  1. I don't need to. Love big Frank. This is not the same as having an affinity for dictators: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberation_theology I'm an open book, dude. Exposing myself intellectually is my thing. Nothing to hide. Not even from a cadre of new IRS agents. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/may/11/vatican-new-chapter-liberation-theology-founder-gustavo-gutierrez
  2. Nope. seen enough of the fool. Pope Francis affinity for dictators. Link?
  3. G Gordon Liddy spoke at my college once. A cute girl held a sign "Crime Pays" and it was in our yearbook. He was impressive but scary. Went over the whole burning his hand with a lighter in prison thing. Seems it worked. I wouldn't mess with him. It's like the college brought him in to teach us "there are evil, powerful people. watch out for them".
  4. Well, not really...
  5. Yes, the process is working. Didn't the announcer say we had the second best record overalll for the last 3 years. We'll be good this year as well.
  6. I watched it all while wretching.
  7. I listened long enough to hear the allegation that woodward was CIA. I don't see any proof. Here's his wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Woodward Looks like a distinguished academic career. failed a 2 week trial for a journalist job in 1970. got one in '71. I've got to look at the watergate plumbers but would it be a surprise if he got ex via to do his dirty work? Finally, why wouldn't every prez since Kennedy know that the CIA killed him, if they did? Were they all dirty. Reagan certainly could have brought it up.... 1961, Woodward enrolled in Yale College with a Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) scholarship and studied history and English literature. While at Yale, Woodward joined the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and was a member of Book and Snake.[6][7] He received his B.A. degree in 1965.[8] After Yale, Woodward began a five-year tour of duty in the United States Navy.[8] During his service in the Navy, Woodward served aboard the USS Wright, and was one of two officers assigned to move or handle nuclear launch codes the Wright carried in its capacity as a National Emergency Command Post Afloat(NECPA).[9] At one time, he was close to Admiral Robert O. Welander, being communications officer on the USS Fox under Welander's command.[10] Career After being discharged as a lieutenant in August 1970, Woodward was admitted to Harvard Law School but elected not to attend. Instead, he applied for a job as a reporter for The Washington Post while taking graduate courses in Shakespeare and international relations at George Washington University. Harry M. Rosenfeld, the Post's metropolitan editor, gave him a two-week trial but did not hire him because of his lack of journalistic experience. After a year at the Montgomery Sentinel, a weekly newspaper in the Washington, D.C., suburbs, Woodward was hired as a Post reporter in 1971.[11] Guys, ol tuck is a snake oil salesman. Woodward was a real journalist who made a positive difference to the country. Great story about the plumbers: https://spyscape.com/article/watergate-secrets-the-real-story-of-the-white-house-plumbers
  8. the current civil war (between MAGA's) https://www.mediaite.com/politics/move-the-fcking-motion-mccarthy-reportedly-defiant-in-heated-closed-door-meeting-as-he-faces-down-gop-mutiny/
  9. The NP who works in the sleep lab told me she checked with my insurer and they will pay for either cpap or appliance but not both. Still, If I can't tolerate the full mask, I'll try it. Probably the nasal strips first but I don't think my nose is the problem. the appliance works by pulling the mandible forward right? Is that unomfortable to most folks? Finally, I could get a chin strap for the nasal pillow....they're not requiring that mask back.
  10. I can only tolerate the smug pr!ck for about 1 minute...

  12. He was a documented crook. The entire EU wanted him gone.
  13. I have mild sleep apnea. I discussed both the inspire and the appliance with the sleep doc. Decided to try the CPAP. The nasal pillow is just a small soft plastic air reservoir with nasal prongs. Was the least bulky of the masks I was shown. Now, if I want to do the appliance, I'd have to pay 100% for it. So I Guess I'm going with the full mask next. I get 1 free alternative mask. Just wondering if there was a design that people especially liked. I like the hose attaching to the back of the head so that might limit the choices. After reading up, CPAP compliance is only 30-60%. Inspire involves an electrode to a major nerve and the diaphragm. Think I'll pass for now... Yes, I'm working on weight loss too. But the tiredness slows me down a bit. Not seeing an ENT but a pulmonologist. btw, most but not all pts are overweight. My BMI is 28 so I am. Mask choices seem pretty random and unscientific.
  14. to me, it's all circumstantial ...Joe was around Hunter and some of his scuzzy friends. Doesn't prove he illegally profited. Bank records would do that. Do you think they might announce it, if they had them? Geez, if they impeached trump for being around scuzzy people, it would have been nonstop...
  15. This is a circus act. They won't go to actual impeachment. The lack of evidence is an embarrassment to all but he biggest twits like MTG, Boebert and Goetz.
  16. Umm, because he was a crook....Just like Conald. Why do you cons not want to apply law and order to old white fascists?
  17. The Russians are the invaders. They should flee crimea and no one gets hurt...
  18. can't decide between an eyeroll and a laugh but I'm laughing so....
  19. splain. my mind doesn't live in that gutter. Wait, I get it....lipstick on a pig, right?
  20. She's from Va. She wasn't elected by a huge group of morons and won't be....btw, what's with the use of gender neutral pronouns? Are you undecided yourself?
  21. It is truly appropriate for one of the most clueless posters here. He prolly walks around with this expression all day.
  22. Trump is MAGA dummy. It's the brand he created and developed for dummies like you. but back to musk oil: https://news.sky.com/story/elon-musk-refuses-to-answer-if-his-ignorance-and-ego-cost-ukrainian-lives-12960786
  23. Just a white trash R congress critter being her normal self. Lipstick on a pig... https://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/columnist/2023/09/13/lauren-boebert-escorted-musical-beetlejuice-vaping-disruption/70845026007/ Setting aside the irony of being removed from a theater during a show that centers around unwanted guests, it seems unfair to penalize Republicans for behaving in public the same way they behave on Fox News and elsewhere. We must accept them for who they are and just try to ignore their performative antics.
  24. He's not worth the effort but he is a good punching bag.
  25. tuck and Don must have been recruited by Putin simultaneously https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2023/05/01/tucker-carlson-fox-news-russia/11757930002/
