  1. Maybe what you’re hinting at but, if we win the Super Bowl (big if) then Cowboys at Bills will probably kick off the season. The Chiefs have quite a soft home schedule. I presume the AFC North team they’re schedule to play is the Bengals so Bengals at Chiefs will kick off the season should the latter win it. As for the “who gives a damn about Hamlin, just give us the win” lot, they’d probably send the Bills there on opening night, with the interest in the game. The only other real possibility at this stage is the Vikings. Chargers - They’ve got the Bills, Chiefs and presumably Eagles or Cowboys at home so a selection there Eagles - Home games against the Bills, presumably Bengals and 49ers so one of them 49ers - Cowboys or Bengals Cowboys - Probably the worst selection of home games from an opening night point of view. Would they send the Giants there for ratings? If they win the division they’d get the Bengals which would obviously be interesting; otherwise it’ll presumably be the Ravens. I think they’re the only teams who have a chance of winning the SB but a lot can change between now and mid February.
  2. The organisation is. I thought the fans were. Clearly not.
  3. Because all you're doing is whining about how unfair it all is. How do you know Burrow wasn't about to go down with a (not so serious as Hamlin) injury on the very next play? How do you know that, had the game played, that the Bills wouldn't have rallied round and played lights out, above the standards expected? Or wouldn't have adjusted? Or nerves set in and similar errors the Bengals made against the Pats could have happened again. My gut says you're right. The Bengals would have beaten the Bills on Monday night, even if the Hamlin situation hadn't occured. But no one can be sure. You seem to be acting as though we're over the moon this happened. Nothing could be further from the truth. Zac Taylor claimed he wanted the rules to be followed. When it comes to the seeding placement for the Bills and Bengals they actually have been. Personally, I think the Bengals should get automatic home field against the Ravens albeit you should beat them today, and any Bengals-Bills game should be on a neutral field. When it comes to the Ravens set up it is a fudge, but when it comes to the Bills? It is actually following what is there.
  4. Wonder if Titans fans still think they've found their Josh Allen in Dobbs???
  5. That looked like a pass to me.
  6. Jags take the AFC South; the Titans are out of the picture.
  7. Henry IS the Titans Offense. That is the problem.
  8. The Jags may as well try Agnew in the running game, considering how he's dominating Special Teams.
  9. Yes, could still take the seventh seed. Think they need the Pats and Dolphins to lose. Not sure about the Steelers.
  10. Excellent tackle; not sure why the Jags are asking for a flag.
  11. Me too. Booking a Tuesday off work is just odd. If the games go as expected, I'd guess at: Chargers at Jaguars (Saturday late pm) Ravens at Bengals (Saturday night) Giants at Vikings (Sunday early pm) Patriots at Bills (Sunday late pm) Packers at 49ers (Sunday night) Cowboys at Buccaneers (Monday night) But if the Seahawks or Lions take the seventh seed in the NFC, for example, then things would change.
  12. What? Where? Are they not watching the Titans play at the moment?
  13. They mentioned he got married this year so may want to spend more time focused on his personal life.
  14. And the game at the Jets. The Vikings was a bad ending; the Jets was a poor performance all round.
  15. Facing the Chargers at Orchard Park?
  16. I could be being very harsh here but no facemask call at the end of the play?
  17. Back again? Getting bored on the Chiefs forum?
  18. Gobsmacked a flag wasn't thrown for tackling a defenseless receiver.
  19. He's only three months younger than Josh.
  20. The other choice would have been to stick with week 18 and then play Bengals-Bills the following Thursday (12th January). Then push Wildcard weekend back to 14th/15th ensuring the Bengals and Bills do not play - should they have to - on Saturday night. But I'm sure the Bengals and Bills would have had something to say about playing whilst the rest got a bye.
  21. Rich Eisen said it best. How can you expect the players to go back to Paycor and have the ball spotted at the exact point Hamlin collapsed within a week of it happening? "And play"
  22. It feels like the Bills across the board can be boom or bust. World class plays and then plays which make everyone go "What was that???"
  23. Losing Hyde and Miller plus having a less than fully fit Poyer, Milano and White out there doesn't really help.
  24. I would have thought you'd be celebrating on your own forum right now?
  25. Or the bad performance at the Jets.
