  1. you've never been to santa monica, right? do you even know where it is?
  2. I think we have them, only they're called 'elections'.
  3. LMFAO!!!! Good one - ya got me!
  4. oh alright... meg ryan was cute in her younger days, so i can put up with her - 'when sarah met larry' w/billy crystal was pretty good. i like the tom hanks/meg ryan combo - clueless in seattle, ya got mail, etc. also, french kiss w/kevin kline was funny. andy mcdowell also puts a rise in my levis, so i can tolerate anything with her. her and gerry depardieu in green card, w/bill murray in groundhog day - not sure if that's a bonafide 'chick flick' tho. i'd better stop now.
  5. lol...hahahahaha. this is the first time i've used that particular link. as a former football player who still has many nfl and college coaching contacts from my playing days, i have a wealth of clips. i've used about 15 different mike leach clips, and tried to mix them up pretty good - clearly, you're not looking at them or you'd know that.
  6. Happy Natal Anniversary ! Cheers
  7. We need to bribe the folks at Alcor to keep Ralph frozen in his cyronic preservation container, and somehow find a way to land....
  8. No question about it - if Crabtree is there, we'd be idiots not to take him. Then again, we have a history of idiotic decisions. Now if we could land Crabtree AND his coach... Mike Leach, Harrell, Crabtree on the TTU O-line As for Matt Millen, how can you not like a guy that smacked Pats* punk Paddy Sullivan (Cheatriots* ersatz GM only 'cause daddy owned the team)... How 'bout a knuckle sandwich, punk?
  9. You will love this short clip - Mike Leach & the TTU Offensive Line How 'bout a little groundswell for bringing Leach to The BuffTown?
  10. Guess who's contract at Texas Tech expires at the same time Dickhead Jauron's does - after the 2010 season... That's right... Mike Leach
  11. I absolutely LOVED this, from his 60 Minutes interview with Scott Pelley... Leach seems fascinated by the world around him, but indifferent to how the world sees him. He's disheveled, tends to mumble, and talks in circles that only add to his mystery. He's known as a football intellectual. But, his eyes really light up when he talks about the simple, brutal collision of the offensive and defensive lines. "I mean the reason they have football is because of the big guys and the, you know, when O Line D Line go one on one and you just get incredibly violent I mean that's what it's all about," he told Pelley. "And you get to see those guys just to war, you know? And it's got all the things that football entails. There's shouting, there's blood, there's boogers, there's a whole thing. I mean, there's spitting, there's fighting, there's ripped jerseys. There's someone grabbing someone's throat. I mean, it's why you have football." Link
  12. There is only one person anyone should want as the Bills next head coach... Mike Leach Talks Football, Global Warming, and Madonna Hire Leach, Ralph, and sit back while your offense and Trent Edwards' career soar.
  13. I am the most powerful man in the United States Senate, with many contacts at the very highest levels of government and industry. I will use my contacts at Alcor to ensure Ralph stays frozen in his container when the time comes to decide on our next head coach. (Seriously, Leach is scheduled to make just under $2M this season, and just over $2M in 2010 - might he be w/in RW's budget?)
  14. My sense of doom tells me that Edwards will go down way before week 10 and that The Chroise will emerge as our starting QB. This will, of course, buy Dickhead Jauron another one-year 'stay of execution', as Ralph is thawed from his cryonic preservation container just long enough to be propped up in front of the microphones and state, "It's not Dick Jauron's fault we went 5-11, what with losing our starting QB and all." This will, of course, be in keeping with Ralph C. (for "Cheapskate") Wilson's firm policy of not firing head coaches while still contractually obligated to compensate them. So Dick will be our coach again in 2010. But there is a silver lining - there is a potential head coach, who's current contract expires after the 2010 season, by the name of...
  15. JMO, but I don't really think of ML as a 'yeller' - just a very entertaining guy and passionate coach with a 76-39 record as HC. Leach is much more of an intellectual, a thinking coach - just hides it well behind a colorful personality and deceptively 'aw shucks' manner. (In addition to a BS from BYU and law degree from Pepperdine, he also has a Masters in Sports Science/Coaching - whatever that is - from the United States Sports Academy.) Besides, who would you rather watch do the post game 'presser' - Dick Jauron? or Mike Leach?
  16. Cute. It's fun to make-believe. You blew any/all credibility weeks ago with that argument .
  17. SKOOBY is his source.
  18. Hope it's us. (I can dream, no?) Imagine what it'd be like to have an OC - or HC - with that mindset... Mike Leach: "Scoring is a habit." vs. Dick Jauron: "It was interesting, weatherwise...both teams made plays...we just couldn't put it in the endzone...it's hard to win in the NFL...the guys work really hard..." AAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. There is only one man that can save this team and this QB.... Mike Leach Very long, but worth the read... Link
  20. Qui fuerunt sed nunc ad astra - RIP, Kahn, somewhere aboard the...
  21. We want... The Hansons (What's next? Reggie Dunlop for coach?)
  22. I won't believe it until it's confirmed by SKOOBY's highly reliable inside sources.... link
  23. Nobody says, "Corrrrrrrrrdobahhhhh" quite like Mr. Roarke.... link RIP, Kahn
