  1. Did seem like you were a little sensitive about a poll nobody really cares about, imo.
  2. I thought it was a little odd that USC was only favored by 1 and yet I didn't know anyone personally or on tv who picked K St.... Didn't like the fashionable 2nd round upset over Wisconsin because Washington St is the Wisconsin of the Pac 10 & they destroyed USC twice.
  3. It's all chalk so far dude.
  4. Ugghhh.... Is it possible for a #15 seed to choke? They looked scared to run a play and/or shoot on the two possessions before the inbounds turnover.
  5. Duke can lose to Arizona/WVU if not Xavier pretty easily.
  6. Umm, neither one of those picks is even remotely unique.
  7. That's what I love about this tournament.... Purdue hasn't tipped off yet and I already feel better about projecting them in the Elite 8 (until they lose to Baylor).
  8. As if anyone needs another reason to hate Duke..... Local CBS station has their game slated over the obvious "sexiest 1st rd game" of USC-K. St.
  9. I like Texas in this bracket but Simon is clearly up to his usual "lets argue because I like to argue" routine. So their schedule doesn't measure up by the arbitrarily defined guidelines of "calendar year"....yawn. They lost to UCLA @Anaheim in the E8 2 years ago. They beat Texas A&M @Texas & lost to Ohio St in the E8 last year. They have NBA players & they can ball.
  10. I think they've been a top 10-15 team all year; or at least they should've been after crushing Tennessee & winning @UCLA before Christmas. Playing in Houston/SA sets up nice for them.
  11. #1 seed baby!
  12. VA TECH BEAT NOBODY ALL FREAKING YEAR STFU ESPN.
  13. Nice game between Kansas & Texas today... Could be my championship game.
  14. I think it's implicit that if they take a guy at #11, they think he has enough upside to be a #1 if he has to be. Evans obv. wasn't a #1 in his first year.
  15. Very well said. QB is clearly the biggest weakness, but that's not going to fixed in the draft this year. As for the OL, I thought it was very strange for a new group (not to mention uncharacteristic of a Bills team) to be significantly better in pass-protection than run blocking. Could probably use another mauler if we're going to be a power running team, but I don't know if anyone in the draft fits that description.
  16. I'm pretty sure Rich Goesslin has the best track record in that department.
  17. CB is one of the deeper positions this year, no?
  18. Cleveland.....biased much buckeye? I'd be suprised if Detroit doesn't come out of the east. Looks like the Mavericks' year - I can't really hate on them given their lack of thugs & the fact that they were legitimately screwed out of the title last year. Them vs. the Spurs/Suns and Spurs vs. Suns will probably be the only 2 series' worth watching.
  19. WTF a Buffalo team getting calls? Definitely our year
  20. I love that everyone bashes the guy while pretending like they've seen BC play 2 games much less noticed their offensive tackle. Nobody on this board would know d!*k about most of these college players if it weren't for Kiper.
  21. Nice post as usual. I've argued this before but am constantly amazed how anyone ranks GW ahead of Meathead. Does anyone remember wanting to stab their eyes out watching an offense that couldn't score a single TD in seven games games in 2003? It made the Todd Collins year look like the Kgun era; nevermind the dreadful defense in 2002.
  22. The whining about the officiating is so lame. Played like @ss in the 1st period and got out-goaltended.
  23. it works alright for me
