LOL Cowboys, that's some real Mike McCarthy junk to try a 51 yarder instead of going for a 4th and inches. Awful decision.

I know New England isn't good because they lack the ability to get a quick score, but they don't look bad. I can see them winning 8-9 games, but they're gonna lose if anyone can score fast.

Agreed... Not a great day for RedZone today...
Lots of blah matchups.
Good news is Cleveland and LA Chargers lost!
The Carolina-Vikings game was a little exciting, but yeah lots of blowouts today.

Browns suck
The Browns are a good team with a game manager QB that people are trying to anoint as a franchise guy. I hope they pay him because this is about as good as you can get with Baker Mayfield.

As a Bills fan, I remember many tough seasons, so we know bad football when we see it. This Eagles team looks like they’ve given up. That’s a brutal commentary on the state of a team with a rookie head coach. That organization needs to start fresh.
I don't know if I ever remember the Bills giving up collectively this badly. I'm sure they did and I just PTSD-style blocked it out.

The Eagles are one of the most miserable teams in the NFL to watch. The players don't look like they want to be there, the playcalling is absolutely awful, and Hurts looks like junk. Does anyone even like it? The fans actively boo them. Why are they on primetime?

Why is Josh being called “Dad”? I’m sure it is a form of endearment and horsing around but what is Josh doing to earn that playful dig?
I think you'd need to ask the Dolphins. Josh is definitely their daddy.

Only during plays, between plays, commercials, halftime, kickoffs, extra points, and timeouts.

I'm wondering if new regime will be as enamored with Peterman.
I don't think I'm being hyperbolic when I say Petermand is one of the worst QBs I've ever seen play football professionally. He might even be the worst if you're not taking draft stock into account. I have absolutely no idea how he has a job on an active NFL roster.

No one should expect any privacy on communications sent over a platform someone else owns. Especially when that someone is your employer. Those emails are the company's property, and anyone and everyone can read them.
Of course. I agree with everything you said.
I was mainly talking about personal texts, photos, etc... when you link a personal device with a work E-Mail. I'm just trying to snuff out the trope that "IT is always watching". Just because we have access doesn't mean we're looking at someone's stuff.

I added it to this post but I’ll repost here.
Hopefully you don’t use your personal phone as a work phone because it’s not yours anymore. Once you give access to IT to add you to the exchange server, you waived your privacy. They have full access. If you quit they can whips your entire device. They can read every text you send.
I know somebody who runs HR at a very prominent Buffalo company. She says they get access to private social media posts all the time.
IT professional here who manages roughly 1,500 devices and ~600 users.
This can be true depending on the type of mail server and the policies set by your organization. A lot of the newer productivity suites don't necessarily require this kind of access. For instance, when we ran our own Microsoft exchange server, we had policies similar to what you're describing. Now that we've offloaded our mail services to Google, it's no longer required.
That being said, I've absolutely never invaded the privacy of any of our users.

No I think we need to continue to educate to eliminate behaviors going forward and not weaponize groups to attack those they don't like. There is a much bigger issue at play than Jon Gruden. I mean are we really going to go back in time and check out what everyone has ever said and done. Are the writers doing these stories all clean- no way. I know alot of people who have been educated and improved in recent years and that should be the goal.
You know what's a good way to "eliminate behaviors"? Punitive consequences based on your actions. Nobody is weaponizing anything, cut the victim angle.
He said horrible, indefensible things about large swaths of people. On top of that he directed that hatred towards the commissioner of the organization he works for, and he spread/shared nude images of women without their consent. It's crazy to me that you would even try to say that he should be educated instead of being held responsible because he might have changed his views nebulously at some point.

I'm pretty sure there are alot of them who have and couldn't withstand close scrutiny.
So what are you arguing for here? That because we aren't holding everyone responsible for abhorrent behavior that we shouldn't hold anyone responsible?

This is quite true. And, if we're all honest and an investigation of the league were conducted top to bottom -who survives if anyone?
I'm pretty sure there are tons of league members who haven't called someone a f****t or a racial slur in E-mails.

the weirdest part was on every third down he would say "Lets see what my pal Spags dials up here!" like Spags is some defensive genius. The Chiefs defense stinks, and can't dial up anything. He did the same thing 3-4 times.
He kept saying things like "Watch out Allen, you never know where it's coming from!" and then they would drop 7 into coverage. He tried to predict a blitz like 3 plays in a row and they NEVER blitzed. Maybe he's not as good of friends with Spags as he thinks he is.

Collingsworth is just mad that Josh Allen keeps defeating math itself and making PFF look stupid.

I don't usually complain about SNF or announcers in general, but CC was atrocious, he actually made it hard to enjoy the game as a Bills fan. Couple that with the junk officiating and it made it tough to watch.

STATEMENT WIN.
New Era, New Bills. The most complete team in the NFL, no doubt.

I think the fans care a lot more about this game than the players do. It's game 5 and both of these teams are gonna be in the playoffs. It really doesn't mean that much
I think McD would care about beating his mentor, but I think you're mostly right.

Not bad for a guy a lot of people think is lower than replacement level.

More likely they're done with Cody and Ike starting.
It's disappointing that Ford doesn't look like he's going to pan out, but we can't hit on all our draft picks I guess. I'm glad they're confident in Brown, I hope he balls out because the dude has swagger. He was really fun to watch last week.

Yes 1 of the two games was not close. Also they had Cam who cant play QB anymore.
I haven't seen much evidence to show me Mac Jones is an upgrade. Either way there's a lot of football between now and when we face them.

Not just that, you're probably playing the one the team that's more specialized to eat clock then any other team in the league.
