Fitz! Will you hit the weightroom already?
ajzepp replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Did I look at pictures of them to determine if Fitz was "much bigger and more fit than Eli"? Nope. But based on measurables, I'd say that's likely not the case. If I had to pick a QB not knowing anything more than height, weight, and BMI, I'd choose 6'4" 218. I don't really think you can say one has "more solidness" than the other one either, but carry on. -

no way...that's not cool. I hope fans of the show call/email his boss and give him some hell...not cool at all.

Same here. I always think of when Mario blew his out. I was watching the game live and he didn't ever get touched. That's really a bummer for Suggs...the Ravens are one of my favorite match-ups against N.E.

It really is a great format...so far I've seen a range from 1967 to 2012. It's like the perfect station. Jackson Browne, Tom Petty, Paul McCartney, the Turtles, Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, John Mayer, Bruce, etc, etc, etc...this is already one of my favorite stations.

I've always been a believer in the fact that you can completely take away someones power to get under your skin by either 1) not reacting, or 2) taking a self-deprecating stance and having fun with it. I was watching the show with a good (lady) friend of mine, and she stated she would buzz her head in an instant if she were on the race. That's what got me thinking about my other closest female friends...I'm PRETTY sure Lana would do it...most of the women I work with would do it...so yeah, I honestly think that most of my closest female friends would go for the buzz. But yeah, there's no way in hell I'd ever expect Rachel to do it lol. Brendan knew there was no way that was going to happen based on his reaction...as soon as they read the clue and saw the clippers, he was like, "okay, let's go" I pretty much agreed with the border patrol about the FF...to give Kentucky an outside shot at doing the FF was just stupid. They were so far back that there was really no possible way they'd even have a chance. The other teams were guaranteed to move on...UNLESS kentucky got a shot at the FF. That's why if I were to ever run this race, I'd want to make sure I had a partner who would be willing to do almost anything.

lol...it's funny cause when I was watching that scene, I asked myself about some of my closer female friends...I'm pretty sure that all of the girls I was thinking about would shave their head in a heartbeat.

Rob was still fun to watch because his game play was masterful. The wheels upstairs were turning 24/7, and each week we tuned in to see if he could take the plan in his head and move the pieces so that it came to fruition. This season, we had a bunch of complete idiots on the male side, and we have a bunch of girls who act as if these "challenges" are getting in the way of their island vacation. Up until this episode, it was clear that Kat was naive and aloof, but I never really felt she was all that annoying. WOW, tonight was eye opening. She's a complete and total fugtard. When she started whining during the immunity challenge, "c'mon Kim! You always win, I just wanna win this time!", I thought I was watching a 5th grader arguing over the swings on the playground. A sense of entitlement has NO PLACE in Survivor. I'm thankful the girls came together to make the right decision, and I'm thankful for CBS for putting together an edit that ended up being pretty entertaining. The look on Kat's face as Jeff was reading the votes was classic. I love that Jeff asked her the question about the possibility of a blind side before the vote...it was so clear that she didn't think for a MINUTE that there was any chance it could be her that was blindsided. And then, just to prove that it still wasn't sinking in, she goes and states that what is TRULY embarrassing was that Christina and Tarzan outlasted her in the game. Lastly, I think I wanted Sabrina to win it all until I heard what she said at tribal. I cannot stand these people who vote for a winner based on their level of butt-hurt-ness. When she said she would vote for the less deserving person just because she liked them better, I lost respect for her. In my opinion, and I know I've said this often lately, is that one of the most detrimental issues with Survivor is jury after jury who punishes the most deserving player for strictly personal reasons. I'm always reminded of Big Brother season 2, where the greatest reality player of all time (in my opinion), Dr Will Kirby, won the big prize. Will had been put up on the block for eviction like FIVE TIMES that season, and in the end he was facing a jury of those who mostly HATED him. But I still remember the comments, because the jury members were big enough that they could look past how they felt about the guy and vote for him to win because it was clear that he played the best game. Survivor needs to get back to that sort of mentality, because the game is cheapened otherwise, IMO.

It's got to be coming to an end for them...a decade of this crap is far more than enough...they can't seem to get it done in the big game anymore than we could these days, so it's time for someone else to step on their heads and not let them up until Brady is ready for the broadcast booth. We won't have enough firepower to do it ourselves this year, but between us, the Jets, the Ravens, and whichever other AFC teams step up to the plate, it's time to put these fuggers to bed. -
Understandable. Just seeing a glimpse of her makes my heart drop into my stomach...I couldn't watch the whole thing, but for her to apparently be saying that she was trying so hard to get him to tell her what was wrong, to be unsuccessful, and then for him to be gone...I cannot even fathom what that pain must be like. I wish I could just hug her for like an hour.

I can't even watch most of that...absolutely heart wrenching.

Brett Favre had the John Holmes of fingers. When you have that extra leverage on the ball, it makes up for quite a lot. Until Fitzy can hit a deep ball with consistency, I think it's valid to criticize his grip/forearm strength. I just don't see it there at all. LMAO!!! I don't want to hear ANYONE say Brady is not a homo after seeing that pic...(not that there's anything wrong with that) -
c'mon man, that's a bit harsh...it's easy for you to say all that cause you're not the one with $500 extensions!!
-
Well, I'd definitley prefer a District 9 scenario to an Independence Day one, that's for sure. Tom, do you have any opinion on "Anonymous"?
-
And don't forget, the Mayans have provided the government with the PERFECT time frame to pull off such a false flag event. Honestly, the term "false flag" makes me sick to my stomach these days after all the 9/11 and pearl harbour conspiracy folks.

He needs to focus on some grip strength...those look like the forearms of a pre-pubescent girl. How is he supposed to get the ball to cut through the cold, windy conditions at the ralph with those stringy things? -
I know not everyone feels this way, but I happen to think that contact with a benevolent alien species would be one of the coolest things ever. I posted this site on here a long time ago, but I think this is a good time to revisit. This dude supposedly communicates with UFOs that show up on his ranch...there is quite a lot of video footage, too. It's interesting to see some of the info he has on his website if for no other reason than for entertainment. Especially since Faustus scared the bejeezus out of all of us with HIS link http://www.eceti.org/ Actually, tgreg, this guy would probably make for an excellent source if you're ever researching for a character/script. Interestingly enough, IIRC, this guy refers to them as extra-dimensional, as well...
-
I'll use a common movie quote here to express my view..."if they were going to kill us, they'd have done it by now."
-
If I saw the sky look like it does at the 3min mark of the Faustus video (Russia, I think it was), I would honestly sh*t myself. I had heard about that jerusalem video but don't remember seeing it...that was really, really freaky. The fact that it was caught from a few different angles pretty much sold me that SOMETHING clearly happened, but what was it?
-
Much appreciated! I'm interested to see what's up with this...thanks man!

That's the stuff I want to read more about...I didn't know that about the helmets, but I'm glad to hear the safer ones are available to them if they choose to take advantage of that. Life presents all sorts of risks, and while I don't always want the decision to be made FOR me, I do think there is a responsibility for government, sports organizations, employers, etc to make you AWARE of the risks. That's why I think KD brought up an interesting point earlier, and it's why I want to learn more about what Buftex was saying. If nothing else, horrible events like Seau's suicide at least keep the dialogue and awareness moving forward. Appreciate it, man
