We don't have to keep Drew. We just need a capable (read: good) veteran willing to back him up like Blake. He will struggle; there is no doubt about that!
And yes, I really do think we will become more of a running team now. Willis needs a decent backup who can dish the punishment so he's not overused. This RB doesn't have to be a vet but it would be nice.
Seeing the Vikings move is as bad as the Bills moving. I feel for their fans. They shouldn't play anywhere else but in Minnesota!!
I think those Moss rumors will die down some. I don't think the new owner will do anything stupid that will cost him revenue.
Damn I missed Nate!!!
I wasn't home for the 4th quarter. And !@#$ I missed Terrence on the opening kickoff. Did he return any other kicks?
I hope Clements was noticed by the NFL. I did see the 1st three quarters and NFC QB's didn't like to throw his way and when they did, he knocked down a few. The receivers only made catches on curl routes.
Spikes intensity is what our teams needs regardless of the game involved. It would've been nice if he and the rest of the defense bothered to show up for the Pitt game.
It's good for the future of the team but bad for any possible post seasons now. He'll take awhile to learn how to play in this league. Let's hope we don't have to rely on him much.
What we need is a capable backup for Willis so he isn't overused. We need to ride the running game to the SB like the Stillers almost did.
He talks so he should produce man. BTW, Sam is being pushed around like a shopping cart too.
McGee better show up on one of these ST plays. Damn, Ward just scored on teams.
To be fair, you need to call out all the Flakes who worshipped at his feet and left soon after.
I hope you're not one of his legion.
My fave Bill no longer plays and I didn't follow him to Mijami when he was cut.
I'm a hardcore Bills and your ignorance/arrogance up starting this thread is disturbing!!!
This poll should've been put up when this board was infested with Flakes!!!
My favorite Bill is still Thurman but I didn't jump ship when he left. Nothing has changed except my optimism for the playoffs.
The sad thing about this is that we have a much greater uphill battle to make the playoffs for several more years yet.
By that time, we won't have the D nor ST to help this team out. We need a veteran QB now in case JP should fail spectacularly or we're screwed.
Easy. If we want to go to the playoffs now instead of waiting for 1 player to get ready, we should trade for Culpepper. Our window is closing fast with the D and Teams we have now!
The right side of the line is shaping up nicely. We also need help at LG. Willis created alot of yards on his own and that's pathetic! For the line! Impressive for him.
Fruitie, easily. How can someone that short have an ego that large?! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:
Lindell is climbing up there quickly, however. Wire is not far behind. Pretty stupid man coming from a prestigious school.
The major difference is that we don't have the O-line that Pitt does and anybody claiming anything different is only kidding themselves. He had an extraordinary year because that line was the best at pass protection. Some of you might want to review some of their game film.
