  1. Man, if we got Trent McDuffie in Round 1 and Kenneth Walker in Round 2 just standing pat at 25 and 57 - I would absolutely be doing backflips!
  2. 7 WR's went in Round 1 (Olave, Wilson, London, Burks, Pickens, Williams, and Dotson) and 5 WR's went in Round 2 (Watson, Pierce, Moore, Bell, and Austin). John Metchie III was the top available. If there is that kind of run at WR's, we may not be afforded the opportunity to wait until the 3rd of later.
  3. Jameson Williams is reportedly the top WR on many teams Draft boards. I don't think we're gonna be able to sniff him at 25.
  4. I don't think you and I were watching the same run blocking and run production late in the season and in the playoffs after Bates entered the Starting Lineup....
  5. There's a poll going right now for who the Bills should take at 57. Kenneth Walker is still on the board and the vote is 50/50 with an Offensive Lineman. So if you're a bang the table we need a RB, this is your chance to show support 😛
  6. L O L The article is CLEARLY just a reporter pontificating on the Bills as a possible fit, given their needs, and even flat out says there seems to be nothing there. Meanwhile, Bleacher Report takes that and runs a totally misleading headline that gets everyone all hyped up. Ridiculous.
  7. No, I don't think it does. I believe last seasons playoffs taught them that they can no longer have just one solid starter and one average starter at the CB position. Because if Tre goes down, they're in trouble and we were. The fact that they could have gotten Levi back on a fairly inexpensive deal and let him walk confirmed that to me. They want someone they think can be an upgrade. They aren't going to go the Dolphins route and pay top dollar for two veteran stars. So Drafting one and having them on a cost controlled Rookie contract is the way to go. It wouldn't shock me to see them trade up to ensure they at least get an Andrew Booth or Trent McDuffie, maybe even higher up if there's a Sauce Gardner or Derek Stingley still on the board at Pick 10 or later. Wouldn't shock me to see them give up a player or players like Epenesa, Moss, and Ford along with 25 and pick(s) next year. Having Tre on one side, one of them on the other, alongside the addition of Von Miller would completely transform their Defense, which was already ranked #1 last season, into something potentially unstoppable.
  8. Rodger Saffold at LG and Ryan Bates at RG instead of Ike Boettger at LG and Rodger Saffold at RG. Everything else is accurate, so far. He's on my list of players that could be moved on Draft Day, alongside A.J. Epenesa and Zack Moss. If he isn't moved to a team that feels a change of system and scenery will bring more out of him, I expect him to be here. I don't see him being flat out cut 3 years removed from being a high 2nd Round pick, with a new OL Coach coming in that could revitalize him.
  9. For the most part, this is true. However, for this situation, where we're talking about leaving Los Angeles, CA and a team that is the defending Super Bowl Champions - I don't care how good we've been, you're going to need to outbid them to convince someone to leave that and come here. Though I don't know if it would be fair to call that a "Buffalo Tax". Because it'd be the same thing for literally any other team in the league that wasn't the defending Super Bowl champs from LA.
  10. I don't think he just came here for the money. He even said to McVay, it wasn't all about the money. He'd have taken a little less to stay with them. It was the money AND the fact that we're a Super Bowl favorite. He couldn't pass up the money and the opportunity to be the only player in NFL history to win 3 rings with 3 different squads. He seems to be a very deep person who obviously really loved being a Ram. He probably thought he wasn't going to leave there. So it was difficult for him to have to turn his back on them after publicly saying he wanted to run it back. I don't blame him for that. I also think part of it is he doesn't want his Rams fans and family to think he doesn't care and he just left for the money. He wanted to show them he did care about them. By acting in this fashion it changes the narrative from "screw you Von" to "aw we loved you too Von, we're rooting for you even though you're no longer here". And honestly, even if he did just come for the money (which I don't believe is the case), I wouldn't really care. Because he's not the type of player to take the money and not put in the work. He's an all timer when it comes to preparation and production. And to me, having that is all that matters to me. Yeah, I don't think we've ever had a Buffalo Bill who's been on Dancing with the Stars and Saturday Night Live. He's a next level Superstar.
  11. I think we all expected Hughes wasn't returning after this season. The writing was on the wall. Von Miller being signed sealed it for me. It's a lot to ask and expect Jerry Hughes to come back for pennies on the dollar, in a rotational role, and take a backseat to Von Miller after 9 years with the team, most of which as the unquestioned leader of the Defense. I think it would be an uncomfortable dynamic for both he and Von. I believe if anyone's coming back and doing that, it'll much sooner be Mario Addison than Jerry Hughes.
  12. I'm not 100% sure either will be there. But I feel it's more likely one will be available there then it is one will go on Round 1 and I still firmly disagree we should take one Round 1.
  13. I did this mock based off the report from Sirius XM that players may be moved in Draft Day trades. I think Epenesa represents a guy who has the most value that we could afford to move. Having White on one side and Sauce on the other would be a game changer that could take us over the top, combined with Von Miller. As for Hughes - If Jerry is cool with playing for pennies on the dollar, being a rotational piece, he's comfortable taking a backseat to Von, and Von's cool with it - I'd be down. But I just think it's a lot to ask and may mess with the new era they're looking for in the Defensive End room. I see Mario Addison returning as being more likely.
  14. We're on pick 46 of the TSW Mock Draft and a RB has yet to be selected. And I think this is a more likely scenario than a RB being selected in Round 1 of the actual Draft.
  15. You mean to tell me a Running Back hasn't been taken by pick 44? I'm confused. I was told this wasn't possible and that we'd be stupid for not taking Breece Hall at 25 😆
  16. Tyquan Thornton. Can't teach that speed and it's something we need. If he can be coached up a bit, he could be extremely dangerous. And I think he offers a little more as a Receiver than what he's being given credit for already.
  17. I'm sure his people received clearance from Josh before putting the video together. Other than that, it was just his agent, his dad, and all we heard from the McVay call was Von's side of it. For all we know, Von may have told Josh on the call that he was being video recorded.
  18. Papa Miller is now a folk hero in Buffalo. To the victor go the spoils.
  19. Really wild. Von's video diary of going through the process of Free Agency and ultimately signing with the Bills from his YouTube page. Includes him talking to Josh Allen on the phone, his dad telling him to go to Buffalo, and him saying goodbye to Sean McVay.
  20. Since you were able to land Christian Watson and Kyler Gordon (as well as grabbing Tyquan Thornton and Matt Araiza), I'll give you a pass for going RB with our first pick. Just this once 😛
  21. Traded 25, next year's 1st, and AJ Epenesa to secure Sauce Gardner. Fanspeak and PFF seem to Draft players in our need wheelhouse too low and The Draft Network Drafts them too high.
  22. You've got OL way too high after signing Rodger Saffold, retaining Ryan Bates long term, re-signing Ike Boettger, and also signing Greg Mancz. Starting Line is set for this season and 4/5 of them are on long term contracts. Maybe a mid round pick or two for development. But none of Dawkins, Saffold, Morse, Bates, or Brown are being benched and you don't spend your first rounder on a rotational Lineman who won't see much playing time in Year 1.
  23. Garrett Wilson, Jameson Williams, Chris Olave, Christian Watson, Skyy Moore, Alec Pierce, Velus Jones, and Tyquan Thornton. 4.41 is my cut off as both Beane and McDermott has been preaching needing speed. One of those guys needs to be a Buffalo Bill, even if it's just Jones or Thornton late. Idk enough about Danny Gray to add him to the list. I'd make an exception for Jameson Williams though bc I think he's a next level WR.
