The money obviously had something to do with it. Money always does. That being said, it doesn't mean he didnt want to be extended.

Willis cares about himself more than anyone else. He did make ill comments on the Bills but he also did want to extend his contract here. He got alone with his teammates here, and if we extended him contract I don't think he would have been much of a problem. He is gone though and he thinks before he speaks so his comments got him in trouble. I wish him luck but I still hold some of his comments against him a little bit even though I dont think he meant to make them.

I don't see how he is hating on the Bills at all. You took the article the wrong way because he did not make any cracks about Buffalo.

Look at the espn home page..its about the sabres being good and the bills being bad.. ESPN Sabres are number 1 overall in Fan Statisfaction Ratings. Bills are number 13 in the NFL which isnt as bad as the cover of ESPN makes it seem. They have the bills number 1 in pain and suffering in the last 25 years or so though.

Since everyone is commenting on this post I think Ill do the same. We have money set aside for rookies already and could of signed Chris Brown before this trade happened. That being said we can def. sign him now and still have plenty of money to pay our rookies.

Clements was a standout player. He did not deserve the contract he got but he was absolutely a standout player.

I like Turner and want him to be a Bill but not for the 12th pick in the draft. Swaping firsts and also getting the Chargers 3rd or 4th as well sounds like a good deal.
