  1. Miller had better numbers last year technically. bosa had more Offside penalties than sacks. he was a terrible terrible signing.
  2. The cameras make private conversations public. for instance, I am willing to bet the “wr” topic will be a key storyline, Coleman is going to end up under the microscope nationally, something he does not need. I would bet that beane appearance with Jeremy and Joe about wr will be in the first episode. The camera I imagine have been there already for awhile. there is zero upside to being on the show. It will put a target on the bills back and someone will say or do something that will end up being talked about nationally and become an issue. It always does.
  3. Tell that to Joe Schoen.
  4. He stunk and it’s a good thing he is gone. the problem is they just resigned him by another name in Joey Bosa.
  5. The only reason they must b doing this is to sell seats in the new stadium. it makes no sense otherwise.
  6. Good. what would be the point of divisions if they just seeded the conference by record? might as well just have two divisions in that case, the nfc and the afc.
  7. I will happily take that bet. Is he any better than jones? His pff rating rushing the passer and playing the run was pretty bad. the Steelers cut him to save money because he is a declining player. If he couldn’t play the run for Pittsburgh he basically had no value. For some reason the bills signed him and then kept him after finding out about the suspension. it won’t matter because they did so well in the draft. I will not be surprised if he never plays a snap for the bills.
  8. Jones won’t be cut because he fits in the culture here and can be depended on. The players they drafted will allow them to lower his snaps. I just don’t think they are going to cut him, my opinion of course. i liked the offensive free agents they signed, Palmer was not my first choice but I think he will be a good player here. Love that they resigned Ty, Evan’s and Gilliam. I am talking about this year’s defensive free agents, I don’t like it at all. I don’t see anyone really helping in big games or critical moments and in the end will be just depth pieces. I absolutely loathe the Bosa signing. Hate everything about it. It’s almost as bad as giving up a third round pick for Amari cooper. He is an aging declining player who is always hurt and makes a bunch of penalties. He has shown his inability to keep his cool in big moments in post season games also. they signed players without defined positions, they signed declining players with injury issues, they have two guys suspended. I feel it was a giant swing and miss on defensive free agents this year. again, I don’t think any of them will make a dimes worth of difference to this defense this year. as to the comment assuming I never like what they do in free agency, now you are just making things up because i have a different opinion of this group of guys than you. and yes there were players and positions where I thought they could have improved on defense in free agency. we shall see how it plays out. I think the draft nullified it anyway. They nailed the draft imo.
  9. IMO, they signed 6 defensive players in free agency who won’t make a dime’s worth of difference to the defense. That was my opinion before we knew of the suspensions. I view each of the defensive signings as backup level players who were signed as insurance in case they didn’t get what they wanted in the draft. I feel like they did a great job in the draft which further makes the free agent class even less important to me. I am glad they signed tre white. He is a great fit in the locker room and a great player to have with a young group of cornerbacks on the roster. I just do not see any of the others doing anything worthwhile and in particular helping the defense where it needed help other than just providing a baseline of depth. I think three of the players they signed not really even have a position clearly defined. I wouldn’t be surprised to see two or three of the free agents on defense they signed cut when they make the roster for week 1 or after the bye and the suspensions are up.
  10. Nope. he will get his snaps reduced in hopes that less playing time will maximize his abilities. I imagine he sees the field less than like 30 or 28 % of snaps or something along those lines barring injuries. had they not, imo, botched the free agent signings in the offseason then there was a chance. The front office blew it this offseason though with the group of defensive players they signed, again imo so jones job will be safe.
  11. You yap worse than six barbers
  12. The whining and obsession with wide receivers here never ends
  13. those seats look exactly like the seats in every new stadium I have been in. Just like AT&T stadium and the rangers new ballpark here in dfw.
  14. mike and Dan from Buffalo plus seemed to be impressed with Dorian strong. Basically said he looked the part.
  15. Tony Dungy said he was 100% the best defensive player since LT. Then Said he would be just as good. another reason to never listen to anything tony dungy says about anything.
