  1. I had high hopes for Everett becoming a passing threat when we drafted him, hopefully he has more of an impact this year.
  2. He has us taking Kenny Irons in the second, any thoughts?
  3. Buffalo Bills The Bills' 2004 draft would be considered average but could swing up or down depending on the fortunes of first-round QB J.P. Losman, who became the full-time starter last season and made a huge jump in maturity and production. The jury is still out, because he has not played well enough to be considered a good choice or poorly enough to be considered a bust. Fellow first-round pick Lee Evans has become the team's No. 1 receiver in his third season. Evans filled the void when Eric Moulds departed and caught 82 passes for 1,292 yards last season. Third-round DT Tim Anderson and fourth-round TE Tim Euhus have taken opposite paths, with Anderson becoming a durable, steady player, though not an impact defender, and Euhus, now with Pittsburgh, providing little production or depth. The Bills did not hit on their seventh-round choices; both OT Dylan McFarland and WR Jonathan Smith are no longer in the league.
  4. I would rather have Peterson or Turner than Lynch. That being said I understand why many want Lynch. He is the most complete back comming out of the draft. He has size, some speed, hands, and doesn't get taken down that easy. Willis is has freakish talent and should be good no matter what team he goes to. I wouldn't be disappointed with either of them.
  5. We signed 2 starters so I hope the line gets the job done. I would like to see Pennington and Walker start thought instead of Duke starting.
  6. I don't really see us taking DT anymore, but hey anything is possible.
  7. He is suggesting we offer our 12 for Briggs and thier 31 though, having us also throw in a 3rd or a LB.
  8. Peterson. RB isn't that deep this year so I would rather not find a RB in the later rounds. Willis 1 Peterson 2( after my vote)
  9. Same thing except have us losing both to the Pats, losing to the Ravens, and beating the Bengals and Cowboys.
  10. I got 8-8. But after the draft or if we get Turner i might change my mind.
  11. If we get Peterson it will most likely be by trade up to the 5-7 area.
  12. If we wait till after or during the draft and Peterson is gone, and we want Turner not Lynch, AJ holds the cards not us. Right now we have a better chance of getting him for cheaper.
  13. If we are doing RBBC, we won't have a franchise back regardless.
  14. 4.42. You remember wrong. http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/michael_turner
  15. Both? 6 ypc is a lot no matter what o-line is in front of you.
  16. This is more like it. Here are the options for a rookie: 1. bust(sort-of common) 2. average back(very common) 3. star(pretty rare) Here are the options for Turner: 1. bust(unlikey) 2. average back(very possible) 3. star (possible) Still Turner is more proven than anyone we could draft, and I hope we get him. HOWEVER, his contract will be more than a rookie, and if he only plays average, some may consider him a little bit of a bust because of the money he is receiving.
  17. 4.4 for a running back is pretty fast. I'm skeptic too but I still think he is better than every running back coming out of the draft expect Peterson and on par with Lynch.
  18. Looks like he's going to the Titans though. They are the front-runners as of now.
  19. I want the Bills to get a top notch RB. Our team would be so much better with a good running back than 2 average ones. The Bills have been a running team and we need to run the ball well. The o-line is improved, but how much? Enough to make A-Train look real good, I think not. Willis did not have break away speed but he was a pretty good running back. I think with our new o-line Willis and a speed back in a RBBC would have been real good for our team. Since it looks like A-Train is our Willis next year but as the #2(Lacks break away speed) I hope we get a burner who can carry the ball 10-15 times a game. A top notch fast and shifty running back in a RBBC with A-Train could do wonders to improve our O. Turner, Lynch, Peterson, and maybe Pittman are all viable options..
  20. You sure are a fast typer. 3 minutes to type Cards sign Mike Gandy. I WISH i had that speed.
