They dominated the line of scrimmage with their sickly gazelle at running back.

Otherwise they would have had to attempt actually passing in the game.

These takes are just so bad. They're not based in reality.

For all that domination they got to the red zone twice in four quarters and only capitalized once.  So much "domination" 🙄

They didn't attempt a pass because Mac Jones isn't capable of winning a game in the wind.  He would have been detrimental to the team throwing the ball in those conditions, they trusted a sickly gazelle more than Mac Jones.

The reality is that it's was a much, much closer game than you're making it out to be.  This is troll level ridiculousness, and it's not even clever.

  2. I don't really care what you have to do to get Davis on the field, but he needs to be on the field.  If that's popping him into the slot, so be it. If that's putting him outside with Sanders on the bench, I'm fine with that too.

His big play potential and chemistry with Allen on scrambles is too valuable.  He should be in for the majority of snaps.

It was “easy” in the sense that the Bills never made them deviate from their comically simple game plan.  It definitely was not “easy” as in uncompetitive.  BB could have been forced to abandon his strategy but Buffalo couldn’t do it.

I think Bills get this one, but they’re going to have to earn it.  New England doesn’t beat themselves.

Just because the game plan worked has no bearing on whether or not a game is easy (in my opinion).  I can understand what you're saying but that's definitely not what the other poster was trying to say.

I think the Bills are going to come in angry and win this one too.  I think they're going to win by a good margin too.

Revisionist?  DID Allen make him look good?  Zay was bad for us, but my point stands that Allen didn't help.

It's absolutely revisionist.  There's a reason that Zay Jones was like 4th on the depth chart for the Raiders.

Anyone saying "the Bills QBs didn't make Zay Jones look good" as if Zay Jones wasn't constantly squandering ample opportunities given to him must not have a very good memory.

Jones couldn't even cut it as the Bills WR3/4 in 2019, and not because Allen wasn't doing enough for him.

So your telling me they only had to make one big play and it wasn't easy?

    Delusional.

I'm telling you any game where the game ends within one score and the losing team had lots of legitimate chances to win the game isn't an "easy game" for the winning team, but you believe whatever want.

The Pats didn't come in dominate the Bills.  They won a close game with an admittedly meme worthy gameplan.  That doesn't make it easy.

Rookie Allen didn't exactly make him look good.

I'm not gonna stand for this revisionist take. Zay Jones had one of the highest drop rates on the Bills.  Allen wasn't the world beater he is now but Zay Jones did just fine at making himself look bad in 2018 and 19.

IMO it's worse.  The Brown are ridiculously depleted and this is a playoff game for the Raiders.

Yeah, depends on how you want to look at it.  I still say the Bills loss is worse just because they didn't even score a TD.

Maybe my expectations are too high. I saw a sloppy game where the better team couldn’t really get it going consistently. If this game was against a better team and that was the result I’d feel better; I guess I expected a more complete and consistent win. Hard to explain.

100% there's a lot to improve on, and I can understand why it's frustrating.

If any neutral football fan watched the game today they'd would call it a dominating win for Buffalo though.

Not that I disagree BUT. They played a lousy Panther O. This game was closer than the score and against a better team the Bills would probably lose. I expected  them to really beat them. Maybe not necessarily a blow out but a dominating performance.

This was a dominating performance against one of the best pass defenses in the league. 14-31 is a dominating win in today's NFL.
