  1. It’s going to look bad if Xavier Worthy ends up as the next Tyreek Hiil and runs wild for 50 and 60 yard touchdowns and Coleman ends up being covered like a blanket. We’ll find out pretty soon. I hope for the Bills sake we didn’t miss out on a great receiver. I’m having a hard time believing the Chiefs don’t know what they’re doing. They spotted MaHomes, they jumped ahead us for McDuffie and now Worthy.
  2. I think it’s a good trade. Diggs gave us some good years. We’re taking a step back this year. The second round pick is a good return for a player around 30.
  3. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team lose so many players.
  4. Terry Pegula and Beane have been successful putting a good team on the field the last few 3 or 4 years. Maybe I should trust the process and maybe they have a plan in place but truthfully I think next year is going to be a long year.
  5. https://heavy.com/sports/kansas-city-chiefs/nfl-free-agency-aj-epenesa-bills/
  6. The cap is a myth. Somehow the Bills have to cut half the team but the Chiefs can pay MaHomes, Jones, Kielce huge contracts among others and tag Sneed, There even looking at acquiring Espensa. The Jets paid huge contracts to Roger’s and Williams and many others and are looking at bringing in a bunch of starting OL. Maybe I’m jumping the gun and there is a good plan but for me the 2024 season might be already over.
  7. I was in my early 20s and all 4 were very depressing, like getting punched in the gut. The first and third losses were a little harder. Watching the field goal go wide right and being so close was terrible. The third super against the cowboys might have been the worse. Losing to the cowboys with their famous star on the helmet and the Super Bowl being at the rose bowl in Pasadena near all the stars and then getting blown out was hard to take. I remember feeing in extreme pain the next day. After the last Super Bowl loss I remember seeing a cartoon in the newspaper, a husband and wife were in bed and the wife said to the husband to go back to sleep, that your not really having a nightmare the bills really do lose the Super Bowl ever year.
  8. A penalty reduction consultant won’t work. The league only wants Buffalo to be competitive and doesn’t want them in big games. When the Bills get better they call more penalties on them so they can stop them. It’s all about money. Do you think the league wants Miami or NYC to win the division or Buffalo. They make the schedule as hard as possible too. They have Buffalo play harder teams with good QBs on the road at night when the other team fans and players are hyped up emotionally. No coach is going to be able to reduce the penalties. They could call a penalty on every play if they wanted.
  9. Notice how the league often puts the Bills on the road at nigh time against teams with good quarterbacks or teams that are near the top of the league. It’s harder to play teams on the road at night because the other teams fans and players are more hyped up for the game.. Emotion plays a major factor in games. If you can get a small market team to lose an extra game or two it can mean the difference between home field advantage and getting to the Super Bowl. This year we play the Jets, Bengals and Chargers at night on the road, all good teams with good Quarterbacks. There is also a possibility that a fourth road game against Miami could be flexed to a night game. Add in the London “home game” against the Jaguars and this is how you stack the deck against a team and make the road as hard as possible.
  10. I concede that Moulds had better career stats than Butler and didn’t play with the best QBs but Butler had 4.27 speed and was able to make acrobatic, leaping catches. It’s too bad Butler’s career got cut short when he broke his leg catching a TD pass from Kelly against Miami.
