Romney opens 5 point lead over Obama
1billsfan replied to DaveinElma's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Obama is the one in trouble... http://www.breitbart...-over-democrats "Yesterday, CBS/NYT released its latest Quinnipiac poll of Colorado, Virginia and Wisconsin. With the exception of CO, the polls had heavy Democrat skews, so the head-to-head match-ups aren't particularly informative. What was telling though was the differences in enthusiasm between the two parties. " This is what will put Romney over the top in those close swing states like OH, VA, and FL. I get the feeling that this will end up being a landslide for Romney with him also getting WI. Check out this liberal leaning poll which recently had NJ within 7 points... http://www.quinnipia...?ReleaseID=1793 I'm not saying he will win NJ, but I think Obama won't win by more than 4 points here. Those RCP polls that have him up by 14 are simple ridiculous. The RCP average is a complete joke. -

Well Obama can't lose Florida either...LOL I think with so many people out of work, lowered home values, huge senior population, undecideds breaking to the challenger, and a lowered Obama voter turnout...Romney will win Florida. The fact that's it's a tie right now is not good news for Obama. -

Like Virginia, Florida truly is a swing state. So why would it be surprising that Obama is ahead by only 2 points which is within the margin of error? I have no dispute that it's neck and neck in the swing states. I have a dispute with people posting very dishonest polls which are clearly designed to tamp down Romney voter turnout. -

Thanks for linking to the Rasmussen wiki page: Elections/Presidential... "Progressive Review conducted a review of polling accuracy in the 2000 presidential primaries. The review ranked Rasmussen Research number one in accuracy." "In the 2004 presidential election, "Rasmussen...beat most of their human competitors in the battleground states, often by large margins," "Rasmussen's final polls had Obama ahead 52%-46%, which was nearly identical to Obama's final margin of 53%-46%, and made him one of the most accurate pollsters out there." As for John Adams, the RCP average is garbage in garbage out. Yes they use Rasmussen. However, the majority of polls they use in that average are insanely inaccurate because they're actively skewing the numbers towards Obama to help dampen Romney voter turnout so that their failure gets reelected. This voter sampling information is widely available. The evidence is overwhelming. To ignore the facts regarding the dishonest polls is willful blindness at this point. You can't use the 2008 model and still be taken seriously in 2012. Obama isn't nearly as popular today and voter enthusiasm for him will be a mere fraction of the crazy Obama worship of 2008. Yet they still use the same models...LOL That's why Rasmussen rules, they use the models of today's likely voting electorate. -
Romney opens 5 point lead over Obama

Are you kidding me? So it's accurate to say democrats hold an approximate 8 point advantage over republicans in Virginia? A state which elected their republican governor by 17 points? A state in which gallop (left leaning) says democrats hold only a 1 point advantage? If you live in DC and work for the government, you should know that Virginia is a true swing state. Why were you trying to infer that this dishonest poll was being honest? Your credibility is on the line here. What are the D/I/R demographics of Virginia in your opinion? -

This CBS/NYT poll had Dems oversampled by 13 freaking points!... http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2012/09/16/cbs-obama-leads-in-d-13-poll?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+BigGovernment+%28Big+Government%29&utm_content=FaceBook "Anyone following the presidential campaign through the prism of media polls is doing themselves a serious disservice. Virtually every one uses a polling sample that is so heavily-skewed towards Democrats that it distorts the actual state of the campaign" The great thing is that the new media is here to knock down any and all of the propaganda efforts to reelect the "empty seat". Seems the MSM "press" has no idea that they've rendered themselves irrelevant. Hope it was worth it to them. -

Attention: this idiot is feeding you a garbage, hugely liberal-biased propaganda poll... http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/polling/obama-leads-romney-virginia-washington-post/2012/09/18/fc0bc590-01ad-11e2-bbf0-e33b4ee2f0e8_page.html Let's look at that last question shall we?... Q: Generally speaking, do you usually think of yourself as a... Democrat 32% Republican 24% Independent 35% No Pref./Other 5% Don't know 4% That's an 8 point oversampling of D over R in a poll Obama wins by 8 points. So The Washington Post is exposed yet again as a shill organization and you look like a fool. -

Romney's ridiculous comments on 47% of Americans
1billsfan replied to fjl2nd's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
That was the "inartful" part. He was speaking to potential donors, shockers that there was some exaggeration to help win them over. It's a 2 on the "they're gonna put y'all back in chains" meter. I think the reason this 4 month old video is coming out now is because the Obama administration is desperate not to talk about a successful terror attack on 9/11 which resulted in the deaths of a US ambassador and three other Americans. And their subsequent lie to America that it was a youtube video and not a planned 9/11 terror attack, which was the motivation for these four deaths. How safe do you feel America, when your White House not only refuses to acknowledge a 9/11 terror attack but tries to pull a "CYA" for purely political reasons? This is why we are seeing a stupid, completely made-up Romney video controversy. The WH is surely appreciative your helping them run for cover. -

