I wonder if there are QB visits taking place that we won't know about. Are the 30 visitors always reported? I wonder if they have a guy they are keeping secret, like the Bears did with Trubisky.

Honestly, I think EVERYONE on here would admit, IF they really believe in McBeane, that if they zeroed in on Lamar Jackson as THE GUY they want, and take him at #12, that it is really exciting (long sentence I know). To get THEIR QB at #12, and keep ALL of those draft picks, would be amazing. Then we actually get the QB they chose, and get to pick from all those guys they brought in for a visit or private workout. If Lamar Jackson has everything they are looking for, then I'm on board. The problem is, we have no idea if they want Lamar Jackson, Josh Rosen, Sam Darnold, Josh Allen, Baker Mayfield, Mason Rudolph, or Kyle Lauletta.

They said he was still in the development stage because of competition. Big hands. Big guy. Not a huge arm. Very smart. Interviewed great. Compared to Roethlisberger by some. Bortles by others. One thing he had in college, if I remember correctly, was that he was accurate.

Bills stay at #12 and take Mason Rudolph.

It's nice to see some coming around to Rudolph. Lots of us on here have been saying he is the guy in the 1st, and have been bashed for it. I personally think he is the guy Beane was referring to after trading into #12, when he said to his guys "why are we looking at this guy? He's not going to be available at 22"....or something like that.

So, does this give us more hope that NYG trade with us?

Are we sure we want to trade up? Just tried it again, and if it tells anything, it's that this draft is deep. If we keep the picks, they can add some top talent. I like Rudolph and think he is the perfect fit for Buffalo. I think Rosen will be the best QB of the draft, but I don't think they'll have a shot at him, when it's all said and done.

Did you think Mayfield's arrest will have an effect McBeane moving up for him? It's why I think they will go conservative and take Rudolph and keep the picks.

Wait until Beane trades up a few to guarantee they get him...... A team like Arizona is going to want him and will know (they all know who likes who) the Bills have an eye on him, and will try to jump up in front of them. New England is a possibility too. I think these teams like Rudolph much more than people on here do. Same thing as Josh Allen. Everyone on here hates him, but he'll likely go top 10, maybe even #1.
