When you say “no one in the media knew about it” I’m assuming you mean NFL media? Because I agree with you there. But the LA Times (also media) have been looking into this for several months at least.
yeah after watching she’s basically arguing for some sort of parity by way of league investigation into, everyone that might be drafted, i guess? I see where she’s coming from but that’s not feasible at all.
no one calls him Po and in no way would the team have to extend him right now to “ fix the culture.” The OP is, well, “uninformed.” That’s the most polite way to put it. But this is the type of knee-jerk BS we see around here
and even Rosenhaus has sort of mellowed over the years. I sure he’s still a tough advocate for all his players, but he doesn’t really do any of those media stunts he used to.
the concept of at-will employment is also a thing and seems pretty prevalent in this country. It certainly isn’t a moral failing by the team to simply not want to deal with the headache of this.
forgot his lawyer made that claim thanks. Question still remains if the league passed the notification on to individual teams though. That’s less clear. Other statements suggest the Bills found out about this around 6 weeks ago, well after the draft.
certainly what he wants you to infer. His client is no longer at school and on the Bills. One other guy is still at school and apparently on the football team. The other is no longer on the team or enrolled at the college.
hey don’t get me wrong I want to agree with you too about Terry and Kim especially. And they could turn around tomorrow and cut the guy. I just don’t know for certain what they learned on their own before today, what surprised them, or to what extent they know something that contradicts the allegations in the plaintiff’s complaint.
McD must be blowing his stack over this though.
All I am saying is I think you’re giving them a bit too much credit, insofar as we do not know the quality or thoroughness of their own investigation. That’s why I brought up the Browns. I think (or want to think) the Pegulas have a better moral compass than someone like Jimmy Haslem. But again, I don’t know, and I suspect you don’t either.
thank you. Of course it’s completely common. There were a bunch of Halloween parties the night in question. Campus police aren’t spread in and around the college IDing people on the streets.
