  1. How so? I literally quoted you back to you.
  2. Why did you post this here?
  3. You should consider posting your own thoughts more, it would help open up conversation a lot more that a far right article you may not even agree with. Anyone. Different points of view are good things. What did you get out of this "So, I came in strong and decided to piss all over their sugar coated Trump news with countering sources. I knew I wasn't going to be popular... but I also wasn't going to be silenced." It seems like more like you were interested in silencing others, or am I misunderstanding?
  4. Who tried to silence you? The above reads like you have absolutely no interest in discussing anything rationally in PPP, is that true?
  5. What do you get out of finding articles or tweets that you know heavily skew the truth, and posting them here as facts? Do you like demonizing people who have different opinions and values, while acting like your personal position has no faults? What's in it for you? Is it the need to feel better than someone else?
  6. Check out CRISPR technology, it's probably going to cure most of this, as it basically fixes the broken DNA causing these diseases.
  7. Terrible disease, I was just reading about a CRISPR treatment that's being worked on. Here's the link if you're interested: https://news.berkeley.edu/2017/12/20/first-step-toward-crispr-cure-of-lou-gehrigs-disease/
  8. Dude come on, this is a ridiculous take. This law is to protect people who are attacked by rioters, like families in their cars, or truckers like Reginald Denny or Bogdan Vechirko. Get off of Twitter and think for yourself.
  9. Not really. Cancel culture is the response to people voicing their opinion. If that opinion is not in line with the extremely vocal minority, a coordinated attack will occur on them and their livelihood. Look at what happened to Stephen King when he commented about how he views matters of art. There was a full on assault. Or, if they offer no opinion at all, like Home Depot, they are boycotted.
  10. You should watch the video, it's good to get out of the trenches every now and then. Maher is one of the few guys with the balls to admit that his side acts like asshats too. Edit: and take it easy with demonizing everyone you disagree with, it tends to have a "cry wolf" effect.
  11. Aaron Maybin. For the art. And to take some heat off of Edmunds on the defense.
  12. Murdoch's ownership doesn't mean that BBC reporters are as prone to editorializing as the US press, its a cultural difference imo.
  13. True, and if an organization BLM really wants to fix the problem they would try and get more blacks in law enforcement.
  14. Not really. BBC news is the closest I think I've found to an unbiased news source for US news. Do you have a better one?
  15. That's one, and specific to this incident. My response was in general to what can be done to fix the relationship between the black community and the police. You don't think that would help? Maybe I should have said "successfully hire", lol.
  16. I would love to find a news organization in this country that strives for accurate reporting without a partisan slant in either direction, and shuns editorialization. Ironically the closest think I have found to date is the BBC.
  17. I think a good start would be to try and recruit more blacks into urban police forces, and not just as token hires.
  18. I'm still waiting for teams to figure out Brady's dink and dunk style. It's gotta happen eventually, and I bet THIS IS THE YEAR!!!
  19. Does anyone know how many drop boxes there were in 2016? Was this maybe a covid thing?
  20. So were her illegal actions the cause of her getting shot?
  21. Where are you getting the diagnosis of mental illness from, Motorin'?
  22. I was hoping it was going to be: Vet Minimum, with a couple of fracking wells on the side.
  23. I have tried many times.
