Post after post of this drivel but nah I’m not putting down Mahomes to prop up Allen. lol Doubt it. Exactly! They’re both great QBs and great guys! Some people can’t talk up our guy without disparaging other guys. Especially the consensus best qb in the league.

Yeah Mahomes is great because Reid Kelce Hill and something about a Ferrari. Put Allen on the Chiefs and he’d have 6 superbowls.

You’re killing the vibe here! Allen is great. But your post sounds like a lot of justifications. I don’t think Allen would have a problem saying Mahomes is the best. Burrow has.

Excellent memory sir! I remember watching the offensive lull in the 13 sec game saying wtf. Then, of course, the fireworks in the last 5min and OT made everyone forget about all that.

I’m not sold on those guys at the next level. There’s no way I’d move on from Allen for any college prospects. Allen is athletically gifted and he has shown he can be great at the highest levels. Let’s work on the consistency aspect and all will be good. Oh a new coaching staff wouldn’t hurt either.

He definitely worked hard in the early years to get to where he is, a top NFL qb. From the outside it seems like he has let up on the offseason work. Maybe he felt like he has made it. I would be very surprised if we don’t see him get back to more rigorous training this coming offseason. This season has been humbling for Allen, the team, and Bills fans in general.

KC’s gm has been above average with his drafts in general. Especially finding gems in the later rounds. But you gotta admit he hasn’t been great at drafting receivers. Hardman over Metcalf. Moore over Pickens. Just two examples of bad wr drafting. Their best wr drafted was Hill and he wasn’t a wr coming out of college. That was also not a Veach draft I don’t think.

I don’t think Allen is wired this way. He seems to have a lot of interests outside of football that fulfills his life, especially in the offseason. Football seems like a career and not a passion that drives him to try and be the best. There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s a well rounded way to live life.

Agree with all the reasons for signing Knox to that long term deal. Do you think he would’ve gotten as much in the open market? I think the Bills overpaid and it’s partly because of Allen’s relationship with Knox.

Browns will beat them this Sunday.

Not sure about blowing out the Eagles. Their offense have not lived up to potential. As for the AFC Balt still has something say about it. So does…the Bills.

They lost their all world MLB Nick Bolton a few weeks ago.

Maybe it’s McD’s way of tell Allen he’s part of the problem. But no way the Bills would choose the coach over the qb. Allen will be here long after McD is gone, which will probably be at the end of the season barring some miracle.

That’s how some overthrows happen. I don’t see that happening with Allen. I think sometimes his reads are late and he tries to make up that time with his arm. Throwing it as hard as he can to beat the defenders. Sometimes it works. Sometimes the defenders win. Sometimes it gets there too hot to handle or not at a premium position for the receiver to get max yac. The fix is to identify open receivers quicker and make throws that are conducive to success.

This was a red flag for me in the offseason.

This is the first time I’ve seen anyone on here acknowledge this about that game. KC’s db’s were so bad they were tripping over themselves. Their gm realized this and restocked almost the whole defensive backfield with draft picks they got from the Tyreek Hill trade. Gotta give them credit for hitting on virtually all their picks. Allen was amazing in that game though. It would be nice to see that version of him again soon.