What, the truth? How dare he!...LOL Dude, it's a fact that almost every likely voter knows that 47% don't pay taxes. This feigned outrage is hilarious. I don't know about you, but I get the feeling that a huge portion of working people who do pay taxes are fed up with carrying the 47%. -
Romney's ridiculous comments on 47% of Americans
1billsfan replied to fjl2nd's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Romney needs to embrace what he said, not run from it in fear of the completely fake and transparent outrage of the msnbc crowd. The Obama crowd are clearly afraid Obama's going to lose the election (which he will) and they're pulling out all of the stops. Last week it was the over-the-top overreaction to Romney's comments on the US embassy apologizing for free speech. This week it's Romney saying something that's pretty much true and something every likely voter knows. Romney wins this argument because I'm sure there's a significant percentage of struggling Obama supporters who pay a ton in taxes, are still struggling, and who have grown sick and tired of supporting the 47%. Not the ones who are there temporarily, but the ones who are there permanently and have no intention of trying to find a job. -
Inside the campaign: How Mitt Romney stumbled
1billsfan replied to In-A-Gadda-Levitre's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Remember when people got sick of MC Hammer, I mean reeeeeeeeally sick of him and his stupid baggy pants dance? I think that Americans have crossed that threshold with Obama. This isn't being reflective in the polls because the majority of polls are way oversampling dems as if it were 2008 which is so not the case in 2012. Romney just needs to perform well in the debates to seal the deal with America and send that dopey "rock star" packing. -
Pressure on Gailey and the Coaching Staff
1billsfan replied to CSBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's the way they ended last season and then him being severely outcoached in week one. I think the frustrating thing is that Gailey doesn't make adjustments and doesn't play to the strengths of this team. I not only wonder why Spiller wasn't the starter against the Jets, but why he wasn't given the ball 25 times. I wonder why the Bills continued to give huge cushions to the Jet's WRs in their quick passing attack. Why is rookie Hill having a star starting receiver day against us and TJ graham isn't even dressing for the game? Let's face it Gailey has used all of his cache and there's no getting away from the "show me the baby" mantra. If we don't win today then it'll obviously be a crushing blow to everyone's playoff expectations and Gailey goes to the top of the list of hot seat coaches. -
If Gailey goes I want Perry Fewell back as head coach.

I'm sorry, I didn't see the article where Obama and Hillary condemned "The Book of Mormon" play. Please provide the link to that article.

They hate free speech. That is why they hate America. They want to make it illegal in America to offend religion. And YOU are supportive of this, and have sympathies for, this disgusting motive for rage against us. BTW, Obama, Hillary and Jay Carney have all clearly supported the motive of these animals by the condemnation that video. That video is the essence of free speech, of the principles this country was founded on. This administration is condemning free speech. It's amazing how liberals who were once the "freedom of expression" party have all of a sudden become huge supporters of the thought police. There is no "freedom of speech...BUT". This is America, this is a free country, love it or leave it.

35 Interceptions by 18 QB's, put the Kool-Aid down.
1billsfan replied to buffalopdc's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hindsight being 20/20, knowing what we know now that Spiller is a monster and the Jets' great secondary were allowed to sit on short and medium passes to the sidelines because they've figured out that Fitzpatrick refuses to throw the ball in the deep middle of the field, perhaps the Bills should have started Spiller and just ran the ball down their throats all day long. The crappy game plan is in Gailey. This offense needs to feature Spiller from here on out. As for the defense, that pass rush and secondary looked horrible. It could be that they were reading too many "feel good" stories this offseason and weren't ready to back it up. It happens to teams that have yet to build a winning culture. They unfortunately need these humbling lessons for future reference. I think this KC game will tell us a lot about this team's chances this year. -
Actually it's not. Let's say you could strip away party affiliation and ethnicity of the current president and voters could only look at the record of these past four years and the current state of the economy. No MSM effecting their opinions. Just a Pass/Fail based on the conditions we find ourselves in today four years later. It's a big time fail and it's not even close.

Seems to me everything Palin had warned us about Obama four years ago has come true. There's no debating it anymore. He's a failure. He's an empty chair. He's the worst modern president in our history and that includes Jimmy Carter. There are people in this country who are actually going to go and vote for this failure in november. But she's the stupid one? Give me a break.

Rage boy... http://michellemalkin.com/2012/09/12/egyptian-faux-rage-deadly-american-dhimmitude-and-the-return-of-islamic-rage-boy/ "When everything from sneakers to stuffed animals to comics to frescos to beauty queens to fast-food packaging to undies serves as dry tinder for Allah’s avengers, it’s a grand farce to feign concern about the recruitment effect of a few burnt Korans in the hands of a two-bit attention-seeker in Florida. The eternal flame of Muslim outrage was lit a long, long time ago."

"Provoking this madness and lose the double standards"? The double standard IS that there's one freedom of speech rule for muslims and another for christians and jews. Comedy Central's South Park even bowed down to this rule! You can't be this stupid, can you? Freedom of speech, means FREEDOM of speech.

The important part is that on 9/11/12, the US apologized for our freedom of speech to a mob of radical muslims... http://www.breitbart.com/
