New England was also holding a lot, and the refs were not calling it. Three examples (two in one play). None were within 5 yards of the LOS:

I don’t know why people eye-rolled you. You’re 100% correct. Diggs, in the limited opportunities he is receiving, does not look like the Diggs we know. Whether that’s age, injury, double-coverage…. I don’t know. But he is currently a shell of what he was just earlier this season. I can only think of two plays yesterday where he got any separation. The deep pass where he couldn’t locate the ball, and another play where Allen didn’t throw to him but we saw it in the stadium. Separation really is lacking in this offense. Very very very little separation. And then on the plays where we do finally get separation, Allen has multiple defenders in his face and can’t get through his progressions. For example, look at Kincaid here (but also notice the two defenders about to crush Allen): And on this play, Dawkins got beat so bad (see half of his body in the upper right screen) that Allen was flushed from the pocket. But look at Knox wide open: I guess my TL;DR is this… We only seem to get separation when the play has developed for so long that the line breaks down. We can’t wait 4+seconds for guys to get open. And I do think Josh has to be a little more patient.

I just watched the Ravens-Dolphins game, having only had seen the score prior. I expected compete domination. Instead, it wasn’t. Miami dropped a wide open TD that would have made it 17-7 Miami. That was the turning point of the game. Then after halftime, Baltimore returned a kickoff very deep and picked off Tua. It was a comedy of errors.

Wow! Love to hear him say that.

What are those tiny little thigh pads supposed to protect? 😂

Three Dolphins Starters Suffer Serious Injuries against Ravens

I think the Tua injury is a bunch of baloney. The Chubb injury is big and maybe the Howard. -
The 1 scenario that eliminates the Bills next week

Just win and get in. -
So, we can’t throw them well. And we can’t catch them well. And we can’t black them well. Hmm, perhaps we shouldn’t…

You know who also isn’t twitchy? And has no hole-vision? And has one role, and that’s to push Josh’s buttocks on QB sneaks? Murray! I have no doubt Cook gets this 3rd and 1 that Murray was stonewalled on. He had the entire perimeter to bounce out!

Last 4 games WR's average 107 yards total per game

Josh missed a couple guys today, but overall, everyone was blanketed. It was sad to see. Just zero separation as far as the eye could see. A barren landscape with skin-and-bones antelope running without food in sight. -
Agreed. However, even if he had caught it, he’s not going far.
-
He did today. But like clockwork… drop. As a complete unit, we simply are incapable of running these plays. Remove them from the playbook!
-
We are simply not good at executing them. Either the pass it too low, or the receiver/RB doesn’t catch the ball, or a forward blocker doesn’t make contact with their opponent. How many more plays are we going to waste running a concept that we clearly are not good at? I say we simply stop. PS, a win is a win. Go Bills! We take the division next week!

Are we sure Allen’s butt wasn’t down?
-
Agreed. Outside of the QB sneaks, he is just not doing anything. He cant catch and he has no vision and he can’t get a yard. Give me Fournette.
-
Murray is the weakest big-back i’ve ever seen. I trust Cook more than him. And definitely Fourtnette.
-
Looked absolutely perfect to me.
-
did Diggs just not see the ball?
-
We really wasted a timeout on a 0.01% chance of drawing them Offside?
-
Was he not open? No replays at stadium.
-
Rasul Douglas trade is giving the Diggs trade a run for its money as the best trade in the past 30 years for the Bills
-
Watching from the stadium and there are very few people open. Hard to see no-one get penetration. He did have Diggs and Davis open once each in that 1st but missed them.
-
Another screen. At least we got 4 yards that time.
-
Bills are showing a lot of out-of-town scores but no Miami-Ravens score.
-
For goodness sake, remove the outside screen from our playbook.
