  1. Thanks brother
  2. I know, man...I'm not happy about it, believe me. I was an athlete all my life, but when you blow out your back and earn yourself a disability rating, it's a real struggle to keep the weight off. I'm not giving up though!
  3. LOL, I'll have to get back to you on that one, brother wow, very classy looking! My sitting room furniture will be ten years old soon, so something like that may be a great piece to replace it with...thanks!
  4. Well, I had a friend of mine run over to the post office to pick mine up, and sure enough...David fuggin Ortiz. I sent Graveyard Mall a nasty email, telling them that someone was nice enough to promote their company and product on a very active message board, yet they screwed up like half the orders. They sent a very cordial email back saying they're going to ship me the Bruce fathead. I'll believe it when I see it, and I'm sure as hell not sending this one back until the right one is in hand. These people are complete idiots. I did a search for feedback on the site and it's awful. I sent them a link to that, too
  5. I'd be happy with that deal
  6. I'll take you up on that! There are a few other things there I want to pick up, so I plan to be back again before the end of football season for sure I can only imagine what came up on the search lol I'm glad to hear your stuff is still holding up...I think those who mentioned prior durability issues were correct, but it appears that some of the nicer IKEA lines have either fixed that issue or didn't have it to begin with...not really sure. But this couch is solid and the cover is a precise fit over the foundation. I expect this will stay in good shape for at least the duration of the warranty. As you can see in the pic, his dick harness is clearly intact. Should that ever not be the case, I will heed your words. And yes, that is a great idea for the web show!
  7. Well, just in case anyone is interested, here is what I decided to go with... AJs Movie Room Seating The ten year warranty from IKEA was what finally caused me to pull the trigger, cause I really did like this thing when I sat on it at the store. I'm very impressed with the comfort and the build quality. I'm 6'2", 310lb and this thing doesn't complain at all. It can fit four comfortable, and so far the guests I've had over for a movie have given positive reviews. The price was very reasonable, too. I'm definitely an IKEA fan!
  8. I don't like it anymore than anyone else, but I refuse to be more upset about it than the Bills players themselves. If they want it to stop, then they can do something about it. Until then, they're going to have other teams showing them disrespect.
  9. Mine arrived, but they held it at the post office for me to pick up...morons.
  10. Bama is the one college team I hate with a passion, but I'd sure love to see that Upshaw kid at LB for us in a year or two.
  11. Yep, that's it, Cheeseburger Bobbys. The one here in Flowery Branch is delicious! I haven't been to Fuddruckers in forever, so can't really remember their stuff, but the last few Bobbys burgers I have have been fantastic. I agree about Chick fil a, I'm not a huge fan either, but their strips really impressed me. It's a ton of food for the money and they were perfectly breaded/fried. Steak and Shake rocks...their cheddar doubles are amazing, and I enjoy a nice frisco melt from time to time.
  12. Go Dragon Slayer, Go!
  13. God bless you, Beerball. Since that chicken nugget information was posted on here a while back, I've not partaken in a single piece of processed chicken. Not that I have a strong desire for McRibs, but this will ensure I'm never tempted again Now if you can come up with some "inside info" for about fifteen or so other fast food items, my diet will be much improved! I'm PRETTY sure it's a chain....not positive...but if you get the chance to eat at Bobby's Burgers, you'll be glad you did. One of the best bacon cheeseburgers I've ever had. I agree about Wendys and sTeak and Shake...and although I'm not as big of a chick fil a fan as others are, I had their tenders for the first time the other day and WOW, I could barely finish an order of them. Those are the best tenders I've ever had...and with the Polynesian sauce they are extra tasty
  14. I was so glad he did that...the show is always much better when you have people willing to stir it up a bit. Especially after Ozzy completely over-acted on redemption island and got nailed for that, I was ready to see someone make a big move that actually WORKED. It was interesting seeing mini-Hantz stick up for him after the vote...and I enjoyed hearing how coach spoke to him behind the scenes, attempting to shed his dragon slayer persona and appeal to Cochran's desire to strike back at the bully
  15. Is the first Batman game worth picking up? I see that Amazon has it for like $19
  16. Dude, I can't find the first thread where you said you were moving to Philly, but if you ever come across it you'll see exactly what I said about Philly girls. They aren't like other women...they're much more down to earth and the value different things. In my opinion, they're very "real" and less likely to value superficial things than other women, IMO. Way to go, brother!!
  17. Pooj found himself a nice Philly girl?
  18. I'm in the process of getting hooked up with 3D capability this weekend, and I keep hearing that the new Batman game is not only one of the best games ever created, but also some of the best 3D that gaming has ever seen. I had no idea there was a free roam on it, so you've really piqued my interest! RDR definitely didn't suck me in like GTA IV did, that's for sure. I felt like I didn't give it enough of a chance, but it may have been just as you said....just kind of boring. With most of my gaming history, I spent almost all of my time playing sports games. But the way some of these other games have become over the years, it's almost mindblowing to those of us who were out of the scene for a long time. I'm still amazed at what I could do on GTA...it seemed like every time I played, it was a new experience. And that game is what, three years old now? I can't wait for the new GTA... If you do, be sure to get "The Ballad of Gay Tony" add on...that one was a blast!
  19. YES!!!! GTA IV was the game that got me back into a console for the first time in years. I grew up playing on the Atari 2600, Sega Genesis, original Nintendo NES, and up to the first PlayStation. But then I went about ten years or more without even touching a game. I started watching people play GTA IV on justin tv and I was BLOWN AWAY by how far games had come. The story mode was amazing, but the free roam looked like a blast. To just be able to have free run in a mock up NYC environment with a bunch of other people online was too much to pass up, so I got an xbox 360. I put in a lot of hours on that game, and I THOUGHT I was going to do the same with Red, Dead, Redemption, but I started to forget about it and eventually just lost the interest. But I will DEFINITELY pick up GTA V, and I'm sure I'll be playing it for hours on end again
  20. Hell yeah! I'd have to get my fat rear into shape big time, but I'd totally do it to be on the show
  21. Yeah, it sure does Those guys were having so much fun that it made you want to just drop what you're doing and go join them
  22. Got it done this afternoon...then the new PJ will be here Saturday I'll report back on football in 3D this weekend
  23. LOL, I was watching some of that last night...when Sheamus busted out with the family reunion line, I lmao
  24. I am celebrating the news by having DTV installed as we speak...WOOOHOOO!!!!