  16. My biggest gripe with the nfl and sunday ticket..(besides the price but I understand that going in because the nfl are greedy ghouls) is the fact that they do not add the simple option of listening to the radio broadcast instead of the tv broadcast. How can MLB make this available for every game of the season but the nfl can not do this for 17 simple weeks. They just hate their fans. I would love to have the option to listen to Chris Brown, Eric Wood and Sal instead of alot of the tv broadcasts. I have just begun rewatching last season this week and the week 1 broadcast was terrible. Jay Feeley is horrendous in the booth. Tom McCarthy and Ross Tucker made it even worse. Thankfully Jay Feeley is moving on to making the world a worse place in another venue. I would rather listen to my neighbors dog bark than spero dedes and adam archuletta also.
  17. I remember back in like 99 or 2000 I had a friend who had some people in his family who were like half a wiseguy ish and they had this guy that would take the old directv access cards and program them so that everything worked! From HBO to Local channels all over the country to Corn with a P to Sunday ticket...etc. 50 bucks and the deal was when Directv sent out the signal to zap the cards he would redo it up to two times...after that you had to pay 50 bucks for a new one! mine worked for like a month and a half then got zapped, then never worked again. that is what all the chinese all channels all the time devices remind me of. I have a friend who uses one and gets every channel. Amazing that it works.
  18. Yep. Sunday night or monday night would make perfect sense.
  19. He was amazing last year and he wants a raise and the benefit of a new multi year contract. Exactly like every other player in every sport who is an important piece to the team and is underpaid. again, He has not missed OTA's yet because they have not happened yet. Not really that hard to understand. if he skips the mandatory OTA's and doesn't show up for TC then there is an issue. Until then it is just people belittling him and saying he is worthless and can be replaced by anybody from their local over 50 flag football league.
  20. I really hope the new stadium's first game is on a thursday night to kick off the 2026 season if you catch my drift. To which I could not care less who they play! They can run out the nuns from our lady of perpetual sorrow for all I care if they are hosting that game.
  21. See this is the thing. OTA's do not start until may 27th. Cook hasn't missed OTA's and is not holding out yet as far as any of us know. What has started is workouts. We think he has not been there for workouts. If cook misses all three session's of OTA's, particularly the Mandatory one June 10th-12th then that is a holdout. If he misses all the OTA's and is telling the team he want's 15 or 20 million then there is an issue. As of right now he made a comment on social media about wanting 15 million and thats all. I would love to look through some of the fans complaining about this social media to see the stuff they post.
  22. which afc east team do they close out the stadium with? I think it will be Jets at Bills at 1 the final week. In a perfect world the bills will have the 1 seed and can spend the week and the game celebrating the history of the team and the stadium. Maybe one final snow game before the playoffs start to finish the regular season. This would allow them to bring out all the former players and people involved with the organization through the years in a stress free environment. I remember in 2008 the final year for the Cowboys at Texas Stadium, the league did them no favors and scheduled Baltimore on a saturday night in week 15. It was maybe their most difficult game of the season, the defense blew the game in epic fashion and it also tanked their wild card shot essentially. After the game they had all these former players and people there for a huge celebration and nobody cared because all the fans were so angry, plus it was freezing. The same thing happened to the Giants in 09, they played carolina to close out giants stadium and got blown out and eliminated from the playoffs. Why didn't Dallas just play washington its biggest rival in week 17 at home, the giants play the eagles week 17....etc. I hope they don't do something stupid and put philly or tampa in Buffalo week 17. Just give the Bills a week 18 1 pm game vs the jets or dolphins to close out the stadium.
  23. The bills do need cook to win. He won't get the 15 million he asked for but why does he get so much hate and ignorance for asking for it. He is worth a lot. He is a fantastic weapon. He accounted for 19 touchdowns last year and helped set up a bunch more he didn't get to touch the ball on and punch it in. Cook rushed for 272 yards in the playoffs, 15 runs were for first downs and he scored 3 td's one which was in incredible play vs KC. Important to note they played three of the best defenses in the league in the playoffs in Denver, Baltimore and KC. People acting like he is some bum who can be replaced by anybody in the 6th round will be the first ones to complain when he is gone the big plays from the running game go bye bye.
  24. me too. How quickly fans turn on players is really fascinating to me. Also this nonsense about easily replaceable being used on cook all the time is just as fascinating to me. This team needs cook and the other two backs to win. I know this place and most of the internet is obsessed with WR's but I mean its right in front of everyones face what the running game is here and most still can not see it.
  25. Sal had a Pittsburgh media guy on a few minutes ago. He said watt is not going anywhere and they are trying to get a deal done with him before parsons gets his in Dallas. he said Tomlin and Rooney consider watt a one helmet guy.
