Ha, after 50 years of following the Bills, I have seen every way to lose imaginable. Massive collapses and freak penalties to freaky plays, etc. I am never comfortable until I see 0:00. Wilson to Metcalf is lethal. Those hits and turnovers were key, especially Poyer's pick. Wilson is going be one sore guy tomorrow morning.
I cannot understand how Seattle watched film of teams nickel and diming our defense for weeks and weeks and their gameplan is to come out and hold the ball for some deep routes 🤣🤣 im sure people will say they made better halftime adjustments than us cuz we actually had to punt for once in the third quarter but they really really didn't lol

Sorry if duplicated
LANDOVER, Md.-- Washington Football Teamquarterback Kyle Allen suffered a dislocated left ankle with a small fracture in a 23-20 loss to the New York Giants on Sunday, according to a source.
That was gruesome...I was watching it on redzone and they were like yeaaa were only gonna show this once...dudes foot was on backwards

I am exhausted after watching that game. What a battle. We needed 4 takeaways, all the sacks and knockdowns and Josh's best day to win and we got it. All the injuries are really concerning. But wow, the manhatten I'm drinking now is just so damn good! Go Bills!
I really don't think we needed ALL the takeaways 🤣 that win was a little more comfortable than were making it sound I feel like haha did we ever have a lead less than 7 after the first like three minutes of the game?

Unfortunately one thing I'm probably not wrong about is the Dolphins.....man this is a ridiculously gritty team and they are going to be a tough out in the playoffs if they continue this on this trajectory. Also watch out for Tua.....looks totally different in start#2 vs last week which was expected.
This makes the Bills win today even bigger to keep pace and hold the division lead because if Dolphins hold on and win this game you can argue the only other probable loss left along the way to the season finale against the Bills is the Chiefs, but that game is in Miami so who knows. They also play in Oakland who appears to be legit but it will be insane if this team is 11-4 heading into Buffalo the final week of the season with the division/playoffs on the line.
Is he doing anything Fitzpatrick wouldnt be doing right now?

They do now! 👍
Why is LA not a signature win though...because they almost came back? Were playing the supposedly mighty nfc west and were 2-0 against arguably the best two teams

troll. By.Lol I cant tell if you're calling me a troll but I dont blame anyone for assuming were on the verge of falling apart because that's what we've always done 🤣 i just think its going to be proven incorrect this year

I’ll eat the crow.
The Bills put their foot on the gas and kept it there the entire game. Wow.
Incredible performance by Josh Allen to be that accurate.
We really need to make people literally eat a crow going forward...just saying 'ill eat crow' is too easy 🤣

I think its been safe for them to assume 'bills are gonna be the bills and fall apart' because of who we've been in the past and the negative predictions are finally catching up to them

A++
Seriously. Even his decisions when taking sacks and not trying to do too much living to fight another down were pretty much perfect.
Unless you read the game day thread then its 'hes holding the ball too long' 🤣

Not worried about that, just dont want the dolphins to get positive attention.
Id love to see the dolphins criticized for starting tua over Fitzpatrick in a division race

I'm not sold on the Dolphins. I'd take the Raiders over them on a neutral field.
I think bill bellichick in danger of losing 3 in a row needing a win to save the season was an underratedly tough game for us and most of the board probably disagrees haha

Watch a presser and then watch a post game locker room video.
It's not passive coaching, it's coach speak.
Every coach does it when interviewed about another team before they play them.
Agreed...you want our coach to just hand them the game plan? Lol

Oh yeah the 98 pass attempts were to conservative? Wtf are you talking about

The entire D honestly.
Every week it appears this D-line is getting better and better. I think we nailed Wilson like 16-17 times today. Dude is gonna be hurting later and tomorrow.
Dline has been pretty good all year qbs just get rid of the ball so fast against us...that was not the Seahawks strategy for some reason. Seems kind of like stubborn coaching to me 🤣

Definitely would say linebacker play without milano...they were actually almost average haha

I’m happy he performed but let’s not get too crazy, Seattle has a disgusting defense
They got Adams back and Dunlap had his first start and they both made plays..I guess we'll see how this Seattle defense does later in the season

Why does it feel like the Bills played good D even though Seattle scored 34?
I’ll take it!!
Klein and Edmunds seemed to have a great game.
You can give up tons of yards if you're forcing turnovers and we finally forced some turnovers 🤣

Playing to win or playing not to lose???
Thought they could pin them deep for some reason lol

Hmmm maybe it actually was the weather and the way opposing defenses were playing us 🤣🤣

Actually in hindsight beating the Dolphins in Miami will likely be viewed as a great win, but remember it took a career 400+ yard passing day from Allen and preventing Miami's onside kick in the final minutes to hang on to a 3 point win.
Also it's not how you start it's how you finish which will be important come week 17 if the Dolphins are in fact ahead in the division standings which I project based on respective remaining schedules and nobody outside of Buffalo will care about the Bills win if they peaked the first month of the season vs. the Dolphins hitting their stride now midseason and beyond.
Oh yea thats true...I just think the advantage swings way our way for the home game in Buffalo towards the end of the season even if they are playing at our level though... the dolphins playing in Miami early in the season has to be the best home field advantage in the league that nobody ever talks about because they haven't been good lol even those great patriots teams had trouble down there... I dont care how many 'good' teams they blow out that aren't us if we're 5-0 in division games so proclaiming they are the kings in the division right now seems a bit silly 🤣
-
I'm sure this has been said but didn't we beat the dolphins and didn't thr dolphins lose to the patriots? Lol what a joke not to mention our win over the dolphins was viewed as illegitimate because they were supposedly not a good team

Anyone else notice how many angry Pats fans are on the board today predicting the Bills demise starting this week? Guess at 2-5 I wouldn’t want to be looking at that ugly Pats logo one their fan boards either.
I mean our whole division plays a very similarly difficult schedule soooo our 'demise' will most likely result in a division win still even if it happens lol

Actually, I think the main consequence is that drives take longer, which means fewer drives per game and fewer opportunities for TDs.
A little like our strategy against KC and the Giants strategy against the Bills in SBXXV, keeping pass-happy teams running the ball helps keep the scoring low and the game tighter.
^^ this is big too...were averaging like 2-3 drives on offense less per game than our team last year which had a defense that forced a lot of three and outs...I think the belichick onside kick decision was evidence enough that the pats d was barely holding on...luckily for them our d was barely holding on too lol. The defenses are trying to force Josh to try to do too much to extend drives and outside of the titans game hes been a lot better in that regard...I think Josh looks 'tense' because he knows the offense has to score almost every time out since our defense can't stop anybody

Game will come down to Allen and the passing game. thats it really. can he keep up with Wilson and their high scoring offense
Our passing game hasn't been good since week 4. since then defenses have been playing zone and selling out to stop the pass and we have yet to come up with a solution for it. Seattle has a poor defense but so did the Chiefs and Jets and we didn't put many points on them. I think Bills fans are overrating our offense big time.
We punted 0 times against the Jets lol just a lot of shooting ourselves in the foot with penalties and such. Need to be a threat to run to pass the ball and the running game seemed to get on track with Feliciano back.

I think theres a better chance our defense gets healthy and figures it out rather than getting worse...obviously that's a guess of course lol we've had a few stretches even in years where our defense was mostly good that we got absolutely steamrolled
