Meh, this isn’t anything new when 2 good teams play. It’s almost always what did the one team do to lose, not what did the other team do to win. Blame gets clicks and people to watch, praise doesn’t
-
I would rather have our top playmakers be the focus of the offense, not weekly decoys so the backup RB, TE, and the 3/4 WR get the majority of the targets

Heres a question, since I still can't create my own thread 3months later (lol) would you rather face the Browns/Texans or KC?
So if KC wins, I want the Browns to win because I think they have a better shot of taking out Baltimore. If Miami wins I want the Texans to win

You guys do know it’s alright for fans to look at and talk about the other games right?

Davis trips over his own feet .. but does it still get intercepted otherwise ?
It definitely does-that was a poor play right from the beginning. Poor play design (pretty much just hoping Josh makes a Superman play) but Josh’s throw pretty much had no chance of being caught. That’s picked even if Davis doesn’t fall down. I will agree with everything else the OP said, but this play wasn’t a good one

So treat them like grown adults and expect them to do their job or treat them like children and expect them to just respect you. Hmmmmmmm, that's a tough one

Hopkins is 12 yards from a bonus, I GUARANTEE you Titans don’t go full on running the ball until he hits his bonus

Wow. Great 4th-down stop. I think the Titans want it more and Henry wants to leave the city with a great game and win.
The Jags have to win to stay in the playoffs AND win the division…the Titans definitely don’t want it more, this is a ridiculous statement. They’re just playing better, and there’s a big difference

I can’t believe people are making that comment over and over. Not saying this is a guaranteed win, the the situations are far different. Just lazy paranoia.
Because in their mind it makes them
feel better to be able to say “I told you so” than of the Bills actually win. This way they win either way-pretty sad actually

Holy crap these dumbass statements need to stop

It's easier to beat a team if have to score 17 points instead of 20.
So at what point does the offense become a priority? The way the NFL is set up now teams will always have a bunch of guys on 1-2 year deals, that’s just how it works. Personally I would rather replace on the defensive line year after year with ring chasers and get younger talented guys in the offense

I agree we need a WR this year but I think we can most likely wait since there are so many good ones currently coming out and we are not in position to get one of main 3. I am always a BPA guy in general with an understanding that your needs are part of the BPA formula, basically if guys are similar in talent you give bonus points to the position.
I definitely don’t agree with this. I feel like this has been the strategy the last couple of years, and look what that’s done. At some point they have to go for it on a first round WR. Following the same strategy the Packers did for years with Rodgers and the Chiefs have done with Mahomes won’t work out well for the Bills

I’ll take things that aren’t remotely true for $600 Alex

Agree. Shakir has been on a clear upward trajectory this season. Right now my biggest worry about him is that the Bills will project that to continue and use that as reasoning to bypass signing or drafting a WR high. Kind of like they projected Gabe Davis.
While I like Shakir and I think he continues to improve I kind of see his ceiling as WR3. Hopefully, Beane does too.
This is where I’m at-I hope they aren’t looking at him as a potential #2-he will end up worse than Davis IMO. He’s doing fine where he is right now, keep him there and get someone else as a 2

Cryptic IG story. I might not have thought too much about it if he didn't look so pissed in the Bills "big dubs" post. I do like that he doesn't tolerate losing or even playing bad, but if you get the win, it helps, and going into a massive game next week, we don't need drama. I just feel like this season he has been teetering on boiling over.
Wait, you’re basing your post off of “I think he looked pissed in the big dubs” post that the Bills put out?
Am I missing something? So many people want to drive him out of Buffalo? People on the postgame show calling up saying all he does is complain about not getting touches, complains about Josh, bla blah blah…has HE ever actually said anything? Why do so many want him gone?

Even if Bills win next week, If the Browns win… wouldn’t they be the #2 seed?
The team played a great game. But the offense ..Brady and Josh.. need to figure something out. Maybe some new play designs… something? But the last 2 weeks have not looked good. Defenses have figured something out. Brady needs to adjust some stuff for next week and the playoffs.
Awesome feeling to have this discussion in the afterglow of a 4th consecutive win! GO Bills!
No because Baltimore won the division, so the best they can be is 5th

The excuse is stop crying about a winI feel like I read all week on here that pretty much everyone on here is fine with any type of win, ugly win included, as long as the Bills won and the Dolphins lost
in the words of Maury: the results determined this was a lie

Against the Ravens without Mostert and Waddle……what’s our excuse?
You’re justifying a 40 point loss while crapping all over a win. How can you be taken seriously?

Nah…..this isn’t sustainable. We forced 4 turnovers against one of the worst offenses in the NFL and only won by 6 points. We play teams like the Ravens and Dolphins who can actually score points and we’re looking up at a loss.
These insanely dumb statements need to stop. The dolphins just lost by 40. Baltimore looks good, but we have all seen Lamar in the playoffs. I like how you just casually glance over the 4 turnovers, that’s cool. Get the win that’s all that matters. Everything after that is your own insecurities

I guess winning ugly is somehow worse than getting absolutely blown out(Miami in the Ravens game). Make it make sense.
Well apparently losing by 40 is fine because it’s Baltimore…it’s practically a win 🤷♂️🙄

They looked NOTHING like a good team today. They were VERY lucky to win today, and will be very shocked if they beat Miami next week.
Yeah because Miami has shown so much today that the Bills should be worried….this post is going to go well for you, can’t wait to follow it 🤣🤣🤣

Is there something wrong with Jameson Williams that I don’t know about? High first round pick, yes I know he had the knee injury and was suspended the first couple
of games, but no was expecting so much more out of this guy

Well, sorry to disappoint you with the thread, but I also disagree. It's not a matter of "over analyzing everything," it's doing what a lot of people are doing and trying to look relatively objectively at who are the hot teams going into the playoffs. I acknowledged right off that the Browns haven't beaten a murderer's row of competition, but they've still done so fairly convincingly. Hey, they didn't struggle with a down-and-out Jets team the way we struggled with the down-and-out Chargers (and their defense only allowed 10 points to the Jets in the first half).
You can't argue with the fact that Flacco is experiencing a resurgence (and yes, you can argue that his turnovers are a problem, but he's throwing for a lot of yards and plenty of TDs) and you can't argue with how elite their defense is. It was just a simple question: are the Browns a team that other teams are not looking forwad to facing in the playoffs? I say yes, you say no. No need to insult a thread over that.
I wasn’t just talking about you, there are a lot of responses very similar to yours. I also acknowledged I get why-we are Bills fans, so every small detail we don’t like we come in here and complain/start a thread/think the world is ending…it’s what we do. To your one point, the Bills didn’t struggle the second time with a down and out Jets team either.
It’s that BBFS that many have on here-if they aren’t perfect, they’re going to be exposed-just think back to a couple of weeks ago in that Dallas game. Not really much to complain about at all in that one, but there were ill a lot of complaints. On the flip side, people just look at the Browns winning the last couple of games, completely ignoring they beat a down and out Bears team.
wasn’t a personal attack on you, but you took it that way. It happens

Ok. I haven't thought I could add much to this discussion other than there is no other QB I'd rather have for the Bills than Josh. This is true in most every way conceivable. He has exceeded all reasonable expectations in almost every way possible. But, I was doing some self educating and found the NFelo website and took this snip. I tell my kids that math is beautiful because it is the basis of science and science is the best hope of humanity. So, I rest my case.
So obviously I know what this all means, but maybe you should break it down for, uh, the other posters who, like, don’t get this….because again obviously I do
