Fair point - plus the hit against the Packers was very minor in the great scheme of things. If he had been treated properly during the Bills game perhaps that wouldn’t have effected him to such an extent either.
The ulimate irony being if they had benched him after his first concussion - sorry, bad back - then in all liklihood they wouldn't have made the play offs. They would have lost to Bills (Bridgewater failed to complete two passes and was sacked during the short time he was on the field), and the Steelers would have jumped them into seventh.
Considering the story surrounding the Bills, and it being inter divisional, I'd have thought they'd want it in primetime - even if it was Saturday night. But if the Dolphins are missing Tua, plus Hill and Waddle picked up knocks yesterday...
No idea what I want from Rams-Seahawks. Would love both the Seahawks and the Lions in the Play Offs.
Can't the Bucs give up their slot? It's embarrassing they get fourth seed with their record anyway.
When do you reckon we'll play next weekend?
Saturday late afternoon - Chargers at Jaguars
Saturday night - Dolphins at Bills
Sunday early afternoon - Giants at Vikings
Sunday late afternoon - Ravens at Bengals
Sunday night - ??? at 49ers
Monday night - Cowboys at Buccaneers
I think the 49ers will get Sunday night whoever they face. The only question is if they switch them with Dolphins and Bills due to the story behind the latter.
Last year, across 17 games, as comparison:
4,407 yards
36 passing TD's
15 INT's
763 rushing yards
6 rushing TD's
8 fumbles
Astoundingly close or, in some cases, better considering one less game.
Offense: Diggs, Knox and half of one to Josh for the second half!
Defense: Edmunds and Johnson
Special Teams: Not sure. Don't think anyone did anything of note?
