  1. I’m a fan no matter what. But losing shouldn’t be accepted. Otherwise owners will have very little incentive to field a good team. Sorry our franchise has sucked for so long.
  2. If I wanted close I’d play horseshoes. Brady and Ben get the ball out really quickly. Josh has to learn to do this when faced with a good defensive front. If not, he needs to advocate for more screens and rollouts.
  3. None of it matters. I don’t care how far it went. Warning track power. It means nothing, it’s still an out. Super bowl win or bust, everything else is a failure and needs to be fixed.
  4. Daboll with the excuses. I knew it. That’s fine Daboll, most of us know.
  5. I’ve reached the conclusion that it’s either not good enough WR talent, the coaching is underachieving, or Allen isn’t a top tier QB. Im leaning towards coaching as the issue now. The WRs like Diggs and Beasley have produced well outside of Buffalo, and in fact Allen elevated their numbers. That tells me it’s not really an Allen or a WR issue. That leads me to the coaching/play calling. On top of all of this you have Allen making public comments on how he wants to change plays as he sees fit. So I think we deep down know the problem. This also explains why Daboll isn’t a head coach.
  6. We play to win the game. Super Bowls. Anything else is a feel good story to cope. We are either the best, or we aren’t. Maybe I’m to demanding. Maybe I’m a fanatic. Maybe I’m unrealistic with my expectations. If you are just happy watching football and losing, then have at it. That just means management can just do whatever they want and never feel they have to win because fans will accept anything.
  7. Fortunately participation trophies mean nothing. We failed, just like all the other teams not named TB.
  8. 2011 Giants were a terrible team with negative point differentials. A competent QB can defy all odds. If Goff is truly competent, he will build up his team as talent is added. With the amount of talent the Bills have, there is no good reason why we can’t win a super bowl. It comes down to beating KC.
  9. It’s much different this time. We allocated most of our allotted cap to a perceived top 5 QB. Which means if Allen doesn’t show up or if coaching is truly handicapping him, then it will be difficult for us to bring in enough elite talent to maintain super bowl contenders. I think Allen is elite, but something seems amiss vs elite teams.
  10. Victory. Should have said victory. He was there purely because of McVay. If Goff does it again, I will eat a pile of cow dung. Is Josh Allen a top 5 QB? I believe so. If that is the case, then he is capable of bringing a super bowl win to Buffalo. If he doesn’t within the next 4 years, then the blame will be on management. I feel Allen has potential to be the greatest of all time, and I feel his OC is holding him back. But time will tell.
  11. Goff isn’t capable of leading a team to a super bowl. So no, he isn’t competent. Stafford is capable of bringing a super bowl to the Rams.
  12. If people don’t think Allen isn’t an instant super bowl favorite on the Rams, then they truly don’t believe Allen is a top 5 QB. If that’s the case, then we shouldn’t have paid him top money.
  13. I think Allen secretly knows his OC is bad, why else would he say he will call his own plays if need be. He’s obviously frustrated with it as well.
  14. I don’t agree. I think coaching is the difference. Allen has a much higher chance at a super bowl under McVay than under McDermott. Just my opinion. Look what McVay does with Stafford. I believe Allen is better than Stafford. Allen hasn’t reached his ceiling yet, but I feel like his OC is handicapping him with bad plays. A good OC maximizes opportunities. Allen threw 51 times for less than 300 yards. That’s stupid bad.
  15. The Rams have less talent than we do, they also had a worse QB than we did. So the leading at the half statistic is an important gauge of how well a coach held onto the game with minimal talent. McDermott should have a better halftime record than he does with the talent he has. That’s my only point. I feel like this coaching staff isnt getting the most out of Allen. I feel Allen would make the Rams an instant super bowl favorites under McVay. If people don’t believe that, then why did we pay Allen top money?
  16. Part of that 6-21 is not having a competent QB. Stafford will help that statistic. Allen on the Rams is an instant Super Bowl favorite.
  17. If you want to be a great team, then yeah that’s the goal. Or at least it should be. I want to steamroll everything on site and take names.
  18. Well I will give a McDermott the benefit of the doubt and will start his stat counter this year seeming how we are no longer a rebuilding team. McDermott is currently 0-1 when leading at the half.
  19. Claypool is an animal. We don’t have that kind of WR who will just fly over the middle and use his body in the line of duty. We need a 6’ 6” beast WR who will just go rhino mode when you need it.
  20. He’s 38-0 when leading at the half. He now has a competent QB. They are going to be a fun team to watch.
  21. 100% this. I have no idea what everyone is watching. I watched a bad Daboll game, thats what I saw. We aren’t winning a super bowl with this strategy against teams like KC.
  22. What if it does happen in the playoffs? What will be everyone’s excuse? Do we draft all O linemen?
  23. Not really basing it on it, just that it doesn’t help his cause. Everyone is saying Allen is a top 5 QB, if that is truly the case, then Allen has to find ways to beat KC. He has a top 5 WR core and a top 10 defense. At some point you have to place blame for failure to win a super bowl. So who gets it right now, the QB, WRs, or coaching?
  24. No, Allen is legit. It’s the coaching/play calling I think is the issue.
