  1. This year was always supposed to be a rebuilding year, as much as the Bills can have one with Josh Allen as QB. As it is, the Bills have still won the division, and comfortably at that - aided by the Jets mess, Dolphins injuries and actually rebuilding Pats. Saying that, he has to get over the hump and I still have doubts whether he will be able to do so. Bizarre decision making is still creeping into the game. The defense still cannot stop the run. They did not look competitive against the Ravens, nor in the first half against the Texans. More often that not, they start the games flat, which they have got away with for the most part this year but margins will be tighter heading into the Super Bowl. I've been critical and had doubts since 13 seconds about whether the Bills would win a ring under him. Although this season has been better than expected, really aided by the arrival of Cooper, has he shown enough development and adjustment against the issues they've had before, particularly on the defensive side? For now, I'm inclined to say no. I hope I'm wrong.
  2. What Barkely has done is phenomenal. However, I wouldn't call him MVP as the Eagles run game was pretty potent without him last year. Whereas can you imagine the Bills without Allen? Even with the Ravens, as good at Jackson has been this season, I think Henry is nearly equal when it comes to their offense.
  3. It's nice to give a name to a play which was a positive for the Bills, considering the number we have for the negatives.
  4. And it only happened because Josh followed up on a bad throw. He realised he'd put Cooper in a bad position and wanted to be as close as he could be in case there was a turnover. He was preparing to put himself in harms way because he wanted to help the team. And got paid back in return.
  5. Before seeing that clip I would have sworn snow angels was Josh's idea rather than McDermott's.
  6. Allen Cook Knox Benford Rapp Torrence Also Bass - very good kicking in awful conditions,
  7. If they're going to make a weak call, do it now and not at a time that matters.
  8. It's almost like he's taking all his annoyance out on Purdy and, if he gets injured so be it. He's Mr Irrelevant. Being a starter is a win, but not if he's in the medical room. He should not be out there now.
  9. The fact Bass got so close is promising. I presume it was a tester for future reference.
  10. He has exchanged souls with Justin Tucker.
  11. I do rate him still. Not at the Josh/Mahomes level but a decent starting QB. The MVP talk was as much about the story but he had a good year last year.
  12. Because you're a Bills fan.
  13. Just waiting for the TD on a kick return from the Niners.
  14. I swear, if the Niners get this back to 28-20 I'm blaming BuffaloBill.
  15. Think someone posted above it will count as both. Somehow. No idea about the semantics.
  16. Well that was quick and easy. Sorry, Josh, might need you again.
  17. Sorry, was too busy laughing hysterically to post at the time of Josh/Cooper. Normally those kinds of things happen TO the Bills. But... Wow.
  18. Enjoying it. But would be more excited if this was against the Lions.
  19. Which is ok for tonight, but the run D has been an issue for a while, even in decent conditions.
  20. Not to rain on the parade, but the Niners are not great at the moment. Too much injuries. But it's nice to see the Bills turn the screw. Rapp is another excellent addition.
  21. So much for Purdy not being able to throw in this weather. About as accurate as Cook not being able to run.
  22. Sigh. Can't just cruise through a game, can they?
