebration that contains rolling the football like a bowling ball into the goal post was previously thought of and practiced. You're kidding yourself to think otherwise. Ever since the skins "fun bunch" this was outlawed by the NFL because it IS an in-your-face preconceived celebration. What ever happened to just spiking the ball and high fiving your teamates? You haven't seen them against the Bills? Although the refs have helped them out on numerous occations, that team plays the game the way it was meant to be played. The Bills players could learn a thing or two from them. Bills fans used to hold Thurman's ball flip to the refs as a badge of honor. Guess those days are gone.
  24. Sarcasm? Yeah right. I've got another question...have you ever seen the New Engalnd Patriots even once do a choreographed end zone celebration during their 19 game winning streak? Doing in-your-face stuff like this when you are an 0-4 team is just plain stupid.
