While I definitely understand where you're coming from, it's completely unfair to this regime to put all the baggage from the last decade on their shoulders. When you do that, it impairs your ability to objectively see where this team is going. I agree that the bottom line is wins and losses, but it doesn't happen overnight. And yes, I know that many fans would want to respond to that statement by citing the last ten years again, but it's pointless to do that. Chan and Buddy have a plan, and they are in year one of that plan. Compared to week one, this is a different team. They appear to be well coached, motivated, and growing. The younger players are slowly seeing more playing time and becoming more effective. They are limiting mistakes, playing hard until the final whistle, and making big plays at crucial times. If they continue along these lines, and add more talent along the way, this will translate into wins and success.
