“The details of what happened were always a little unclear. It was understood that there was a jet ski accident that was the cause of injury, and that he would be unavailable for the rest of the season. A huge blow to his continued success here at Buffalo. In the incident, one of Hines’ friends did not see him turn his jet ski on the water and crashed into him going somewhere between 20 and 40 mph. Then when Hines when to go workout, somehow his leg, the side of his body not contacted by the other jet ski, was bothering him. A MRI result showed Hines tore the ACL and LCL in his left knee. Per Hines, he was barely even using the water craft that weekend, he just wanted to be a good friend and fill it with more gas for everyone else. Then the accident.” https://billswire.usatoday.com/2023/12/01/buffalo-bills-nyheim-hines-breaks-silence-injury-update-nfl/

OFFICIAL Buffalo Bills Injury Tracker 2023 Edition
BillsFan619 replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Unless it changed from a couple weeks ago, they have the most cap dollars on IR, and against our top AFC competition it wasn’t even close. -
He’s doing his part to punish the teams that beat us in the SB. And, he’s doing a great job of it!
-
Hopefully that changes on Sunday. Go Bills!

19-5 record 213 point differential (Wow, that’s almost a NINE point differential per game!) Current five game winning streak Let’s keep it up on Sunday, JA. Go Bills!
-
McD also mentioned that Davis (and Diggs) played phenomenal the entire game. Go Bills!

Even before the Jets win, I’ve had a pretty good feeling about this game. The Eagles are a really good team but their D struggles against the pass and McD typically does a good job against good running QBs (I know Hurts is more than a running QB though). I’m going with Rasul Douglas. If he can have a good game vs the Eagles WRs, I see us having a very good shot of coming out of the game with the victory. Look for him to have a few key stops, a couple PBUs, and a timely INT. Who ya got? Here’s a preview of the game. *Click on “Watch on YouTube” in the screen below. Go Bills!

One big reason for optimism - the QBs

One big reason for optimism - the QBs
BillsFan619 replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yup, we can definitely make a run. With the list of QBs I mentioned, even with our schedule, we have as good of a shot as anyone. We most likely have even a better shot than many of those teams simply because we have JA. Go Bills! -
Each team’s QB in the playoff race: Browns - DTR Steelers - Pickett Texans - Stroud (good but the rookie wall is real) Bengals - Browning Colts - Minshew Us - JA, who is 19-3 since 2020 from week 11 on. ‘Nuff said. Go Bills!

Bills vs Jets 4:25 PM Nov. 19 Lets move on.
BillsFan619 replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
So good to see you back, bro. Go Bills! -
Hopefully because of these two, we beat the Jets, go on a run and get back into the playoff mix. With Burrow’s/Watson’s injuries, the Texans inexperience and the Steelers not being a strong 6-3 team, we have a decent shot at getting back into playoff contention. 17 to 14. Go Bills!

Yes, I know Zach Wilson is 2-1 (yuck!) against the Bills in his career but he doesn't pose a threat. He's won because of his defense and run game. So, the only real chance I see of the Jets getting a win is through their run game. If it doesn't get going, our D should be able to hold them to either one TD or possibly even extend the Jets streak of not getting a TD. So, I'm going with Linval Joseph. These games are the reason we signed him since DaQuan Jones went down. Look for him to be a force and really disrupt the Jets running game. He'll be the reason that the Jets get some negative run plays which will make it harder for the Jets to sustain drives. Who ya got? Here’s a preview of the game. *Click on “Watch on YouTube” in the screen below. Go Bills!

Bills could be tied for 1st in the AFC at 7-4

You seem back, bro. Is your optimism up? -
I know we need to play better and the coaches need to get the best out of the players they have, but this is pretty telling to our struggles. Look at the difference between us, the Dolphins, the Chiefs and the Bengals. Hopefully we can stick around and get a couple/few players back and have a good shot come playoff time. With our secondary banged up and another two starters out for this game, someone on our DL has to step up to get the Broncos offense off. Look for that person to be Von Miller as he starts to return to form. Russ is susceptible to being sacked so look for Von to get two sacks, one of them being a strip sack. He’ll also bring a few pressures that’ll make Russ force a few throws that’ll go incomplete on a couple critical third downs. Who ya got? Go Bills! Here’s a preview of the game. *Click on “Watch on YouTube” in the screen below.

"Being here was not a mistake. It was not by chance. It was manufactured," the quarterback told 13WHAM Newsin 2020. “As little as I could remember, driving to school with my dad and he would take his cellphone and pretend to interview me like I had just won the Super Bowl." When Josh was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in 2018, Joel recorded a personal message to his son. “I know you’re going to do some amazing things, and your mom and dad, we’re 100% behind you,” Joel said. “I’m so proud of you. Love you son.” LaVonne also said, “We never had anticipated this happening to Josh this quickly. We always had dreams and hopes that he would someday get there, but this has just been kind of a crazy ride.” Here’s the link to the full article: https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/josh-allens-parents-joel-lavonne-172646595.html Go Bills!

This game was a little tougher than normal for me to pick. I’m going with Micah Hyde. The Bengals’ pass catchers will get their yards but we can’t give up many big plays. Look for Hyde to take away the deep ball by playing good coverage as well as take away some potential chunk plays by sound tackling. Look for him to also have a game changing turnover, whether an INT or a FF. Who ya got? Go Bills! Here’s a preview of the game. *Click on “Watch on YouTube” in the screen below.
