The Cooper Kupp - Stafford connection is legit. They look great together.

I mean....I felt the same kinda way for a while being born into Bills fandom
I know people say this, but the Bills were never such a dumpster fire as the Jets are right now, or the Hue Jackson Browns, or the Jim Schwartz Lions.
They were always just kind of there, a middling 6-10 to 9-7 team.

The Jets are hysterically bad
I don't know how you can ever be a Jets fan unless you're born into that misery. NY even has another team, and while they're also kind of a dumpster fire, I'd much rather be a Giants fan.

I'm listening to the post-game show on WGR. They just replayed Murph's call of the first Sanders TD. He really didn't sound that enthused
If this is the only complaint we have about Bills games going forward then I'm all for it.

Remember when half the board was convinced Josh Allen was back to 2019 form because of the crowds? Well that narrative is dead.
Fantastic game for Allen.

Anderson actually had a pretty good RAS profile score. But he was disappointing in pre-season
Maybe I'm confusing him with someone else then, or maybe it was his stature? Did he have short arms or something?

It just shows you how starved the entire league is for O-Lineman that a 7th round athletically pedestrian prospect is getting scooped up.

Are you going for the hottest take of all hot takes? You are delusional if you think anyone in the organization would be having buyer's remorse regardless of what happens next game.
How could you call him "simply not good" when he had an entire season of great-elite play? You can't write off 1 out of 3 years of production just to fit your bias.

I can only assume Gronk is in some kind of major debt with how many commercials he's in this year.

I could listen to Peyton Manning yell at tweets all night.

Eli just seems boring. Peyton has done enough TV to know that you need to at least be interesting.
It's still more interesting to me than the standard play by play guys. Maybe they just need to get a few drinks in Eli so he loosens up.

I'm not a huge Tyrod guy but I appreciate him for what he did for Buffalo. That being said, the dude has had a rough go since. This is the third team he's been the starter on and every time he's out by week 3.

I am crazy high on Rousseau after these two weeks. He's looking patient, powerful, and incredibly dangerous.
Epenesa got crazy pressures against the Dolphins, but I want to see that more for me to be completely sold on him.

Besides Chase Young, do they have anyone really elite on the defense? I don't think I know who any of their secondary are. It'd be nice to get the passing game going.

It absolutely does if Pat doesn't make him publicly apologize
Yeah, his brother is an adult so I'm gonna go ahead and disagree. You shouldn't be held responsible for the misbehaving of another adult when you aren't around.

In my 20s I had a lot of friends who would do this during the early season and go to games when they were cheap in November-December.

That's a jerk thing to do and he should be shamed for it, but it's not really a reflection on Patrick Mahomes.

My only point is that through the first two games our passing attack is clearly much worse than what we saw last year. We brought back 10 starters and had no changes to the coaching staff. What’s the problem? Why does Josh look like a rookie caught in headlights at times? Part of that is the o-line, clearly. But what’s the solution? It doesn’t mean this is how things are going to be all year, but things obviously need to get a lot better. If they don’t, we aren’t going to be very successful.
I agree with everything you say, I just think that we have a lot of time to figure it out, and I'm confident we will figure it out. We did it last year, we have the pieces, I think we'll right the ship.
I definitely think it's way too early for a lot of the doom/gloom that's been around the fanbase during the game and I think even this thread is crazy premature.

You say yes, the other guy says no.What assumptions am I making? Also, I never definitively said he regressed or that it’s a trend.
Fair enough. I apologize.

Does it have to be 8 games? What about 5, 6 or even 7 games?Yes, it has to be a not insignificant amount of games to determine a trend. Why does that even need to be said?
You can make assumptions about his play and extrapolate, but you're just going on feelings. I don't think it's worth it to jump to conclusions. You can be concerned, but to say definitively that he's regressed or that this is a trend is just guessing.

I think fans realize this team isn’t winning a SB with Allen playing likes he’s been playing…
It's a good thing there are still 15 more games for him to continue improving.

We dont necessarily have the best personnel for it, but it would be nice to have it in the toolbox at times (like last week).
I'd like to get Matt Breida involved there.

We won in a dominant fashion. Did we answer all the questions everyone has about the team? No, not even close, but I don't think any team has it all figured out by week 2.
A lot of the jitters I think it's the reaction to these sky high expectations, and I mean the jitters from the players and from the fans.
Doesn't matter to me, I'm confident right now they'll figure it out.

Imagine how insane this forum would be if Josh Allen had the ending that Wilson did.

It's a week to week league. The reality is that the gap between the garbage teams and the greats isn't as big as fans make it out to be.
