I thought 10-3 would feel better...
Donuts and Doritos replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall
My bad it was week 17. It was their 16th game. Thanks. 👍 -
Give the Rookies (Elam & Shakir) a shot. Send a message to Davis, improve or your out. Bench Dane Jackson. More quick passes to beat the rush. Put Allen under center for some of the running plays to the running back so they don't have to run 7 yds to reach the line of scrimmage. Don't challenge clear catches by the other team. Use extra lotion to prevent chapped hands from clapping.

Played the Falcons week 16. & They didn't make the championship game let alone the SB. So that analogy isn't very comforting. -
How was that ball not down after the fumble when everyone was on top of it. That someone ended up knocking it out after it was in the ground w/ everyone on top of it shouldn't have allowed that play to continue, no? I get they want the Bills Phins matchup next week, but that play seamed over & the refs let Tyreek advance the ball after the play was done. But that's how they called dit so I guess that's how it is.

Until the last drive Dane was burned a lot in the second half. He's been bad the last 3 to 4 games. He's undersized & reacts late. It's been commented on by Joe Bascaglia, Greg Cosell & others & showed up today. This stubborn insistence to rely on Vets by McD is a short sighted weakness. He should play the best player & Dane ain't it.

Tom Brady Unwatchable Moved Off TV
Donuts and Doritos replied to Donuts and Doritos's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mr. Irrelevant 1st to beat Tom Brady in his 1st career start. https://www.mercurynews.com/2022/12/11/photos-san-francisco-49ers-brock-purdy-first-quarterback-to-beat-tom-brady-in-first-career-start -
Dane Jackson is NOT good. That Elam, a 1st round pick can't get in the field over him is alarming. He's a border line bust at this pt. That's a bad miss by Beane. I really think Dane is a huge liability that needs to be replaced. If not Elam, then who? Sounded like Rhodes but apparently not. This stubbornness by McD/Frazier may cost this team this year.

D. Looks Fantastic. Offense doesn't. 2 TDs, tons of dropped passes, O-Line either allowing pressures or holding, not executing at an elite level. They don't look scary enough on O to contend & that is the difference. Sure they got by Jets, but how are you feeling with that performance on offense against Phins, Cinci or KC? It's not good enough (Davis, Mackenzie, Knox, whole O-line w/ Dawkins getting honorable mention) -
Tom Brady Unwatchable Moved Off TV
Donuts and Doritos replied to Donuts and Doritos's topic in The Stadium Wall
& Yet they switched broadcasts so no one is watching the 6-7 Bucks. 🤔 As a fan of the 6-6 Pats I'm sure you can appreciate no one wanting to watch mediocrity. -
Brady & TV sooooo unwatchable they're moved off TV for Carolina/Seattle. That's BAD. When has that ever happened to Brady before? He's finally unwatchable. I love it! He's finally done.

I couldn't get the game at the beginning on WGR. They were giving highlights of different games instead. -
Why did Saleh continue to play White
Donuts and Doritos replied to FLBillsGuy's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mike White is a warrior (I'd want him as a backup QB). Lost respect for Saleh. So much for "player safety". 🙄 -
Who had a worse game? Dane or Isaiah?

NFL Week #14 - Jets at Bills - Post game thread
Donuts and Doritos replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Great win. But the drops have to stop & O-line needs to settle in faster. (59%completion percentage) -
Jets at Bills - 2nd half game thread
Donuts and Doritos replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why is Dane Jackson playing? What does McD think is going to happen with that guy in? Great half time adjustment by the Jets. McD once again no adjustment. -
So, is Elam playing this week?

Well here's their catching stats: Player. - catches of targets = catch % Diggs - 91 of 128 = 71% Davis. - 35 of 67 = 52% McKenzie. - 35 of 50 = 70% Knox. - 33 of 43 = 77% Singletary. - 31 of 42 = 74% Cook. - 15 of 24 = 63% Shakir. - 8 of 16 = 50% Morris. - 7 of 10 = 70% Kumerow. - 4 of 7 = 57% Crowder. - 6 of 13 = 46% Gilliam. - 7 of 9 = 78% Hines. - 2 of 5 = 40% When you search for who has the lowest catch % in the NFL Davis comes up (see 2nd link below). For comparison, here's some other WR & TE around the league: Tyreek Hill - 96 of 129 = 74% Travis Kelce - 77 of 108 = 71% Justin Jefferson - 88 of 127 = 69% Austin Ekeler - 85 of 104 = 82% Cooper Kupp - 75 of 98 = 77% CeeDee Lamb - 69 of 111 = 62% Christian Kirk - 62 of 99 = 63% AJ Brown - 61 of 96 = 64% Amari Cooper - 61 of 102 = 60% Tee Higgins - 60 of 85 = 71% Garet Wilson - 57 of 94 = 61% Mark Andrews - 56 of 86 = 65% Mike Evans - 55 of 89 = 62% Ja'Marr Chase - 54 of 82 = 66% https://www.espn.com/nfl/team/stats/_/name/buf/buffalo-bills https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/who-has-the-lowest-catch-percentage-among-wide-receivers#:~:text=Gabe Davis has the worst,this season%2C at 47.4 percent. https://www.nfl.com/stats/player-stats/category/receiving/2022/reg/all/receivingreceptions/desc

Yes. Building complete.

Need Davis to step up & be more consistent. That's the answer @ WR2.

The longer this "decision" takes, the more I wonder did OBJ even get any offers to consider?

Von: 8 sacks 1 forced fumble Team total 31 sacks (Von's 26% of team sacks) Rousseau 5 sacks Epenesa 4.5 sacks Basham 2 sacks (everyone else 1 - 1.5 sacks) (see below) Von double teamed quite a bit, freeing up other players. Historically: Probably on pace for around 12 this season (4 more in 6 games he had left). That would have tied for 13th most all time. We haven't seen this type of production since Lamar Alexander 2016 or Mario Williams 2014.(see below) Finally w/ 8 sacks he ranks tied for 38th all time in just 11 games. Check out the list below & notice how few games he's played compared to others on there. If he can continue his current pace the next 3years & stay healthy he can crack the top 15 or maybe top 10. (Also Bruce was a Beast).
