i saw a fireball or meteor in august this year, and you are right, you couldn't help but see it, but it was for less than 5 seconds so you weren't really sure what you saw. alot of people at the swim meet said it was fireworks, but it wasn't, there was a news piece on it the next day confirming it was a fireball/meteor, very cool to see

I am halfway through the first episode of the new series, but Foo Fighters Sonic Highways is so far, pretty awesome, great insight in the music scenes, both historical and current of some of the major cities of the US. Kind of an extension of their incredible Sound City documentary from a couple years ago

never had any desire for the sport myself, then i went to my first richmond race, while i am still not a huge fan, i now enjoy watching the races each week, you really do need to have a racer to root for, otherwise you will lose interest, but seeing these cars up close and in person is very impressive. and the fan interaction with other fans and the drivers is a pretty cool thing to witness as well.

i love hot foods and while i won't ever do a whole pepper, i am constantly bringing in peppers to work to pass around simply to let others try one of the hottest peppers in the world, and trust me, it only takes a small sliver to get it's full impact. I add the hot peppers to all sorts of dishes. today i am grinding up some for a seasoning. I have 2 mason jars of hots fermenting to make a super hot pepper sauce. should be ready in a few months.
