  1. Well no one was lieing when they said he was strong.
  2. A 7th next year? I hope the pick is higher but at least we got someone who helps fill a need and got rid of some cap space.
  3. Yep..your right..and we could always next years 3rd that we got from the Ravens to trade up as well..
  4. 1,2,3,3,4,6,7,7 atm so that makes 8..
  5. I would be very happy with this trade if that was the case.
  6. This is a good pick up money wise. Signing a long term deal in 2002 lost him a lot of money considering the inflation of salary's the past few years.
  7. He has played both nose and 3 technique in his career.
  8. Both aging, both played on only one team before coming to the Bills, both virtually the same weight and height, and both jersey numbers are in 90's...any of those right?
  9. Under 2 tackles a game is above average? thats less than 32 tackles a season.. the sack numbers are good though.
  10. I didnt join the tourny but i have 98 points going into the final four, how much does the leader have atm?
  11. Did he? or are you just saying this? I havent heard this ever said anywhere
  12. I think we will be in the first round two times on draft day. We have two 3rd rounders and maybe a 3rd when we trade Spikes(which seems like there is a 90% chance of happening). All these picks and not an extreme amount of cap space, trading up is what seems most likely.
  13. This is from ESPN insider rumour central... Eagles eyeing Spikes <Mar. 26> The Eagles have jumped to the front of the Spikes sweepstakes and something could happen quickly, reports ESPN.com's John Clayton. The Bills have quietly shopped Spikes him for the past few weeks with the Eagles and Giants showing the most interest. Spikes is hoping to hear sometime Monday that a deal could be done. The plan would be for Spikes to play outside linebacker for the Eagles. The former Bengal was also willing to go back to Cincinnati but the Bengals weren't interested in his $4.5 million salary. Coming off an Achilles tendon injury, Spikes played in 12 games last season. He finished with 70
  14. You're 100% right but its still something to look at. Last year many expected us to take him and have him in the starting line up last year. It turns out he didn't do that in Philly in his first year and as of right now you can only look at that. This article has given me a little more confidence in Marv.
  15. The Whitner pick seems to be getting better and better.. In Marv we trust!
  16. We would have to trade down to the late first and pick him up then. IMO I think we have to many needs to address TE in the 1st.
  17. It is pretty much a push. Thurman was more of an engine, as Theismann stated, while Faulk had more of a big play ability.
  18. Your right, hes not proven as a full time running back and he is just not worth a 1st and 3rd. If they drop it to say a late 2nd/early 3rd then I would give Turner more consideration.
  19. Joe Theismann: He compares extremely well to Thurman Thomas, but Thomas gets the edge because he went to four Super Bowls and without him that Bills team isn't nearly as good. Not to say that the Rams were a great team without Faulk, but Thomas was more of the engine than Faulk was.
  20. Yea that is what I meant. Lynch in the first, McCauley in the second, and Black in the third. They did not address our second third round pick..
