  1. Hmmmmm....Anyone think that he might have failed another drug test?
  2. McNally: "Allright you sissies, now you know what its like to get to second base. Geisinger, go get the dummies with the legs on them so we can move this thing along!"
  3. Since he can score he is not a thug, but he can still be freaking insane! HE TRIED TO START SOMEONE ON FIRE!!!!
  4. When does someone step in and commit this guy to a mental institution? http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/news/story?id=2441016
  5. Can we start calling him "The Other Idiot Kicker"?
  6. Thanks DG, I missed it.
  7. Mel Kiper is Eddie Munster. Clayton is Beaker from Sesame Street. (But both are Douche Bags)
  8. Just curious to see what that douche bag thought about our draft.
  9. Actually, if Tennessee would have taken Leinart (like they should have) I think that Al Davis would have jumped on Young, leaving Huff for us.
  10. I think Vincent still has a few years left in the tank...look at how long Rod Woodson played.
  11. Looks like Pro Football Weekly is ok with our picks. http://www.profootballweekly.com/PFW/NFLDr...Round1Picks.htm http://www.profootballweekly.com/PFW/NFLDr...6/holbrook2.htm
  12. Marv filled needs with players that he feels will not only contribute next year, but can develop into even stronger players down the road. Using TDs philosophy, you end up with guys like Roscoe Parish, not filling a need at all, but "The best player available". I think that we are going to look back at this draft and be thankful that Marv was at the helm. When Huff was taken at 7, He decided that he would take the next best safety available, a need position, and would address DT next, another need position. We won't know if he overpaid for either of these guys until they step on the field. Here is hoping that Max Jean-Gilles is available at #8 this morning. (though I doubt he gets past Houstion) http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/...yers/47833.html
  13. What the hell. Why not trade the pick. Whitner would have been available at the end of the f**kin round.
  14. They drafted Kyle Brady once...
  15. I just rented one when I was down in Florida, they are great. They drive like old muscle cars, which is what one would expect.
  16. That is what happens when a supreme idiot is elected by other uneducated idiots to run the city.
  17. It isn't just American Auto Companies. See Eastman Kodak, Xerox. Complacency rules!
  18. Oh, I agree with you, Hanks is a great actor and works well with Ron Howard. I am sure he will be fine. Whenever I read a book, I always picture hollywood actors as the characters. rown's initial description of Langdon, which was much more detailed in Angels and Demons, made me think of Clooney first.
  19. I was wondering the same thing, as it is almost impossibel to translate that onto film. The other thing was how Brown would put the characters thougts into italics, like Of course he knew I was bluffing I am not sure if they can capture that in the screenplay.
  20. I have read both and I must say that while I liked the DaVinci Code, I felt as if Angels and Demons would have made a much better movie, especially since it happened first. Maybe they will make a prequel (Kind of like how Temple of Doom happened before Raiders of the Lost Ark.) I wasn't sure about Tom Hanks as Robert Langon. Though I am sure that he will do a fine job, for some reason I was picturing George Clooney as the main character in the film. While I am sure that the film will no way live up to the book (Hard to cram 500 pages into a 2 hour movie) I am excited to see how it translates on to the screen. Here is to hoping that Angels and Demons makes it to the theatres next.
  21. Fisher has man love for Vince Young?
  22. I saw that too. If we don't trade out of the spot I like the pick. It allows us to keep Peters at RT and move Justice to LT (Even though Justice played RT at USC). I know that a lot of us are scared off after the Fat Mike pick but I feel like he is a much safer pick at #8 than either Ngata or Bunkley.
  23. I am sure that it has nothing to do with the fact that they have the same agent.
  24. 5. I guy and his buddy are playing golf when he shanks his ball into the woods down a rivine. He walks down to take his next shot and next to his ball he sees a skeleton holding an eight iron. He then yells up to his buddy "You better toss me a Seven Iron, there is not way I am getting out of here with an eight."
  25. If that does happen we could probably trade down and still get Bunkley. Might be a chance for the Vikes to hop ahead of the cards.
