  1. He was a good president. Yet he was likely demented at the end of his term. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2011/jan/17/ronald-reagan-alzheimers-president-son
  2. Wait. I thought you MAGAs relished the chance to run against Kamala. If this gets any traction (which it likely won't) an open convention is the answer. That's ok with me. You think his conviction shouldn't be an issue? Tough, it will be.
  3. Do you know how long Ronnie was cognitively impaired for? Was that hidden from the public? https://www.britannica.com/biography/Ronald-Reagan
  4. This is so wrong on so many levels. But we do want very much to win.
  5. maybe Mark Kelly. Might pick up so centrist R's. he's a"manly man".
  6. If she's nominated and picks Whitmer, it's 2 female candidates. Not gonna happen but that would be cool.
  7. Because she's running against a slimy convicted felon and she's not 81...
  8. I think she'll do well. And it aint over til it's over. She's not the candidate yet.
  9. Does this make me a soy boy? It's Japanese (actually made there). Is soy boy a racist term as well? https://www.subaru.com/vehicles/wrx.html
  10. I'll have an aperol spritz next because I have an open bottle of sparkling wine. Sparkling wine doesn't store well. This cocktail is especially refreshing on a warm summer day. I anticipate being labelled a "soy boy" for this choice by the MAGA's here. Is that better? Comprende?
  11. I'm thinking Aperol spritz next. Storing sparkling wine doesn't work. Anticipating a soy boy comment but they're awesome on a summer day!
  12. We can win this. Let's beat the felon! The base will be energized...
  13. https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2017/12/donald-trump-wines. I haven't tried it. My b-in-law is a master of wine in Europe. I'll ask his opinion next time we talk but I'll bet he hasn't tried it either. I don't believe Virginia wines are top on his list. He's never mentioned or recommended any that I recall. Not on mine either. I also don't like his directly, monetarily capitalizing on his presidency either. Emoluments...
  14. trump steaks, trump wine, Jarrod's billions from the Saudis, ignoring Kashogi's murder, $1 million "initiation" fee to Mar a lago, ridiculously priced rooms for secret service agents at trump properties, expected trump property room rentals for foreign diplomats etc...trump lies at every rally and debate. He's still pushing the dangerous election steal lie and the Jan 6 lies. MAGA's don't seem to recognize scale. What the Biden admin has/is doing is awful. It's been revealed and the party overwhelmingly wants to replace Biden. Any R who spoke of replacing trump in the last decade has been blackballed. We are having a spirited and healthy debate. btw, a recent poll showed 32% of Americans (that same 32% we keep seeing) want an authoritarian president. Who among the cons here agrees? https://newrepublic.com/article/183866/americans-want-authoritarian-president-trump
  15. We voted while Biden’s health status was concealed. Now we know. I don’t know a D who doesn’t want him replaced
  16. I didn't like her as a candidate. But on this, she was right on.
  17. She has a great swing. Nice little draw. She's playing some great courses. Has a caddy and likely several coaches. All fine and dandy. Except MAGA's supposedly despise elites...
  18. This is science: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/019188699400177T Explains much about MAGA, Jan 6, Charlottesville etc.
