  1. Something needs to be done to light a fire. If it takes getting rid of a high priced overrated slacker, then I say do it. I'd like to Sam Adams go, but I worry about depth.
  2. Yeah it was fun seeing so many Bills fans. They were goign crazy. Great weather- everything was perfect until the game started. I stopped watching at the half bascially. Just started to hang in the concourse and talk to other frustrated fans.
  3. Spikes is the one guy I really do feel sorry for. His leadership is really missed right now. At what point do we start losing out on top free agents that won't want ot coem to a bad situation? It's geting close.
  4. Get rid of all of them. Bring in the Winnepeg Blue bombers line. It would probably be an improvement.
  5. I think he is still capable of the big play and he can get it done, I just don't see the fire there anymore. I think his confidence in the management and play calling aren't there. I guess- to his credit he has done what was asked through some tough years and many QB changes. I guess I might finally lose faith if I were in his shoes. This is just a total mess.
  6. It's scary to say, but I think Mularkey and Donahoe have lost this team. I don't think the veterans are stepping up to take a leadership role. Spikes is not there right now to lead. JP might be trying, but it is early still. Even worse is the performance on the field. Some high priced guys are mailing it in. I'm going to point the finger at Sam Adams and Vincent. I hate to say it, but Eric Moulds is not performing. I used to think he was a rock solid dependable guy, now I think it might be time to show him the door. Yesterday was a scary game because I think we saw the future of that team and it is pretty grim. Now we will have to rebuild again. How long will it take to do that with the woefull offensive and defensive lines? Yuck.
  7. San Diego is a great place, but that is the worst game I've seen. Worse than the Bills-Niners game a few years back. I just left and went out in the concourse and hung out with Bills fans. There were tons of Bills fans there- at least it was good to see the fans representing. I've rarely seen a Bills team just not show up like that. We have a major problem, in my opinion and it is time to have a fire sale. I'd start by getting rid of Sam Adams, then I'd fire the offensive line. Bring in the best the CFL has to offer- I bet they would play better. At least Losman is getting a chance to play, which is crucial. This team is going exactly nowhere, the main goal is to make sure JP continues to develop.
  8. The top 4 do not surprise. I am surprised that Cleveland is not up there.
  9. Moondoggies at 4 for the Sabres game. Pub crawl starts at 6. I'll keep you posted.
  10. Meet me at Lahaina Beach Club, noon Saturday. all the Dos Equis you can drink.
  11. Well, if we lose, 80 degress, sunny and chicks in bikinis make it easier to take. And lots of Coronas.
  12. The first game I went to there, Flutie came in and almost won the game for us when Johnson went down. The second game, he won for the Chargers when he ran it in at the end. San Diego is a great place to catch a game even if you lose.
  13. I'm headed down. This will be my 3rd Bills-Chargers game in San Diego. There is usually a huge Bills gang there. I know the Bills-Backers groups in SoCal represent well from LA and San Diego and Orange county and lots of people will come down from SF Bay area. One big upperdeck section is usually filled with Bills fans.
  14. Get rid of it. Just show highlights.
  15. I've wanted him to play all along. Yesterday made me very happy. I'll be in SD next week and I can't wait to see him play in person. He better play.
  16. The Saints will likely be the team.
  17. Mothers, Colter Bay and Fahertys are all good as alternatives to Chippewa. Try the wings at Gabriel's Gate. Don't drink too much at the game-you will ruin your night. Pace yourself. Have a good visit
  18. I'm still going down. I'm not sure if we'll be allowed near there though. I live right there too and I can already see this being a zoo.
  19. He is going attend a play on Sunday called Beach Blanket Babylon which is right across the street from the North Star. Too bad we won't all be in the bar on Sunday when he goes. They probably scheduled his trip around the bye week to avoid some kind of thing from happening. This was my big chance to make international news. "Bills Fan Attacks Prince".
  20. I didn't get the pm until yesterday- sorry. I went to the North Star after a party, as you would imagine things are blurry. Thank you for the invite, though. Let's go to the North Star this sunday and watch the Comeback game and pretend that things are A-OK.
  21. Kelly Holcomb has been playigng well, but this season is not happening. We need to develop Losman. Troy Aikman was talkign abotu this and was mentioning that he was 0-11 until they won their first game and went 1-15 his first year. He said things didn't gel until just into his second season as a starter. So where will this leave us with JP? If he is indeed the future, when is that future- 3 years from now? look at Eli Manning- he went through his growing pains. Kelly played in the USFL for two years before we got him. This is merely pushing back JPs development.
  22. Mom's gone. Now I can act like a drunken idiot again.
  23. You are right, the one drawback in Seattle is the tailgating there. It's pretty much zero. It's in the middle of downtown. The stadium itself is great. The more I think about this guys article- it sucks. Some writers are just wrong and this is one of those writers.
