What, have you been sitting in on these? You don't know how long they last or how much time Brady spends preparing for these. It's a distraction during a critical week and we don't need any.

I don’t have an issue with coaches looking at new opportunities but here we are in the middle of preparing for perhaps the biggest playoff game/showdown in years and Brady is taking time off to interview for a job. What kind of a message does that send to the team and the fans? What’s more important your allegiance to your current team or your future career? These interviews are a distraction from the job at hand and if Joe simply stayed focused on his current job, the future will take care of itself. I wish him all the best and hope we can retain him but I would like to see him shelve his future plans for a while so he can focus on the present.

This unit has been a major reason for our success this year. We have also been very fortunate that this unit has stayed healthy through the entire year. There are rarely any plays where you see guys blowing an assignment - they just operate with such a level of cohesiveness it’s fun to watch. We heard how Denver’s D was playing at a league leading level in many categories throughout the second half of the year and this unit just physically overpowered their D line. Right now, this unit and Philly’s are the best in the NFL.

And the Vikes offensive line doesn’t look very good.

Great post. I have always had an issue with his int. % and overall accuracy. Out of his 11 years, he only had 4 years above 60% completions. Obviously there are a lot of intangibles when it comes to looking at the impact JK had on the Bills and Buffalo and he is without question a much beloved a Bill. But the game has changed considerably from his days and I don’t think in todays NFL with numbers he put up and his overall lack of mobility he doesn’t come close to the top tier QBs in the league.

The d is better with him off the field. He may be done and we probably won’t really know until next year.

I thought Mack deserved his own thread. While he wasn’t a splashy off season acquisition, he certainly has fit right in with the Bills and I would love to see him on the Bills for a couple more years. He always seems to be around the ball and is a very smart player. Solid hands, versatile special teams guy, and I love his chill approach to life. I think he is another one of those personalities that keeps the Bills loose yet focused. The plays that he participated in have clearly helped the Bills at key moments. Go Mack Attack!

Get and keep Milano off the field!

Brady has a knack for trying to get cute rather than just sticking with what’s working.

Milano should not be on the field.

Our defense is not as good with him on the field. He’s out of shape and rusty. Williams is much quicker and game ready - Milano is not, at this point. Coaches are responsible for putting the best players on the field that give a team the best chance of winning. Can you honestly say that in Milano’s condition he’s a better option than Williams?

With the win over the Chiefs, the Bills are solidly in contention for the #1 seed, and when you look at the remaining schedule the Bills would appear to have the advantage, at least on paper. And we get a week to rest up before we make our final run of 6 games whereas the Chiefs have to play 7 games. The Bills have really one tough game remaining, at Detroit, whereas the Chiefs finish the season on the road at Pittsburgh and Denver. Great coaches don’t need end of game coordinators. That’s a joke comment, right? Mcd hasn’t managed games well from day one and has never learned from all of his mistakes. If he was employed in any other business he would be shown the door. As much as I would like to see him gone, I also feel the disruption to the team at this point in the season would not be good because we don’t have any credible internal staff who I would trust stepping into that role. Mcd will get through this year and the rationalizations about the impact of injuries will suffice to keep him and Beane around but the status quo will never get us over the top. Mcd is our ceiling and it is what it is.
