  1. Tennessee just passed a budget giving the Titans $500 million for a new stadium. First the Bills and now the Titans Tennessee passes budget including $500 million in funding for new Titans stadium - ProFootballTalk (nbcsports.com)
  2. I was one of those fans. Shows what I know. Thankfully Beane knows what he is doing and "experts" like me need to STFU when it comes to this stuff
  3. The Giants are another team that really screwed up. They were at #2 and took Barkley. I know he was great at Penn St but a RB at #2. Eli was getting older at that point so looking back they probably should have gone QB. I live in NJ and I tell you it has come up with the media sometimes how the Jets-Giants regret not taking Allen.
  4. There was another team that was going take Allen ( I think it was the Cardinals) so Beane had to move up so they could get him if I remember this correctly. I know the Jets wanted Darnold (LOL) and made the trade with the Colts to move up to #3. Mayfield going at #1 was a surprise as most of the "experts" had Darnold going #1. Thankfully the Bills didn't take Rosen who most ( myself included) wanted them to take.
  5. Maybe they will accept a trade offer of Allen for Jones?
  6. My prediction for week one Bills at Pats on SNF.
  7. I could see them signing a vet for the minimum but I also think they will draft one. It may not be in Rd 1 but they are definitely taking a CB.
  8. Isles fan here but I was at the Rock last night and saw the Sabres-Devils game. The Sabres have some nice young players to build around. I think they had 2 SHG goals almost had a 3rd. I don't get to see the Sabres all that often but they look like a team whose rebuild is starting to take off. Good luck to them going forward.
  9. (11) Montreal Gazette on Twitter: "Montreal Canadiens legend Guy Lafleur dies at 70 https://t.co/w2Wa6cvcZ3" / Twitter
  10. She is aging a lot better than Pamela Anderson. For 50 she still looks good. Another one who has aged fairly well is Christi Brinkley who is 68.
  11. Agreed. The Bills might as well sign Charles Romes and Mario Clark at this point instead of Haden
  12. He was before my time as well. My earliest memories of the Bills was the 70's during the OJ years. Just reading the posts from the fans who saw him play you could tell he was a special player and a class act as a person.
  13. Their is a site out there called "Johnny Road Trip" that gives you future schedules for a few years out. Here is the 2023 Buffalo Bills opponents for example. Home Miami Dolphins New England Patriots New York Jets Denver Broncos Las Vegas Raiders Dallas Cowboys New York Giants AFC South TBD NFC South TBD Away Kansas City Chiefs Los Angeles Chargers Miami Dolphins New England Patriots New York Jets Philadelphia Eagles AFC North TBD Washington Commanders
  14. Usually a day or two before if I remember correctly. Don't the London games get announced sooner than the games played here?
  15. Last year we opened at home so I will say we get a road opener (not LA) this time. Just for fun I will say Bills at Pats SNF.
  16. Per WFAN in NY. He was 80.
  17. Are we sure this isn't Will Smith?
  18. Absolutely they want and need him to have a good/great regular season. But his contract on if its a good or bad deal will be determined by what happens in Jan/Feb.
  19. Have no idea. Have been a Directv customer since 2002. As long as they have the Sunday ticket I will stick with them. I am a Bills fan who lives in NJ so I need the ticket to watch the Bills. I don't want the Jets and Giants as my main choices.
  20. Boomer and Gio on WFAN this morning were speculating about how the Jets could use #10 pick as starting point in trying to trade for Deebo. JD was in on Tyreek Hill and he knows they need a true #1 WR to help out Wilson similar to Diggs with Allen.
  21. Agree 100%. I still have Directv only because of the Sunday ticket. If they lose that then that will be the final death blow for them.
  22. On the plus side I am sure he will enjoy playing home games again where the crowd is cheering for him. He probably misses that since he hasn't had that feeing since he was in Denver.
