  1. Very strange. Couldn't they just make it where a select few people are in the same room with each other going through the process of making their selections?
  2. Because Beasley & Brown are in their 30's and only signed for 2 more seasons. This is a rich WR class, and we should take advantage of that, so that we can get the best product on the field. The Bills can have better players than Foster, Williams, McKenzie & Roberts, who could step in and eventually replace Beasley & Brown.
  3. Those are amazing giveaways. Having lunch with Beane, or attending Bills practice with Beane? Wow!
  4. I think we need more WR's for two reasons. A. Brown & Beasley are now in their 30's and are only signed for 2 more seasons. Have to think about the future. B. We can upgrade over players like Foster, Williams, McKenzie & Roberts. This WR class is deep and we should take whomever we can get so that we can get better and better. I'm not saying we should take a WR with our 2nd round pick, unless there is someone we cannot pass up. If Denzel Mims, Michael Pittman, or Donovan Peoples-Jones are there at 54. WE should seriously consider taking one of them. I think 3rd round is more realistic as to where we take a WR, and I would even grab a WR in the 5th or 6th round as well. Big picture. We need to take advantage of a strong receiver class that could help us in the future.
  5. So you would be glad if the Bills drafted him?
  6. Yes, he is a gamer. Don't know why he didn't run at the combine. Here he is in last year's big game against Memphis.
  7. The best thing about that draft was watching Jim Kelly walk out on stage to announce the pick.
  8. Exactly, if he's that bummed, we'll be glad to cheer him up.
  9. Either way, welcome back!
  10. Of course that's if the Bills use all of their draft picks, but I wouldn't be surprised if Beane at some point attempts to trade up for another 3rd or 4th round pick. Even if they did use all of their picks, that is a lot of UDFA's to sign. I don't think Beane is quite finished yet with free agency. Let's wait and see.
  11. That's my concern with him too. He had a ridiculous year, but it was just one year. I would have him hold a clipboard for his first season.
  12. Mekhi Becton. Big guy with potential, but I don't put him in the same class as Tristan Wirfs.
  13. From what I have read he's a Day 3 pick. 5th or 6th round. Which is not surprising, his future in the NFL is as a slot receiver. I watched a few Southern Methodist games, and I became a fan of his and I think he would be a very good addition for us. Potentially a replacement for Beasley. He's not the fastest receiver, but he catches nearly everything.
  14. I agree, 2 at the most, and maybe a couple of 4pm Sunday games, not counting the games they will play out west.
  15. Yes they were, but being flexed into two games is not the same as being scheduled for those games prior to the season.
  16. You really think the Bills will get 3 prime time games? That is a lot for a team that was a wild card. I think 2 prime time games is the most the Bills will get. Although they could get a couple of 4pm Sunday games, not counting the west coast trips.
  17. Not when the first Sunday night game of the season is always Cowboys Vs. Giants.
  18. And his constant help from officials.
  19. I get Pro Football Weekly's Draft magazine. Although I liked it better when it was in it's newspaper format. I also buy Lindy's Season Preview. Best publication.
  20. The hard news reporters, yes. The analysts, ehhh.
