The Commanders DL is impressive. Their secondary? Not so much. So, my impact player is #14, Stefon Diggs. JA will be pressured at times due to the DL. But, JA often excels at eluding pressure and passing outside of the pocket and will continue to find Diggs for key 3rd down conversions, chunk plays and even a big TD catch that goes for at least 36 yds. Diggs shines in his hometown and is my impact player of the game with 108 yds, with one of the receptions being at least a 36 yd TD. Who ya got? No one’s denying that JA didn’t have a bad game. He did. Like some say though, it’s typically not as bad as it seems when you’re going through the bad time. I remember (i’m sure we all do) when he went through a slump in 2021 for a stretch and many were concerned as well. But, he got out of that slump and that slump helped change his game in-year. That’s the same year he went on a tear in the playoffs. I’m going to go with Dalton Kincaid. Josh needs to gain some chemistry and trust with some of the newbies. The Raiders D isn’t the Jets D, so this could be the game for that in-game chemistry to start to develop. I’m going to say he has a TD and couple big conversions that keeps drives and momentum going. Besides the Miami win (a small plus is that the Chargers are 0-1), day four of our most wonderful time of the year couldn’t have gone much better. 0-1 Bengals and 82 yards passing for Burrow 0-1 Titans and Tannehill 3 INTs 0-1 Steelers and being blown out at home 0-1 Patriots (enough said) 0-1 Chiefs (day one) and Mahomes with a pick six Hopefully day five of our most wonderful time of the year will end with us going 1-0 and the Jets falling to 0-1. Cool story. We live in the San Diego area, home to a great Bills Backers bar (right, @muppy?) called the Local in PB. My daughter just moved to Monterey to start her junior year at college, which is about seven hours north of us (sad part of the story 😳). I told her she should look for a place up there to hang out with some bills fans. I know when most people think of California, they think of a big population and rightfully so. That said, Monterey only has about 30,000 people in it so she thought the chances of finding some thing up there wasn’t good. Lo and behold, she’s not even looking for it mind you, and she finds a Bills Backers flyer for Monterey on the door of a sandwich shop. 😃 So, wherever you live, or wherever you’re traveling to for vacation, make sure you look to see if there’s a Bills Backers chapter in your area. Even in a smaller city, you may be surprised to find that there’s one there or near. I found this website today (didn’t know about it until today) where you can check how far one is from where you live or are traveling to.
